It's been nearly three months since we found David. And during that time he's still in a coma. I mean for crying out loud, it's already second semester and exchange students are arriving for the Vytal Festival Tournament.

I've gotten over the fact that he's in a coma and went on with my life. Today was pretty normal, we were at the cafeteria eating. Weiss got a pie thrown at her face, and it was pretty much hell from there on. I formed a bubble shield while we were watching RWBY and JNPR get into a food fight.

Totally nothing bad happened at all. You hear that? It's sarcasm. It's chaos in here. Yang went through the ceiling, Weiss gets flung into a pillar and shatters the whole thing, Ruby goes so fast she makes a sideways tornado which sends JNPR into a wall and splashed by multiple soda cans.

Someone walks through a door with a voice I haven't heard in a long time.

"Well... what have you gotten yourself into this time Sean?" It was David! He finally awoke.

"David, you're awake!" I say as I approached him.

"Damn straight. I'm gonna be honest with you. I thought you'd be dead."

"Well.... that makes two of us. And technically the names Nightmare. Nightmare Satero."

"Ahh... so you're trying to run away from your past."

"Yeah. I've been trying. Please, let me introduce you to everyone. Three other team members are Snow and Luna Akita, and Regret Kato. Team RWBY are consisted of Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long. And then we have team JNPR. Jaune Arc, Nora Valkyrie, Pyhrra Nikos, and Lie Ren."

"Hello everyone, I'm David Anderson." He waves his hand. "Wait, you mentioned 11 people. I only see 10."

Yang crashes through the ceiling. "Oh... I stand corrected."

"Come on. I want to get something off my chest."

We walked around the courtyard and I started the conversation.

"So what happened... after your were almost killed?"

"Well I blacked out from the pain. Next thing I knew I woke up on the bottom of a cliff. And I saw Carol..."

"Wait, if you survived then she did, right?"

"I'm sorry... I checked her pulse... she was already gone."

"Oh...."

"Here, take these." He holds out dog tags. Carols dog tags. "You deserve them more than me."

"You keep them. She gave to you. I'll honor her my own way."

It went quiet until I spoke up.

"Sooo did you talk to Ozpin?"

"Uhh...."

"The headmaster?"

"Oh, yeah I did. He filled me in on what goes on around here. What were they called, Grimm?"

"Yep. They'd love nothing but our extinction."

His scroll vibrates and he realized that he got a text.

"Ahh. It's the hospital, they just got my armor back from Atlas."

"Don't tell me you have to go."

"Gotta go get it sometime."

"Alright I'll catch you later."

We just give eachother a fist bump as he walks torwards the air ship.

Ozpin comes up behind me as soon as David left.

"I can see that went well." He says.

"It did. I'm glad he's alive, I really am. Too bad I can't say the same for Carol."

"Life has a way of pushing the bounds of ordinary people. Sometimes, until they break. But you must never let that stop you from achieving what you want to accomplish."

I hear his scroll buzz, he pulls it out of his pocket to check it.

"Ahh, I have to go. I will see you some other time. Have a good day Mr. Satero."

"You too professor."

I'm going on a camping trip with my family Friday and I'll be back Sunday I believe. So which means I'll be put of cell range which also means I can't update. Sad face. Have a good night everyone. I'm gonna listen to Cold and let Casey's angelic voice put me to sleep. Lmao.
