Ruby

Ruby has a lot of insecurities, about dating you and just in general. She does her best to hide them, but the people who are the closest to her can figure out what they are

She worries a lot about her leadership abilities. No matter how many times she proves herself on the battlefield, she still worries that one day her abilities won't be enough to save her team

Ruby also worries what the people around her think about her. She doesn't want anyone to think less of her for anything, since she thinks anyone at Beacon has the potential to be her friend

When it comes to being your girlfriend, she has the same insecurities. She worries you want a girl who's your age, and one who didn't skip two grades. She tends to compare herself to the other girls at Beacon, and can't help but feel like she's less attractive than they are

To comfort her from her insecurities, you just have to tell her that she's the only girl from you, and then she will often cling to you and listen to you as you say these things, and you know it means the world to her.

Weiss

Weiss tries her best to put forth a confident facade, however once she lets you in, you gradually start to see more and more of her insecurities.

Most of her insecurities are a result of her childhood. She never received the praise she deserved, and was in a neglectful home.

Weiss worries all of her friends secretly hate her and are only around her because they want something to her just like when she was growing up

It doesn't come up a lot, since very few people even know Summer wasn't her birth mother. The people who are the closest to her know about Raven, and all do their best to avoid the topic. However, you can tell Yang is saddened whenever people talk about memories they had with their mother

Yang doesn't like to talk about Raven, however there are times when talking about Raven is the only thing that helps her feel better, and so she'll sit down with you, and talk. It broke your heart when she told you that she lost two mothers in two different ways

When you and Yang had been dating for a long time, you told your mother about her insecurities about Raven. Your mother had told Yang that she could call her 'Mom' if she wanted, and it made Yang the happiest you had ever seen her

Your biggest insecurity about dating Yang was that she was still a little bit of a flirt even while dating you. Surprisingly, Nora's biggest insecurity is that her energy is too much for people. She doesn't worry about having to change herself, but she worries people like you and Ren secretly hate having to deal with her

Your biggest worry about dating her is about how close she is with Ren. You worry that the two of them have a bond that you can never compete with. Nora is surprisingly calm about this. She agrees that you can't compete with the bond she has with Ren, but tells you you don't have to. Nora loves the both of you in different ways

Velvet

Velvet is a timid girl, and even though she can kick the crap out of almost anyone, she unfortunately has low self-esteem and often believes the things that bullies tell her, and thinks that everyone thinks those things

Being a faunas has been a source of internal conflict for her. She's proud of her heritage, but at the same time, she knows how many people there are that hate them, and she worries a lot that you're one of them

The best way to comfort her is to pet her, which she loves. And if you lather her with compliments, you get to see her blushing and try to deny the compliments and then just accept them

You worry a lot that someone else can make her happier, but she assures you that you're the only one for you, and then will ask for help to arrange a date to make sure you know how much you mean to her

Penny

Penny is very outgoing and confident, but she has two things she worries about. The first is that she's still learning social norms and the fact that she's an android

Being an android is something she doesn't want to affect your relationship, but she knows it eventually will when the two of you get more serious and you have to be there for her when she gets updates and check-ups

Whenever Penny talks about how she isn't a real girl, it always makes you saddened, and then you try to assure her that she's more human than she thinks, the fact she has a soul is proof

If nothing else works, than you can always watch Pinocchio. She always cries about the ending of him becoming a real boy, but it makes her feel hopeful for the future.

Kali

Even though Kali is still beautiful, she worries she isn't as beautiful as she was when the two of you first met and fell in love

A lot of her flirting is from her wanting validation and finding someone to tell her she's still beautiful

The line that always makes her feel better is if you tell her she's still the most beautiful girl in the room, which she always is

One of the things that always comes back to Neo is that she's a mute. She isn't ashamed of it, since she had a lifetime of being mute. However, there are times when she's painfully aware of the limitations that comes with

This is one of the few times ice cream doesn't calm her down. So, what always works is when you sit down next to her, and then you tell her that you know she loves you and shows it in a lot of different ways, which are all as meaningful as her saying it outloud

Still, Neo is always trying her best to prove to you she loves you, which you smile when you see. What she doesn't know is that you promised Salem loyalty in return for Salem returning her voice

Cinder

Cinder Fall has always been a beautiful woman, and the odds are she always will be. But, Cinder can't help but worry you won't think that when she gets injured by the girl with silver eyes

She also hates how weak the injuries make her. The two of you have often discussed how much power means, and so she hates letting you see her vulnerable

The only way you can manage to assure her when she goes through these is if the two of you sit down together, and you assure her she's still beautiful over and over.

You worry that Cinder is going to leave you. She isn't short on options, but she always picks you which is something that makes you happy.

Raven

Raven is a very secretive woman, and she worries about letting people see the real her, and there are secrets she's very reluctant to reveal to you

She's very adamant about staying with the bandit tribe, at least long enough to win the war, but Raven worries she's going to have to chose between the tribe and you, and she doesn't know which one she would rather chose

You promise her she's never going to have to make that choice, since you're going to follow her everywhere.

When you find out about Tai and Yang, you can't help but worry that she wants to go back to the two of them, and she's going to leave you.

Once you reveal this to Raven, she's quick to assure you that she's always going to be by your side, and explains everything about Tai, and it never fails to calm you down

Winter

One of the things Winter is aware of is how different she is from other girls. She often worries that if she really does find someone she has feelings for, they're going to be turned off by her more abrasive personality

Winter doesn't want to change herself for anyone, however she often worries that the people she's close to don't know how much she loves them, which she feels bad about.

You always promise Winter that the ways she shows you her love matter just as much, and you tell her that you don't need or want her to change, and the fact she's different from other girls is a good thing

As you date Winter, you worry that she's going to breakup with you a lot. She has a lot of reasons to in your mind, and you know Winter isn't the type to stay in a relationship if it isn't what she's looking for.
