Akai POV

Beacon's doors come into view and I run even faster if possible Kuro right beside me.

"Akai I-I think Orenji's dead." Kuro mumbles.

"No he can't be dead he's strong." I mumble slamming into the door with my shoulder making it slam open.

"What about Rain?" Kuro asks turning into the medical ward the same time as me.

"Were about to find out so let's move!" I shout at him trying yo get attention without shouting help. How weak would that be and how stupid its mostly my fault anyway. Completely my fault I should say. Dostors rub out and take Orenji and Rain out of our arms. I sighed relief even though I felt the complete opposite. In almost an instant a doctor comes out with a face in deep though as if he doesn't know what to say.

"JUST SAY IT ALREADY YOU ASS OF A DOCTOR!" Kuro shouts the look of insanity on his face.

The doctor starts shaking from fear.

"Orange devil-"

"His name is Orenji say it right." Kuro growls his eyes slowly starting to fade to white.

"We're sorry but Orenji's gone." The doctor says.

"Gone? What do you mean by gone?" Kuro asks.

"Yeah were'd he go?" I ask.

"Hopefully to heaven." The doctor sighs.

"H-He's dead?" I ask glancing at Kuro.

"Devils don't die they spawn, they regenerate." Kuro says stubbornly.

"Full breed devils yes, devil faunus depends, half devil faunus no." The doctor says.

"Half?! What the hell?! Half, half?!" Kuro shouts at the doctor gripping hus hair.

I backed away slightly thinking I fucked up so bad. Kuro glances at me and growls then at the doctor and runs. Yang and Ruby run out to see what all the noise is about and looks at me wide eyed.

"What happened?" Yang asks.

I look down at myself covered in Rain's blood my red tanktop only making her blood to stand out. "Rain got hurt and so did Orenji." I say my hands shaking.

"Are you okay your shaking?" Ruby asks.

"No of course not." I say shoving my blood covered hands in my pocket. I bite my shoulder drinking mg blood in hopes to null me slightly and make me stop shaking but it only got worse. My shaking increased and all my memories of the White Fang played in my head.

"You sure you're okay?" Yang asks.

"I don't feel right." I mumble putting a shaky hand on my head. I felt something hot run down my leg. I screamed in pain falling to the ground putting a hand to the back of my leg.

"Bye Akai don't come back to the Sinners or we'll make sure to kill you." Shizen growls.

I stand up shakily and smirk. "Good who needs you guys when I got myself and Gōka! I hope the weapons I made you guys all explode!" I shout putting all my weight on one leg.

"Good cause we don't need safe keeping you were just trying to kill us all along!" Taiyō shouts.

"Usero! (Fuck off)" I shout putting my bloody hand on the wall.

"Saiwai shōakuma! (Happily little devil)" Yoku shouts before they all walk away.

"Akai?! Do you know how worried you've made Blake- are you okay?" Weiss asks stopping midsentence.

"I'm great! Where'd they put Rain?" I ask ignoring the bleeding hole in my leg. Yang puts a hand on my shoulder and I shrug it off.

"You might want to get that patched you're needing everywhere." Weiss says pointing out the obvious.

Ruby glances at me curiously and Fido sits close to me.

"What Ruby?" I growl my face paling from the blood loss.

"Blake told us about you." Ruby says with a mischievous smile.

Weiss walks over to me and pushes me down before cleaning it and wrapping it up. "Thank you Weiss." I mumble gritting my teeth.

"Your welcome dunce." Weiss says walking away and I swear I saw a smile.

"What did Blake tell you about me?" I ask standing back up.

"Nothing, except your part wolf!" Ruby shouts.

I grind my teeth angrily my tail lighting in fire. "How high on catnip was she?" I say angrily.

Yang laughs slightly and I glare at her.

"Umm she's not high at all and it explains a lot." Weiss says.

Ruby pets Fido and Yang smirks.

"So is your smell as good as a wolf's, do you mark your territory, can you speak dog?" Yang asks me.

"Yes, hell no, kinda." I say limping around trying to find Rain's room.

Yang pulls on my tail and I howl slightly. "Yang enough!" I yell at her hitting her arm.

Yang laughs, "Its so hilarious though."

"I'm gonna tell Blake if you don't stop." I say glaring at her.

"You wouldn't dare." Yang says.

"Have my scroll right here and her number." I say smirking.

"Fine you little tattle tale." Yang mumbles crossing her arms.

A loud bark echo's through the ward.

"Don't touch on Fido's tail he doesn't like that." I say.

"Really?!" Weiss says sarcastically pointing towards Fido who's mouth is clamped on Ruby's cape.

"Shouldn't have touched his tail." I mumble.
