(Nack's POV)

                Well, before we joined up with the Dreamers, we were thieves who steal any precious jewels we want! Including those Chaos Emeralds! However, we heard about a new kind of jewel. We were hunting for the Sol Emeralds. Now, our shake was hidden in a deep forest called Leaf Storm. It was a simple shake, but it was able to keep us hidden from GUN and Sonic. Those guys really give us a run for our money whenever we want to get precious jewels.

"Bark! Do you know anything about these Sol Emeralds?" I asked him seriously as he entered our base.

All the polar bear did was show me a picture of some princess. I think her name is Blaze. She hangs around with Sonic and his dumb friends. She must have those Sol Emeralds on her!

"Ok, we need to stake out her place. Take me to her location" I barked, "Bean! You stay here and take a nap. Don't cause trouble!"

"Got it boss!" Bean shouted from his room upstairs.

I just rolled my eyes and followed Bark. The three of us have always been together. We grew up on the streets of Central City and stayed together ever since. We all agreed to become rich someday. Why did we decide that? Well, if you're rich, then you don't have to worry about anything except taxes. We can have huge feasts and a giant roof over our heads! Yes, sir! That's the life for us! However, I need to be focus and prepare for the task. Bark hide the bushes. I quickly took my sniper out and looked through the scope to see the princess. Huh. She doesn't seem to be all that much.

"This should be easy, Bark. We come at night" I said with a chuckle.

Well, that was until I saw Amy Rose with Cream and her uncle, King Rob! Well, this just got complicated. That stupid, pink furball is always there when I don't need it! Oh, and the king too, I guess. We live in a democracy now! Granted it is terrible and needs to be redone, but why do we need the royal families still?! I see no reason!

"Never mind, we need to get into the castle. I have to scout out the area to see what the best course of action is" I said as I lowered my sniper.

I closed and put it in my side pouch. Hm, now how should I go about this? I could fake being a guard. That should be a good idea!

"Bark stay here. I'll handle this one all on my own" I reassured him as I left.

I walked to the back of the castle and went to find the knights' chambers. I saw one knight leaving the chambers. I swiftly punched him and knocked his head against the wall. He was just unconcious. Nothing too serious will happen to him. I took his armor and marched into the castle. I kept an eye out for those Emeralds. Dang it! No luck!

"Excuse me!" a very kind and polite voice asked as she approached me.

Who is this angel? Aw, crap! Can't get distracted!

"I am looking for Blaze. Can you please help me find her?" she asked me politely.

Upon closer inspection, I realized that this was Mina! The famous popstar of our world besides Miku. I never liked Miku's songs, but Mina's songs were amazing. She's also very pretty. I shook my head and just nodded. I lead her around the castle, but I wasn't sure where Blaze was. We heard a crash and few explosions go off. We ran to the balcony of a room to see that annoying pink hedgehog jump high in the air with her hammer. She swung it back and swiftly knocked Storm away from the balcony.

"Amy! Is everything ok?!" Mine shouted as Amy landed on the ground.

"The Babylon Rouges just wanted to annoy us!" Amy shouted as Blaze blocked Wave's incoming fist.

Blaze lit her hand on fire and grabs Wave's board. Blaze grinned as she made the board explode! Wave was knocked away, but Storm caught her. She groaned as she looked up to see her board destroyed.

"Get my board! I will be back!" Wave shouted as Storm picked up her board and flew away from them.

Amy made her hammer disappear as Blaze dusted herself off a bit.

"Sorry about that cousin" Amy said as she turned to him, "Is your arm ok?"

Mina sighed in relief as Rob grinned, "Yes. Thanks to Cream here"

Cream grinned at the king as Blaze crossed her arms to ponder something.

"I don't know about this. King Rob, I can just keep the Emeralds with me. I don't want to cause any trouble for you" Blaze said.

Well, this is my lucky day!

"Relax! Everything will be ok. It is perfectly safe in the vault" King Rob reassured her.

"No place is more secured than King Rob's castle" Cream reassured the princess.

Blaze relaxed and nodded her head. This is going to be a piece of cake! Now, I just have to find the vault. I lead Mina to them and waited until the king let me go. I walked around the palace to search for the vault. I walked to the basement and saw a silver vault. Bingo! I examined it quickly and came to the conclusion that Bean should be able to blow it up without any problem. I quickly exited the castle and decided to strike the castle late into the night. I meet up with Bark, and we returned to the base. Bean was still asleep. Bark picked up the duck and the dropped him to the ground. Bean woke up and drew a bomb out.

"Alright, who did that? Oh, boss! You're back! So, when do we strike?" Bean asked curiously.

"Tonight" I said with a grin as I explained the plan to the two of them.

Tonight, Team Hooligan will go down in history for stealing the greatest jewels! We carefully made our way to the castle. Everyone was asleep. This is too perfect. Bark quietly and strongly removed the door to the guards' chambers. I motioned them to follow me, and we made our way to the basement.

"Bean set the charges" I ordered as Bean placed the bombs near the silver door.

The duck placed the bombs near the door as we heard people shouting. I motioned for Bark to stay with Bean as I took my sniper out. I quietly walked up the stairs and peeked around to see Mina, Amy, and Blaze fighting the Babylon Rouges! Blast it! What are they doing here?!

"I want those jewels, princess!" Jet shouted as he lunged his board at Blaze.

"You won't get them!" Blaze shouted as she twirled around and jumped in the air.

Amy was keeping an eye on Wave as Mina ducked away from Storm's punch. Mina can fight?! I didn't know this... Well, I have to find a way to get out of here... After all, we need these jewels to help ourselves at the moment. I quietly walk back to the vault and see Bean holding one of the jewels! I guess the princess kept the rest for herself. That makes sense.

"Boss! Boss! We did it!" Bean shouted in delight as he ran towards me.

"That's great! Now be quiet! We have to get out of here somehow!" I shushed him as I looked around.

This is going to be tough. The girls were keeping Babylon Rouges from entering the vault, but they were also guarding the only way out. Are they waiting for Sonic or something!? Geez, I look around, but I don't really see another way out of here. Well, we just have to be quiet about this. I motioned them to follow me and to gently move forward. We carefully and quietly avoided the fight. We were almost home free when Bean tripped over a fallen lance. He dropped the emerald, and it rolled over to the fight! I gulped nervously as everyone stopped fighting. The princess walked to her emerald and picked it up. She glared at the Babylon Rouges.

"It wasn't us!" Jet shouted as he put his hands up in defense, "We've been here fighting you this entire time!"

Slowly, the two of them turned their heads towards us. Bean waved happily as Bark crossed his arms over his chest and looked away. I just starred at them with my hands raised.

"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't set you three on fire?" Blaze asked angrily.

"Because we were going to sell it!" Bean shouted in delight.

I think we just dug our own graves in that one sentence.

"Well, then someone should hold me back!" she shouted as she charged at us.

"Bark block her advance!" I shouted as I ran to the side with Bean behind me.

Bark quickly grabs her and held her in place as Bean threw a few bombs towards the rest of the group. The bombs went off and blew everyone away from each other. Blaze saw her friends getting hurt and set herself on fire. Bark yelped in pain as he released her. Blaze swiftly kicked Bark to the wall and charged towards Bean and me. However, Jet quickly gathered himself and flew towards Blaze. He swiped the emerald away from her and hovered above us.

"Haha! That was quick!" he boasted.

Mina growled as she tackled Jet off his board! Jet let go of the emerald, and it rolled towards us. I picked it up and saw Blaze and the rest of her friends fighting Babylon Rouges. We got what we came for. I motioned for Bark and Bean to get out of here. Bark picked up Bean and ran out of the castle. I was about to follow them when I heard Mina scream. I turned around to see Storm holding her in a tight grip. Blaze and Amy stopped fighting when they saw their friend caught.

"I suggest you give me the rest of the emeralds, or we will take your little friend away!" Jet shouted as he stood in front of Storm and Mina.

I need to leave. I can't just be do nothing! I sighed as I took out my sniper. I carefully aimed it at the chandelier and shot the chain. The chandelier fell on Jet and Wave. Storm let go of Mina and rushed to help them. Mina was surprised. I saw an expensive painting and took it off the wall. Babylon Rouges quickly retreated as Blaze and Amy chased after them. Mina looked at me as I threw the Sol Emerald to her.

"Why are you giving this back?" she asked surprised.

"I don't need it" I said in a low voice and ran off.

She stood there surprised as I joined up with my team. Bean began to pester me about the painting while Bark nodded his head. Whatever. We can still get a lot of money for this painting. They don't have to worry about this. I don't know what came over me, but I promise to do my best for those I care about. That is just what I did.
