Yay! Edginess!

Okay, so this song is absolutely amazing! In my opinion, it feels short. I know it's the usual 3 minutes long, but it goes by so fast!

I'll be totally honest, I sympathize with Uncle Qrow during this song. I feel like everyone at one point in their lives feels like it'd be better if they weren't around, like bad things happen because of them.

For Qrow, those feelings are reality because of his semblance being bad luck. He can't control it, all he can do it amplify it if needed. There are some lyrics that I relate to so much. Here are two big examples.

I am no one's blessing, I'll just bring you harm. There's not a legitimate reason why I feel like this. I mean, I always try my best to help my friend and make them feel better, but sometimes, I feel like the harm wouldn't have started if I wasn't there. Even though me existing and the problems they are having aren't correlated in the slightest way, I still feel like this...

Bane is what I am to every life. It's insane how much I relate to this lyric and I don't know why I feel like this or why it's so relatable to me... it kinda just adds on to what I said about the previous lyric. For me, it's a bit of a 'It's a Wonderful Life' scenario. Don't think I gotta explain that.

But uh, yea. Besides for me relating to this, the song is so catchy and edgy and awesome! We first hear it in one of my top 3 favorite fight scenes in RWBY: the fight between Qrow and Tyrian in V4.

The song showcases how torn up Qrow is about his literal bad luck and how upset it makes him. I just wanna give the man a hug! Like, he needs it!
