The misty moments, without you

When I feel so lost and lonely

I sit beside the silent sunbeams

Listening

To your soul; It speaks to me

In the buzz of the bees

In the rustle of falling leaves

In the whispers of the wind

Serenading me

With their sweet nothings

Cherished songs of forever afters

Of enchanted, contented sighs

That the moon hums, just like you

Sailing through starlit nights,

The teasing, dancing plip plop

Of raindrops, make my pulse throb

They slip gently into silence

Of tender snowflakes...

I'm afraid my heart might stop

I feel you in every note

That shivers

Through an everlasting symphony

So near, yet not,

Like promises that must wait

In blends of bittersweet agony
