Personality: Blue is very laid back and doesn't like to be tied down to anything, even going as far as to not even giving himself a new name or revealing his actual name but has only revealed his name to Kai and his brother when the two reunite before Shoto heads off to beacon. When he first meets Kai in Mantle he claims that he doesn't have one to Kai's annoyance. Blue believes that having a name ties him down and holds him back. He doesn't want to be connected to anyone and he claims that having a name binds him into being Phoenix Everblaze, the victim of his father's abuse. However he and his partner/co assassin Kai compromised and he allowed Kai to call him Blue for simplicity's sake. Even after Phoenix reveals his name he continues to go by Blue. Blue is a wild card as he can be unpredictable at times and often switches his battling style to better suit what opponent he's fighting at the time. While Blue claims that he's "a dumb ass" he's very intelligent and is able to assess a situation and act on it very quickly. Blue often pretends to play dumb but he actually knows more about people then he lets on. While he may not be a genius like his friend Kai, he is extremely good at reading people, assessing people, and predicting their true intentions and actions. Blue is shown to have a sense of humor as he often goofs off or cracks jokes but mostly at Kai's or at someone else's expense. Blue also has no problem with calling himself out and often makes fun of himself showing he has a self deprecating sense of humor. Blue is extremely sarcastic and will even be sarcastic towards his opponents, officers of the law, huntsman, huntresses, and towards Kai. Blue is shown to be very pessimistic and doesn't see the good in others as his job entails him to kill the "scum of the earth" so he doesn't meet many people who have redeeming qualities. However, despite this he does get along very well with his friend/co worker Kai and he holds Kai in high regard due to his powerful semblance and unflinching loyalty towards him. The two are always seen together and are hardly not seen working together though the two may split up if a mission or assignment requires them to do so. Though despite working well with Kai, Blue does not work well with other people. His extremely stubborn and unpredictable behavior often rubs people the wrong way. This kind of behavior has also gained Blue a lot of enemies to Kai's annoyance as this has put Blue and himself in many dangerous situations. Despite working well with Kai there are times when the two don't always see eye to eye. Kai is often frustrated with Blue's lack of organizational skills and planning. Sometimes Blue will rush into a job without a plan which often infuriates Kai who is a very careful and strategic planner. Blue is physically scarred from an accident relating to his powers so Blue is often in pain from his scars and often takes pain killers so he's often very lax in nature and doesn't seem to care about much anything. He also doesn't care what people say about his physical appearance or what people think of his actions. Blue also has an addictive  personality as he often drinks heavily due to his abusive and traumatic past because of the abuse he suffered at the hands of his father Clay Everblaze. Despite Blue's mouthy, sarcastic, and lax nature he's emotionally scarred from his abusive and traumatic upbringing which he's never told anyone about aside from maybe mentioning small details to Kai from time to time and he eventually caves and tells Kai everything in Oniyuri before they head to Vale to take down Tyrian. Blue's lax attitude is a mask for how he truly feels. Deep down Blue is deeply troubled and still greatly affected by his upbringing. Due to his traumatic past Blue hates huntsman who are only huntsman for the fame and money. He considers those huntsman scum and claims they are not worthy of the title of huntsman. He particularly hates child abusers and people who kill children, huntsman and huntresses who are only doing the job for fame and money, and serial killers who pray on the innocent. Despite being an assassin Blue has morals. He only kills certain people. Blue doesn't kill people who he deems as being good huntsman and huntresses or innocent bystanders. Blue has a moral code that he follows and sticks to. He only takes jobs that involve killing bad people. Blue does have a soft spot towards his little brother Shoto Everblaze. Blue often dotes on his little brother and would often visit him in Vale when they would meet up at a coffee shop. Blue often comes to Shoto's tournaments to support him. Blue has a particular hatred towards his father Clay Everblaze due to Clay's attitude, violent behavior, and past treatment of his mother, Shoto and himself. Clay would often put Blue through intense training so he could chiefs his dream of his children taking the number one huntsman spot from Ruby Rose. Clay would often beat his wife Rei Everblaze who would try to protect Blue from Clay. She would shove a six year old Blue and one year old Shoto in a closet and guard the door to prevent Clay from hurting Blue. When Shoto discovered his semblance which was Half Hot Half Cold Clay started neglecting Blue and would turn his attention onto a five year old Shoto. Rei would them intervene during Shoto's training trying to protect him and Blue would act as Shoto's comfort and would go into the closet with Shoto to calm him down and comfort him. Blue would often confide in Shoto about his depression and the two would comfort each other. However once Rei was sent to a mental institution for burning Shoto's left side due to resembling his father her PTSD took over and she threw boiling water in Shoto's face permanently scarring the left side of his face. Afterwards Clay had move Shoto and Blue to atlas to separate them from their mother. Blue then took Rei's role and tried  to intervene and protect Shoto from Clay's abusive training regimen. Blue was then abused for intervening and Clay would often try to separate the two and keep Shoto away from Blue. Blue would often defy his father and spend time with Shoto behind Clay's back. Blue began to develop PTSD like his mother had due to all the abuse from his father. Blue then plotted to murder his father and get Shoto away from their abusive home life. Blue would often try to tell police officers about their abusive father but no one would believe them due to Clay being the number two huntsman. Since then Blue believed that the police were corrupt and that the huntsman system was also corrupt for letting someone Clay become a huntsman. Blue doesn't deem Clay as a true huntsman and Blue often loses his cool whenever he comes into contact with Clay. He often flies into pure rage when he sees Clay and has a strong desire to kill him. Blue is shown to have a soft spot for Royale Schnee and feels an attraction towards her and often flirts with her when in combat with her. While blue may not see eye to eye with crimson and her team due to his views of justice he does believe that they have the potential to be true huntresses one day. Blue has a close bond with Kai and the two have been best friends for three years and view each other as brothers despite Blue's reckless tendencies, Kai and Blue have always maintained their close knit relationship. Blue does have an older brother named Arctic who was six when he ran away from home when Blue was only three so Blue barely remembers him. Rei had told Blue that his brother really cared for him and often wanted to hold him and would play with him. Rei had also told Blue that Arctic had runaway from home because of the abuse.

Appearance: When Blue was much younger he had bright spiky red hair like his father and turquoise eyes which change to a light blue when he uses his flame magic. He was always seen wearing bandages due to overuse of his fire magic. His father would often force Blue to use his flames despite him getting burned from overusing them. In his teen years blue's hair turned from Red to white due to stress from his father's abuse and from trying to protect his brother. Later on blue is horribly burned from an accident due to his magic and went to an illegal doctor in mantle and had staples put in to prevent his skin from falling off. Later when Blue is a young adult blue has dyed his hair black and his scars are a violet color and he wearing a long navy blue fire proof, short sleeved leather coat ripped at the ends with metal cuffed sleeves. He also wears a white t-shirt underneath his jacket and navy blue baggy pants that look like they were stitched up. He wears a black belt with silver accents and black leather combat boots with his pants tucked into the boots.
