Backstory: Merida was abused when she was a kid until her mother found out, she ran away with her. They both lived with each other in a village for a couple of years until her father found them. Her mother hid her in the cellar then was stabbed by her father. After then, Merida found her bleeding as she cried, asking for her to wake up. Her mother gave her a mask to hide her face and calm her down before she died. Then a man came to her home, finding Merida soaked in blood, he took her in and treated her like his own. He was a family friend of Merida and took care of her until he enrolled her to Beacon.
