The Badge and The Burden
We see Nilak dressed in Beacon uniform while drying her hair with a towel, leaving the bathroom into the new room of Team TNSD where we see Toby and Daruna getting dressed up.
"Well, well, look who's taking their sweet time," says Nilak with a smirk.
Toby glances up, a playful grin on his face as he adjusts the collar of his uniform, "Some of us like to look presentable, Nilak."
Daruna chuckles, finishing up fastening his boots.
"Presentable or just trying to impress the professors?" asks Daruna with a raised eyebrow.
Toby shoots him a mock offended look, "Both, obviously. What do you take me for?"
As they all finish donning their Beacon uniforms, Simon makes a grand entrance, phasing out of the closet in his own uniform with a theatrical flair.
"Fashionably late, as always," said Simon.
"Don't let Yang hear you say that," said Daruna.
Nilak rolls her eyes, "You mean literally late. Do you ever just walk through doors like a normal person?"
"Hey, I'm the Ghost. Where's the fun in that?"
With everyone ready and time to spare, they survey the room filled with boxes and unpacked belongings.
"Okay, guys. We should only unpack the basic essentials before the day gets too hectic," said Toby.
"And then focus on the rest after classes," agrees Nilak, "Priorities, people."

Meanwhile, in the new room of Team RWBY, Weiss is seen sleeping soundly in her bed. Her eyes flutter open and she stretches her arms above herself, yawning, while Ruby, dressed in her strangely-colored school uniform, creeps up on her side and suddenly blows a whistle, causing Weiss to fall off the bed.
"Good morning, team RWBY!"
"What in the world is wrong with you?" said Weiss from the floor.
"Now that you're awake, we can officially begin our first order of business," Said Ruby, ignoring the question.
Weiss gets up and brushes herself off, "Excuse me?"
Yang holds a collection of objects - pillows, pamphlets, a candle-holder - in her arms, also dressed alongside Blake, “Decorating!”
“What?!”
“We still have to unpack,” says Blake, holding the suitcase as it opens, spilling its contents, “Aaaand clean.”
Weiss does not look enthusiastic, especially when Ruby knocks her back again with the blow of her whistle.
“Aaaalright! Weiss, Blake, Yang, and their fearless leader Ruby have begun their first mission!” Ruby then raises her fist into the air, “Banzai!”
Yang and Blake pop up beside her and yell “Banzai” while holding their fists in the air as well.
After Weiss got dressed in her uniform, everyone began to decorate the room. Yang places a poster of six guys in various poses named "THE ACHIEVE MEN" on her part of the room. Weiss positions the painting of the Forever Fall forest to perfection and walks away. Blake is busy putting away her books on the shelves, picking up a copy of Ninjas of Love and widening her eyes as she warily looks around before putting it back. Ruby positions Crescent Rose at an exact angle against the curtains so she can perfectly slash a diagonal portion off. A quick zoom around the room (and the repaired curtains) ends with the girls admiring their handiwork... with one problem. The beds are cramped together in the center of the floor.
“This isn't going to work,” said Weiss.
“It is a bit cramped,” said Blake.
“Maybe we should ditch some of our stuff…” suggests Yang.
“Or we could ditch the beds…” said Ruby only to gasp excitedly at a sudden realization, “And replace them with bunk beds!”
“Umm, that sounds incredibly dangerous,” said Weiss.
“And super-awesome!” said Yang.
“It does seem efficient,” agreed Blake.
“Well, we should put it to a vote!” said Weiss.
“I think we just did,” said Ruby.
To the sounds of two dings and a single buzz, Blake thumbs up at the idea, Yang makes a double-rocker gesture, and Weiss angrily curls her fists at her side. Decided, they rush at the beds, where sounds of jackhammering and sawing are heard until they gather back at the front of the room.
“Objective: Complete!”
While Weiss' bed is simply on the ground next to her art and luggage, Blake's bed is next to her books, which are used to raise Yang's bed over it by placing the novels on the posts, and Ruby's is hanging from ropes on the ceiling with a blanket used as a tent over it.
“Allllright! Our second order of business iiiiiiiis… classes,” Ruby says while plopping down on one of the beds, “Now, we have a few classes together today. At 9, we've got to be-”
“What?! Did you say 9 o'clock?” interrupts Weiss.
“Uuuum…”
“It's 8:55, you dunce!” yells Weiss before sprinting out of the room and down the hall, the members of RWBY and JNPR peeking out from their doorways to look at her go.
“To class!” yells a flabbergasted Ruby before sprinting out of the class, followed by Yang, and Blake.
“Class…?” Jaune loses his balance and ends up toppling Nora Valkyrie, Pyrrha Nikos, and Lie Ren on top of him. He manages to get out from under them and starts dashing, “We're gonna be late!”
In the courtyard, Professor Ozpin and Glynda Goodwitch watch the two teams hurry through the school. Glynda looks at her watch, and Ozpin simply sips his drink.
______________________________________________
The sight of an axe-blunderbuss weapon pans down to the boards displaying various species of Grimm - King Taijitu, Death Stalker, Beowolf, Boarbatusk, Nevermore, and Ursa - behind an elderly teacher named Peter Port.
He appears to be a man in early old age. He wears a double-breasted burgundy suit with gold piping and buttons. His pants he wears tucked into olive boots, similar in appearance and construction to cavalry boots. He has gray hair and a gray mustache and is a fat man. His build is similar to an apple shape, where he is chubbier on his top half, with a bit of a belly.
The class settles down as Team TNSD is seen sitting at the second to the front row just as class is about to begin.
“Alright, let our class beg-”
Suddenly, the professor and the students hear the classroom door burst open as both team RWBY and JNPR literally stumble in a heap.
“Sorry we're late!” both leader's exclaim.
Try not to be late next time, please?” said the professor.
The two teams nod in response as JNPR sit somewhere while RWBY decide to take a seat in front of TNSD.
“You sure took your sweet time,” whispered Daruna with a smirk.
“So, what was the hold up,” Toby asked curiously.
“Sorry, we were setting up our bunk beds,” Ruby explains.
“Bunk beds. Of course, why didn't we think of that?” said Simon as an idea occured to him, “You guys are life savers.”
“Awww, you really mean that?” said Yang teasingly as she turned to look at Simon.
“Uhhh… no. Uh I-l mean yes. I-I-I mean–” stutters a flustered Simon.
“Can we please just stay focused?” Interrupts Weiss.
Not long after, class starts.
“Monsters! Deeeemons... Prowlers of the night! Yes, the creatures of Grimm have many names, but I merely refer to them as prey! Ha-ha!”
The members of RWBY, along with TNSD, are in varying stages of interest; Blake, Toby and Yang are sitting up and paying attention, Daruna has his head down on the table, seemingly having a nap, Weiss is taking notes, Nilak has one earpod on one ear as she and Ruby have their heads propped in their hands as the latter takes a quick nap until she is woken back up by Port's bad joke, which receives a cricket-filled silence as a result except for Simon who was laughing.
“Yeah, I get it! Good one professor!” Simon called out.
“Well, looks like someone likes my stories,” said Port.
Simon looked to his team as he received looks from the twins.
“What? Someone had to join in on the humor,” Simon said defensively. The twins rolled their eyes at him as they focused on listening to Port again.
“And you shall too, upon graduating from this prestigious academy! Now, as I was saying: Vale, as well as the other three kingdoms, are safe havens in an otherwise treacherous world! Our planet is absolutely teeming with creatures that would love nothing more than to tear you to pieces! And that's where we come in. Huntsmen! Huntresses…” he gives Yang a wink, which she groans uncomfortably at, “Individuals who have sworn to protect those who cannot protect themselves! From what, you ask? Why, the very world!”
A random student gets up and raises his fist, “Ayyyy-yep!” he stands like this for a moment as everyone looks at him strangely before sitting down, embarrassed.
Professor Port then continues, “That is what you are training to become. But first: A story. A tale of a young, handsome man... Me! When I was a boy…”
His words fade into the background (and a series of "blah"s) when Weiss notices Ruby is very focused on penciling the paper in front of her.
“...Despite smelling of cabbages, my grandfather was a wise man. 'Peter', he told me…”
The speech evolves into more "blah"s as Ruby chuckles at her creation and shows it to her teammates: a ball-with-limbs-and-a-head drawing of the teacher with stink lines coming from him and "Professor Poop" written underneath. Ruby blows a quick raspberry. Blake, Yang and Simon laugh, the twins stifle their snickering, but Weiss looks annoyed.
“Ah-heh-hem!” he waits until he has their attention again, “In the end, the Beowolf was no match for my sheer tenacity, and I returned to my village with the beast in captivity and my head held high, celebrated as a hero!”
The teacher takes a bow, with Simon making an applause, as Weiss slowly gets more and more frustrated with Ruby's antics.
“The moral of this story? A true Huntsman must be honorable!”
Ruby is balancing an apple on a book with her pencil held only by her finger while making a silly face.
“A true Huntsman must be dependable!”
Ruby has fallen asleep again in the first class of the year.
“A true Huntsman must be strategic, well-educated, and wise!”
Ruby is not-so-subtly picking her nose, much to Weiss' building anger which is so hot Nilak can feel the heat emanating from her.
“So, who among you believes themselves to be the embodiment of these traits?”
A giddy Simon is about to raise his hand only to be beaten to it by Weiss who angrily raises her hand, “I do, sir!”
“Well, then, let's find out!” turns to gesture at the glowing red eyes surrounded by shadow shaking the cage that traps it, “Step forward, and face your opponent!”
______________________________________________
Minutes later, Weiss is seen back in her regular attire, readying her Myrtenaster at the growling creature in the cage. Her teammates cheer her on from their seats in the front row.
Yang raises her fists, “Goooo, Weiss!”
Blake waves a small flag reading ‘RWBY’ “Fight well!”
“Okay, I have so many questions,” said Nilak, noticing the flag, “Like where did you get that?”
“Merch store,” Blake replied.
Both twins briefly look at each other and then back as Toby said, “Didn't know there was stuff like that.”
“Yeah, represent Teeeeam RWBY!” Ruby cheered.
Weiss lowers her sword and looks over at her ‘leader’, “Ruby! I'm trying to focus!”
“Oh, um... Sorry…” said Ruby sheepishly.
“Allllright!” says Port who is next to the cage, pulling out his weapon, Blowhard “Let the match... begin!”
The professor swings down and breaks the lock, dropping the cage door and revealing the Boarbatusk inside, which immediately charges at Weiss. She uses Myrtenaster to deflect its attack and roll to the side, readying herself for its next move. The Grimm stands a distance away from its enemy, studying her.
“Ha-ha! Wasn't expecting that, were you?” Peter says.
“Hang in there, Weiss!” Ruby says.
Weiss is now speeding towards the oncoming Boarbatusk, sticking her blade straight at its skull until they meet and Myrtenaster is trapped in the beast's tusks. Weiss is still hanging on to the hilt, and is tossed around as she struggles to get the rapier back.
“Bold, new approach. I like it!” Peter comments.
“Come on, Weiss, show it who's boss!”
Weiss turns to glare at Ruby, only for the Boarbatusk to turn its head and rip the sword from her grip. Myrtenaster lands far away from its master, who is knocked back by the creature's tusks.
“Oh-ho! Now what will you do without your weapon?” said Port.
Weiss looks up just in time to see the Boarbatusk charge again, rolling out of the way just in time to avoid getting trampled and making it crash into a desk. Weiss rushes at her sword and slides to get it back in her hand.
“Weiss! Go for its belly! There's no armor underneath-” Ruby goes to say but is interrupted by Weiss.
“Stop telling me what to do!” Weiss yells in fury.
“Rude,” scoffs Nilak.
Ruby looks hurt at Weiss' rebuttal while Toby notices this as he reaches across to lay a hand on her shoulder to comfort her.
Meanwhile, the Boarbatusk leaps into the air and rolls into a ball, spinning rapidly in the air and landing on the ground, consistently gaining speed until it launches itself at Weiss. It comes closer and closer, but Weiss activates one of her blue-white circles and blocks the roll, leaping up into the now-black snowflake symbol and turning it blue again so she can drive the blade into the Boarbatusk's stomach. It squeals and falls silent while Weiss gasps in relief.
“Bravo! Bra-vo! It appears we are indeed in the presence of a true Huntress-in-training!” says Port as Weiss stands up at attention from her exhausted position and Ruby continues to frown, “I'm afraid that's all the time we have for today. Be sure to cover the assigned readings, and... stay vigilant! Class dismissed!”
Weiss glares and turns away, walking hurriedly to the exit past her teammates.
Jaune watches her leave, “Sheesh, what's with her?”
The remaining members of Team RWBY look at each other with the same question.
“Are you guys that surprised?” says Daruna who was awake and had witnessed the whole fight, “A behavior like that is what you should've expected from someone whose last name is Schnee.”
______________________________________________
Weiss is still storming off, but Ruby turns a corner and manages to catch up with her.
“Weiss!” Ruby calls out.
Weiss turns around, “What?”
“What's wrong with you? Why are you being-?” Ruby says only to be interrupted by Weiss.
“What's wrong with me? What's wrong with you? You're supposed to be a leader, and all you've been so far is a nuisance!”
Ruby scoffs, “What did I do?”
“That's just it - you've done nothing to earn your position! Back in the forest, you acted like a child, and you've only continued to do so!”
“Weiss, where is this coming from? What happened to all the talk about 'working together'? I thought you believed in acting as a team.”
“Not a team led by you. I've studied and trained. And quite frankly, I deserve better,” Weiss turns her back to Ruby, trying to reach out but dropping her hand with the following words, “Ozpin made a mistake”
Ruby looks dejected as Weiss walks away, leaving her alone. She turns around and sees Toby standing behind her, with his sister next to him.
“Ruby... don't let her get to you,” said Toby with a gentle tone.
Ruby sighs while looking down, “But she’s right, Toby. I haven’t done anything to prove I deserve to lead. I just… I don’t know if I can do this.”
Nilak steps forward, giving Ruby a reassuring pat on the shoulder before walking off to catch up with Weiss, leaving Toby and Ruby alone.
“Listen, I know how you feel,” says Toby softly as he places a hand on her shoulder, “I mean, we both just got made leaders, right? It’s a lot to take in. But you’re here for a reason.”
Ruby looks up at him confused, “But what if I’m not good enough?”
“Ruby, you literally led a team to take down a giant Nevermore. You came up with a plan on the fly, and it worked. That's not something just anyone can do. And it's not something someone who doesn’t have leadership qualities could pull off. Ozpin didn’t pick you by accident.”
Ruby starts to look a bit more hopeful as Toby continues, “Think about it—why else would he choose you? There’s something special about you, Ruby, something I saw myself the first time we met. And maybe it’ll take some time for you to see it, but I’m sure Ozpin already does.”
Suddenly, Ozpin’s voice cuts in from behind them, “I’d say Toby’s on the right track.”
Ruby and Toby turn around, surprised to see Ozpin standing there with a coffee in one hand and his cane in the other.
“Professor Ozpin!” said Ruby, surprised.
“Oh, uh... sorry, sir, I didn’t see you there.” said Toby who was a bit sheepish.
“No need to apologize, Mr. Tungsten. I must say, you have a good eye for character,” says Ozpin with a chuckle before he turns to Ruby, his expression softening, “Whether I made a mistake or not remains to be seen.”
______________________________________________
Weiss is still walking around the halls until she comes across a balcony where Professor Port is watching the sunset over Beacon Academy's rooftops.
Weiss decides to approach him, “Professor Port!”
He turns to look at her, “Ah, Miss Schnee! And to what do I owe this fine pleasure?”
“I... I enjoyed your lecture!”
“Of course you did, child; you have the blood of a true Huntress in you.”
Weiss smiles, “You really think so?”
“Most surely!” he then notices Weiss' small frown and lack of eye contact, “Hmm... Something's troubling you.”
“Yes, sir…”
“Dear girl, confess to me your strife!”
“Well... I-I think I should have been the leader of Team RWBY!” Weiss admits.
Port is silent for a moment until he says “That's preposterous!”
______________________________________________
“What do you mean?” Ruby asks.
“I mean, it's only been one day. Ruby... I've made more mistakes than any man, woman, and child on this planet. But at this moment, I would not consider your appointment to leader to be one of them,” Ozpin leans in so he can look more directly at Ruby, “Do you?”
______________________________________________
Nilak is seen walking over to the side of the entrance to the balcony as she overhears Professor Port and Weiss who is now getting angry at Port's remark.
“Excuse me?!”
“I've believed in Professor Ozpin for many years, and the man's never once led me astray!” he said.
“So you would just blindly accept his decision even after seeing how exceptional I am?”
“With all due respect, your exceptional skill on the battlefield is matched only by your poor attitude.”
Hearing what he said, Nilak snickers to herself, “And that's being generous.”
“How dare you!” said a seething Weiss.
“My point exactly. I see a girl before me who has spent her entire life getting exactly what she wanted.” said Port
Weiss crosses her arms, looking defiant, “That's not even remotely true!” under the teacher's gaze, she reluctantly relents, “Well... not entirely true.”
______________________________________________
“Being a team leader isn't just a title you carry into battle, but a badge you wear constantly. If you're not always performing at your absolute best, then what reason do you give others to follow you?”
Ruby looks thoughtful, processing Ozpin's words as Toby gives her a reassuring nod.
______________________________________________
“So the outcome did not fall in your favor. Do you really believe that acting in such a manner would cause those in power to reconsider their decision?” Port says as Weiss finally calms down and looks at him again, “So instead of fretting about what you don't have, savor what you do. Hone your skills, perfect every technique, and be not the best leader, but the best person you can be.”
Weiss smiles a little at the words of wisdom.
______________________________________________
Ozpin turns back on both teens, still talking, “You’ve both been given a great responsibility. Take some time, reflect on what it means to lead. The true test has only just begun.”
Ruby and Toby exchange a look of mutual understanding. As Ruby walks off toward the balcony, Toby lingers for a moment, watching her go with a small smile before turning and heading off in the opposite direction. Ruby comes to the balcony where Port is walking away from Weiss and smiles a little at her partner.
______________________________________________
Meanwhile, Weiss watches Professor Port leave the balcony, his words lingering in her mind as she contemplates them. She turns back toward the sunset, her expression a mix of frustration and reflection. Just then, Nilak steps out from the side of the entrance, arms crossed and a look of cool disapproval on her face as she makes her presence known.
“Here to lecture me too?” asks Weiss with a sneer.
“Nah, Professor Port pretty much covered that,” snarks Nilak, “Besides, I don't think I could top 'poor attitude' even if I tried.”
“Oh, so you were eavesdropping,” said Weiss, narrowing her eyes, “How very mature of you.”
Nilak shrugs casually, “If I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have heard how much of a brat you’re being.”
“Excuse me?”
Nilak steps closer with a serious tone, “Look, Weiss, you can’t just go around tearing people down because you didn’t get your way. What you said to Ruby was out of line.”
“I was just being honest!” said Weiss defensively, “She doesn’t deserve to be leader!”
“And you think you do?” Nilak raises an eyebrow, “Last I checked, being a leader isn’t about barking orders or making everyone feel like they're beneath you. It’s about lifting your team up, not dragging them down.”
“You’re just defending her because you’re her friend now,” said Weiss, crossing her arms, “Don’t forget we used to be close too, Nilak. But look where that got us.”
“Yeah, I remember. And I also remember how you couldn’t stand it when someone else got the spotlight. It’s always been about you, Weiss. This isn’t new.”
“That’s not fair!” said Weiss angrily.
“Isn’t it? What happened to you, Weiss? You used to be someone I could rely on. Now all I see is someone who can’t handle not being in control. You’re letting your ego get in the way, just like before,” said Nilak.
Weiss glares at her, “Oh, so this is about that?”
Nilak nods, “Yeah, it is. You know what I’m talking about. The second things didn’t go your way, you shut me out. You couldn’t handle the idea that maybe—just maybe—you weren’t the best at everything. So you pushed me away.”
Weiss looked hurt but remained defensive, “You don’t know what it’s like! I have to be perfect. Everyone expects me to be. You wouldn’t understand.”
“You’re right, I don’t know what it’s like to be a Schnee. But I do know what it’s like to work hard and still not get what you want. You’re not the only one with expectations on your shoulders, Weiss. But that doesn’t give you the right to take it out on Ruby or anyone else.”
Weiss looks away, her anger giving way to a mix of guilt and sadness, “I just… I don’t know how to be anything else.”
Nilak expression softens slightly as she sighs, “Then maybe it’s time you figure that out. Instead of trying to prove you’re the best, try being the best version of yourself. That’s what Ruby’s doing, and that’s why people like her. That’s why people follow her.”
Weiss looks back at Nilak, the tension between them easing slightly, “Do you really think she’s a better leader than me?”
Nilak meets her gaze, “I think she has the potential to be. But more importantly, I think you do too. You just need to stop seeing her as competition and start seeing her as a partner. Maybe then, you’ll realize she’s not your enemy—neither am I.”
Weiss considers Nilak’s words, a flicker of understanding crossing her face.
“I’m... sorry. For what I said to Ruby... and for what happened between us,” Weiss said softly
Nilak nods, “It’s a start. But you should probably say that to Ruby too.”
“Yeah... I will.”
The tension between them finally eases, and there’s a brief moment of silence as they both look out at the sunset. After a moment, Nilak spoke up.
“You know, Weiss, we used to make a pretty good team. Maybe we can get back to that... if you’re willing to try.”
“Maybe we can,” Weiss agrees with a faint smile.
Nilak gives Weiss a nod before heading back inside, leaving Weiss alone on the balcony, contemplating her next steps.
______________________________________________
The full moon shines over the green lights of Beacon, and in the room of Team RWBY, the door opens and Weiss' shadow is seen against the hall's light. Blake is sleeping under the covers, Yang is spread out on her bed and snoring, and when Weiss lifts the blanket of Ruby's tent, she finds the occupant with her head resting on notes, a pencil in her hand, and open books all around her. Weiss, looking amazed at Ruby's determination, clears her throat and gently shakes the other girl awake, who takes a second to regain consciousness and start flailing in surprise.
“Weiss! I-I was studying, and then I fell asleep! I'm sorry…”
Weiss places a hand over Ruby's mouth and puts a finger to her own so Ruby understands the need for lowering her voice. Weiss looks near Ruby's pillow and spots an empty Beacon coffee mug.
“How do you take your coffee?” said Weiss, lowering her hand.
“I... I don't…”
“Answer the question!” said Weiss, getting irritated.
“Uhh, cream and five sugars!” Ruby answered.
“Don't move,” Weiss says as she ducks under to her own bed and comes up a moment later with a fresh cup, offering it to Ruby, “Here.”
“Um... Thanks, Weiss,” said Ruby.
Weiss smiles and then looks apologetic, “Ruby, I think you have what it takes to be a good leader. Just know that I am going to be the best teammate you'll ever have!”
Both girls share a smile.
“Good luck studying!” Weiss ducks under, only to come up and point at one of Ruby's papers, “That's wrong, by the way.” she ducks under again, and her voice comes from the doorway this time, “Hey, Ruby?”
“Uh-huh?”
Weiss stands in the door with her hand on the knob.
“I always wanted bunk beds as a kid,” she says as she starts to close the door.
Ruby, grinning at the progress with her friend, goes back to her notes

Meanwhile, next door in a familiar room, in the living room, we now see its occupants as Toby, Nilak, and Daruna stand side by side, casually watching as Simon focuses intensely on the final strokes of his graffiti masterpiece, the bold and dynamic letters of "TNSD" springing to life with color and energy. The mural, bursting with sharp lines, metallic elements, and fiery accents, reflects their distinct team personality—sharp, unconventional, and powerful.
"I gotta hand it to you, Simon... You never fail to blow me away with your art. We should start charging people to see this.” said Toby, crossing his arms with a smirk.
Simon steps back from the wall, flipping a spray can, "It’s not about the money, Toby. It’s about the statement. We’re gonna make our mark here in Beacon, starting with this room.”
Nilak plopped down on the couch, arms behind her head, "Took you long enough. I was starting to think I’d freeze over before you finished.”
"Perfection takes time, Nilak. You wouldn’t rush a work of art, would you?” Simon chuckles.
"I can say that it’s solid. Bold. Just like us." said Daruna, gesturing to the artwork.
Toby steps forward, admiring the detail in the graffiti. The letters of their team name intertwine with mechanical parts and energy swirls, each symbol representing their roles and synergy as a unit.
"It’s more than solid, man. This? This is us. Grit, fire, strength. We’re gonna make Beacon remember our name.”
"As if anyone could forget a team as loud as ours.” Nilak smirks.
Simon wipes his hands on a rag, taking a step back with satisfaction as he takes in the full view of his work. The wall now feels alive, matching the energy and dynamic spirit of the team.
"Yeah, and when we crush our first mission, they’ll have no choice but to pay attention."
There’s a comfortable silence as they all look at the mural, feeling the weight of their goals and responsibilities as a team. Each of them may have come from different walks of life, but together, they were ready to make waves.
Toby turns to face the team, voice more serious, "This is just the beginning, guys. We’ve got our first mission soon, and we’re going to show everyone that Team TNSD is no joke. Let’s prove that we belong here."
"We will. No one’s going to stand in our way.” said his sister.
"We stick together. Stronger as one." Daruna adds.
"And leave our mark wherever we go." Simon finishes.
The four of them exchange looks, the bond between them growing tighter with every passing moment. They were more than just teammates—they were a force. And Beacon had no idea what was coming.
