-Your Pov-

You stood on the top of the light house, and then looked over the edge of it at the waves, and then smiled to yourself softly as the water came in and out. There was a nice fog, but the day was clear enough that you could see everything clear as day. This had been where your parents met and had fallen in love, and had been the home you had grown up in. No one else came here normally, so you planned on being able to stand here alone and enjoy your time up here watching the waves come in and out.

A few moments later, you felt someone up the stairs of the light house. You didn't even bother to turn to see who it was. " What do you want," you asked. If it was who you thought it would be, then this day which was meant to be spent in peace had already gone downhill. Right now, all you wanted was to be alone. When no one answered you, you felt yourself growing a little more agitated, and then you turned to see exactly who you figured it would be, Sienna Khan. For some time, she had been coming to visit you and ask the same thing of you each time.

To your surprise, you saw that she was bleeding out from a wound in her stomach. Blood was everywhere on the stairs behind her. She opened her mouth to try and say something, before she then fell over. Cursing, you ran over and picked her up and looked at her wound. Blood soaked your hand from mere seconds of contact. As you applied pressure to the wound, you noticed that it was the right size to be a stab wound. Before you could ask her what had happened, she passed out, which made you curse.

Picking her up, you gently but quickly took her to the local hospital, and then had her checked into one of the rooms. Thinking that was the end of things, you left her in the care of the doctors, and then went back to the lighthouse, and went back to watching the waves. A part of you wanted to know what had happened to her, but another part of you wanted nothing more than to be done with that life. And so, you did the best you could to block it from your mind and go back to watching the waves.

A few moments passed, and then your scroll began to ring and you looked at it, and saw the number was the hospital. Sighing, you went to answer it, if only to tell them not to call you again. " What do you want," you asked them. It might have been a little blunt, but you had to tell yourself you didn't care about which patient they were calling you about. The doctor who called you explains that Sienna is in stable condition, and before you end the call, he speaks quickly.

" She has you listed as her emergency contact. Can you come and talk to her? She's refusing to talk to any of us before she talks to you," he says, and then you sigh and end the call. This was just like her. Her being stubborn as ever, but resourceful as ever. Of course she put you as her emergency contact, and of course she refused to talk to any of them. Sighing, you began to walk down to the hospital you had taken her to earlier. You had to remind yourself it was only to tell her to leave you alone, and nothing more.

When you make it into the hospital, they lead you to the room where she's being kept in. When you walk in, you see her hooked up to several machines which monitor her vital signs. You then lean on the wall of the room with your arms folded, and wait for her to see you. She turns slightly, and then smirks when she sees you, like she knew you were coming the entire time. " What do you want Sienna," you asked her. She held up a finger and beckoned for you to come closer. Sighing again, you pulled up a seat next to her.

" Your brother," she says weakly, and then you look at her confused. You had lost contact with your brother ages ago. " He did this. I was the high leader of the White Fang. He wanted my position, and betrayed me to get it," she explains, and then you scoff, wondering what the hell Adam would do as the leader of the White Fang. " He thought he had killed me. I barely managed to escape and make it to you," she finishes explaining.

" What do you want me to do about it," you asked, trying to pretend like you didn't care about it still. But now, you had to admit you were more intrigued by her story. You and your brother Adam had lost touch with each other ages ago. You had heard he had joined the White Fang, and of course you figured he'd had a hand in them becoming more and more violent, but you figure that people like Sienna would keep him in line. If he had done this to her, then maybe he really was to far gone.

" The White Fang has an old rule," she says, strength entering her voice again. " The High Leader of the White Fang can be challenged once a year for the leadership of the White Fang. But, you're his half brother.  A blood relative can challenge the High Leader at any point for the throne." She looks at you hopefully when she mentions this, and then you shake your head.

" No way in hell. I don't want to be High Leader. I don't even want to be in the White Fang," you tell her. You refused the first time you had been offered a place in the White Fang, and you were going to refuse any time you were offered the spot. " You want your place back? Wait until challenge day and beat him yourself."

Sienna gets angry when you say this, and goes to say something to you. But when she does, it makes her cough up a bit of blood. She has to wait for a few moments for her strength to return. " You don't get it," she says in a voice even weaker than before. " There's no time for that. Your brother wants to declare war on humans. We need you to be High Leader and prevent him from going down that road."

You stand there thinking about what it is you want to do. It seems like an impossible choice. You wanted nothing to do with the mantle of High Leader, but at the same time you knew it would be safer with you than it would be with Adam. The world would be safer if he didn't have that kind of power. " I'm not fit to be High Leader," you tell her eventually.

When you say this, she beckons for you to come closer to her. Once you do, she puts a hand on your cheek gently, which makes you have to fight a blush. " You think you're not fit to lead because you are off two worlds, but that is exactly what makes you fit to lead," she says, which makes you wonder even more about all of this.

Adam and you were half brothers. You had shared a father, who had been a bull faunas. Adam's mother was a cow faunas, while your mother had been a human woman. You wondered how Sienna had learned this. The truth was, you hadn't joined the White Fang when you had been offered because you were torn between staying with the humans and your mother, or going to the faunas and your father and brother. In the end, you had chosen to be with the humans, which had cost you your relationship with Adam.

" What would your mother want," Sienna asks you eventually, and then you sigh when you realize what you have to do. If you don't do this and become High Leader, then Adam is going to be able to wreak havoc across the world with the resources of the White Fang, and make things even worse for faunas everywhere.

" As soon as you're healed, we're going to go and stop him," you tell her, and then you turn to leave before she can tell you that she knew you were going to do this. Even if you hadn't known her for long, only in the few times she had asked you to join the White Fang, she had the uncanny ability to know what you were going to say or do, and even what you were thinking. In a weird way, she knew you better than anyone else did.

A few weeks later, you stood with Sienna in the airship to go to the base of the White Fang. The two of you stood in silence. You thought to yourself that this challenge would only end when one of you yielded or died. But, you knew your brother. He would never yield. However this ended up, one of you was dead. Eventually, the two of you land, and then the two of you start to walk inside the base. Sienna gets odd looks from people, while people recognize you, and eventually you make your way down to the throne room, where you see Adam.

" Sienna," he says, shocked that she's alive, and then his eyes widen a little when he sees you. " (y/n). Brother. Why have you come? Have you reconsidered my offer to join me?" You shake your head, and then you see his eyes narrow in confusion and a little bit of anger. " Then what have you come here to do (y/n)?"

" I'm exercising my blood right to challenge you for the mantle of High Leader," you explain to him, and then his eyes narrow in anger. He simply nods, and then guides you and Sienna into the arena, where he turns back to you to explain the rules of the challenge, and he informs you that in ten minutes you have to be ready to fight him.

Nodding, you stand in a different room with Sienna as you find a sword that fits right into your hand, and then you think. Even if you win today, it means you have to take the life of your brother, and even after that you have no idea how to be a leader. Sienna notices this, and then she puts a hand over yours. " You do your best thinking when you're not thinking at all," she says, her own weird way of telling you not to overthink it.

" That was the worst pep talk. Ever," you tell her, and then the two of you share a chuckle. Before you know it, the time comes and you walk into the arena with Adam coming in from the other side of the door. All around you are the faunas who have come to watch the fight, and Adam jeers at you when he sees you, before he turns to the crowd.

" My brother has come to challenge me," he explains to all of them, and then they collective boo you, except for Sienna. You then look at Adam, and then realize how far gone he is, and it makes the knowledge that you need to take his life a little easier to live with.

" I call it an ass-whooping," you tell him, and then he growls angrily. A third man walks into the arena, who explains that he's going to be the one who oversees the fight to ensure that both of you fight honorably. He confirms that the two of you are ready for the fight, and begins to make his way out of the arena.

" May he who dies die well," he says, and then the two of you begin to fight with each other. As you fight, you have no idea how much time has passed. The two of you manage to be evenly matched in every way, trading blow after blow. Blood falls onto the floor of the arena from the two of you. Looking at him, you see him begin to pant, finally tiring, but you're also just as tired, and then the both of you brace to finish this.

" You shouldn't have come here,"  he tells you, and then runs at you. As you block with your own sword, the two of you begin to fight with each other again, more desperately than skilled as you continue to fight with him. Your arms are heavy, and you can barely lift them at this point, but you will never yield and let your brother have power over the White Fang.

" I didn't have a choice. I'm just here to save my home and the ones I love," you tell him. With one final strike, you break his sword and then slash his chest open, and he drops to the ground. You stand there panting, and then you wait for a few moments to see if he'll rise. Enough time passes, and you see the life leave his eyes.

The crowd lets out a breath, and a moment passes where you look into the stand to see how they react to this. Another moment passes, and then Sienna rises. " Cheer for your new leader," she orders. One by one, the faunas in the crowd begin to rise and cheer your name. When the crowning ceremony ends, you stumble out of the arena and onto your throne room where you find Sienna waiting for you.

" I knew you could do it," she tells you, and then you nod and wait as your aura begins to heal your wounds. She waits for a few moments. " You're a good man (y/n). And you're going to be an even better leader." A small smile appears on your face when she says this. " And I'll be with you every step of the way."

-Timeskip Your Pov-

Life became much different when you became the High Leader of the White Fang. At first, it had taken you some time to get used to the meetings, the paperwork, and all the responsibilities you ended up having. Still, as she had promised, Sienna had been with you as you adjusted, and the two of had managed to figure it all out in the end, and had been able to do so much good for the rest of the world.

You had managed to reform the White Fang into the peace group it had always been meant to be, which had led the founding members, the Belladonnas to come back and help you and Sienna spread a message of peace. Things had only gotten better when Weiss Schnee had taken over the Schnee Corporation, and worked on improving relationships between her company and the faunas.

Another thing that had taken some time to get used to was the heat cycles of Sienna and yourself. The two of you had made a deal with each other to help the other when they went into heat, and it had turned out to be a pleasurable arrangement for the both of you, which eventually led to the two of you being in a relationship with each other. The final complication you hadn't been ready for was when Sienna had told you that she was pregnant with your child.

While it had taken you by surprise initially, you had gotten used to the idea of raising a child with her. You had hopes that in time, your child would grow up to be a fine young man or woman who would one day be the leader of the White Fang, or at least be a figure for change and progress in the world. The idea of it made you smile, and so you and Sienna had decided to cement your relationship and get married to each other.

Right now, the two of you were cuddling each other in the throne room, a smile on both of your faces as you thought about how far you had come, and how well your relationship had developed, and you smiled. " I love you so much (y/n)," said Sienna as she smiled and then looked up at you.

" I love you so much too Sienna," you said to her, and then you smiled and she leaned into kiss you. Smiling, you then kissed her passionately and held her close to you as you continued to kiss her, ready to continue your life with her in the White Fang, and in time raise your beautiful child together with her.

-Epilogue Your Pov-

You sat on one side of the bed, and on the other side of the bed was Sienna. In between the two of you, was your little baby girl, April. She had gotten her mother's dark skin and her tiger ears, but your eyes. She sat between the two of you, as she listened to you tell the story of how you and Sienna had become a couple, but in the end, April yawns a little bit. " Is our cup tired," asked Sienna, and then April nods and she lies down next to April, and then you also lie down.

April closes her eyes, and then cuddles up to the two of you, and then you smile and also close your eyes, happy to be here with your wife and daughter, the best things to ever happen to the two of you. And so, when the two of them fell asleep, you stayed awake for a little bit to watch the two of them, before falling asleep. " I love you too so much," you say as you fall asleep.
