Clark's P.O.V aka Superman

"Kara this isn't you, your not this type of person. We love you,  James loves you, Winn loves you, Alex loves you,Lois loves you, everyone loves you Kara don't do this." I yelled. She stops...for a moment. She tries to gain control of it.

"He's not here Clark." She yells. "Get him." Soon the evil takes over again.

Barry's P.O.V
I walk to Joe's house to see Iris and Joe inside with Dr. Harrison Wells, Caitlin, Jay, and Cisco. How the heck did those two end up here so fa- Jay....

"What?" I snapped

"Look Barry we're here cause where concerned about you." Joe says.

"Don't be." I snapped again. "Look I'm sorting out somethings I just need to work it out alone." I  went to my room in the house and shut the door. I sit on my bed with my head in my hands.

FlashBack

"Hey...how you doing?" I asked Kara.

"Well aside from my ears ringing like church bells I am okay." She says and I nod.

"You sure... you don't seem okay" I prodded.

"I'm sorry I made you rush in on Live-wire with a plan in didn't know she'd have a cohort." She apologized. I shook my head.

"Yeah that's the thing about being a superhero you have to... somehow be prepared for the unexpected." I say.

"Something happened to me a few weeks ago." I turn my attention to her. "I was to this...substance that made me crazy, I did alot of horrible things." She confessed.

" That's rough." I sigh.

"When I was helping people as supergirl I was- I was so happy but now that the People no longer want me to help them I feel lost. And I'm in such a rush to prove myself that I'm making stupid mistakes like today." She explained

" This is going to sound ironic coming from me but um you need to slow down just keep doing your good work don't worry about the rest, the public will forgive you i promise."

"How can you be so sure?" She asked.

"Cause the same thing happened to me."

"Really? "

"Mmmhmm."

"So what finally fix things?"

"Time...when your used to fixing with brute strength or in my case  amazing speed it's hard to accept things are out of our control. It's humbling right?"

"Yup."

"And believe me when you stop trying to force the solution it'll happen on its own."

"I'm really sorry your locked out of your world but I'm really  glad you're here."

"Me too."
