So, long story short, the story played out much as it does naturally right up until the end of Volume 3, where things go a bit differently. The big ending battle starts, blah blah blah dragon Grimm shows up (that is a distinction that it is a Grimm Dragon because there are extremely rare regular wyverns in the RP as well) but this time, the good guys don't just gawk at it, they do the sensible thing AND SHOOT DOWN THE ENEMY AIR SUPPORT.  Basically Glynda pulls a bard the bowman and shoots it right in the chest with a huge dust ice crystal, it falls and crashes into the bay where it sinks to the bottom of the ocean and drowns. It died before it could summon a lot of Grimm, so that gave students and teachers more time and resources to fight the White Fang, so Adam is pushed back and forced to retreat by Qrow, Glynda, and Ironwood, before he even meets Blake or Yang.  He hasn't forgotten the fuckbox combo they put him through. (We didn't RP through that though because that would take way too long so we just started right after volume 3 ended.) He and the White Fang were forced to retreat very quickly, and the robots and mechs were subdued the same way when Ruby crashed the airship, though this time both Roman and Neo managed to escape via Marry Poppins umbrella exit strategy. Cinder still got the Fall Maiden powers, but this time, there was no dragon to help her against Pyrrha, so that fight dragged on a lot longer to the point where Cinder just got sick and tired of this and left. She was like: I have what I came here for. I can come back another time and I'm already running on fumes from fighting Ozpin so, fuck it. You get a stay of execution. And then she just teleported away. Ozpin survived, but was in a coma for the entire summer break and of course, woke up just in time for a new school year.
