happy number 30! we have officially reached 30 updates in this graphic lotto, which i think might be a record for me? maybe not, i've repressed HELLIONS (now called THE CON after the tegan and sara album.) it's certainly a record time-wise, god knows i've never been this productive or prolific in my entire life. i'm coming to the end of my first round of requests now, which is good 🙂‍↕️ time for some fresh blood.

this update is for a couple covers for kelly: her stories SIGN OF THE TIMES, WINDS OF WINTER, and STARGRAZER. SOTT is another one of those simple-manip hybrid covers, and WOW and STARGRAZER are comic covers! 💥

i really enjoyed making the SOTT cover even though i kind of freaked out trying to edit alba flores onto el*zabeth ols*n's face. the results did not look good 😭 hence why the cover is less... conventionally manip-y than i originally intended it to be. however, anything involving lucas till is a win. i love him, especially as macgyver! he stays being one of my original white boy loves 🥰 star till pullman, that's me! anyways, for this cover there are some alt. versions (as usual) so you can pick which exact colour palette you'd like.

          on to the comic covers! firstly, WOW: loki is a notoriously hard character to make comic covers for which is funny since emma frost is like, his exact opposite in that regard. i went through a lot of different options before settling on a watercolour-like cover, which i felt matched the theme of winter and snow that you mentioned in your form. i really like the flow of the art in this cover; i can only assume thor and loki are on good terms in your fic, but even fighting on this cover they're slaying so 👍 i used a metallic silver effect on the loki text, and a gold one for the main STARGRAZER cover.

STARGRAZER is probably my favourite graphic out of these. i love the vivid, cosmic colour scheme as well as the, again, watercolour-like art all together. i added astronomical illustrations to further the "cosmic" theme. for this cover i also used an unconventional marvel comic label (i.e. that red band with the marvel symbol and author information) as i wanted to showcase as much of the art as possible. there is a less pink version as well as a much paler version of this cover.
