this update is for 3x "return customer" triss, and her forthcoming steve rogers fic GENESIS! i won't go too much into detail about my thought process for this cover as:

a) it's nearly 4am where i am; and

b) i don't want to spoil too much about GENESIS. i am on a fic embargo! (not really, but it's fun to pretend i'm handling top-secret information when my friends dm me directly 🤣).

i will say, i did thoroughly enjoy looking at photos of chris evans while making this cover, especially from the first captain america movie (i guess that gives you a bit of a clue?). i enjoyed it so much i also made this:

just so we all know where i'm at right now. anyways, this cover comes in both the classic Bayports™️ red and a blue version. as i put it to triss: "star spangled something" 🦅🦅🦅

you guys will probably see a few covers with this type of titling style crop over the next week or so. i'm trying something new out, though i'm not sure if it'll stick as i don't want all the covers i make to look the same.

          more than they already do, at least. 😋
