Brick is an Author that went insane. The Admin took his Author powers because he didn't want anyone else to be even close to as powerful as he is. The separation from his abilities drove Brick half-mad, and the Admin tossed him into the institute so he couldn't cause further trouble. That's why he does that 'narrating' thing, because he got so used to the 'narrator attacks' but doesn't get them anymore.

• I HATED having to choose whether to help Stella or not! I had to pause the game and scream for a good 30 seconds, then mutter anxiously to myself for at least five minutes XD
I did decide let her join us tho

• I STILL WANT STELLA TO DIE
But it's less of a 'shes annoying plz kill her off' and more that I think that would be an excellent character arc for her.
I would really like to see Stella redeem herself and become and actual protagonist, and then die, maybe saving someone else or something. I think that would add just the right amount of feels to make us actually like Stella before she's gone for good.

• I spent quite a bit of time just shouting and swearing. No lie; I pretty much yelled myself hoarse

• Throughout pretty much the whole thing, I had NO CLUE what was going to happen next. This episode seemed very unpredictable and wild, and I LOVED IT.
I CANNOT WAIT to see where they end up 'below the bedrock'
