(Y/n) groaned a bit at the heavy sensation on his chest as he awoken. He opened his eyes only to notice the head of the dinosaur from the night before laying on his chest. It was fast asleep and actually really cute.

"She likes you" (y/n) looked up and saw Gert sitting on her bed, tying her shoes.

"Lucky me" (y/n) lay still as to not wake the creature up. "Where's everyone else?"

Gert stood once her shoe was tied. "Nico went to get you a sleeping bag and other stuff, Chase and Molly are waiting for me in the lobby, and Karolina is fast asleep" Gert pointed to a sleeping bag across the room before turning to Old Lace. "Get off him girl. You can sleep on my bed" the dinosaur quickly perked up before walking to Gert and Chase's bed and laying across it.

"Thanks" (y/n) nodded as Gert exited the room. (Y/n) slowly got up before walking to the bags that they had brought from his home. He pulled out a change of clothes before walking towards the bathroom so he could take a shower.

By the time he was done with his shower Karolina was beginning to wake up. "Good morning (y/n)" Karolina yawned as she noticed the boy walk out of the bathroom in a Hawaiian shirt. "I like your style" Some of his wounds were starting to look a bit less severe but they were still very visible.

"Thanks" (y/n) replied with a smile. "The others went out... so it's just us"

Karolina nodded with another yawn. "I suppose we would be alone together at some point anyways. May as well happen now"

"Right" (y/n) nodded in agreement as Karolina slipped out of her sleeping bag and stretched as she stood up in her pajamas.

"So..." Karolina tried to figure out what to talk about with the new boy. "Wanna see something neat?" She smirked as she watched for the boys reaction.

(Y/n) gave her a confused look before replying. "Alright. Color me intrigued"

"Very appropriate phrase for this situation" A second later the blondes skin and hair quickly began lighting up in a rainbow of colors. She began floating in the air with a smirk as she looked at the boys shocked face. "Never seen a superpower before?"

"I- no. No I haven't, not in person" (y/n) shook his head slowly as he stared at the glowing girl. "How is that possible"

Karolina slowly floated back down to the ground. "I'm half alien" she spoke before turning her powers off and returning to her normal colors.

(Y/n) nodded as if that were a normal thing. "Does everyone here have some special thing? I mean you can glow, Gert has a pet dinosaur, what else?"

Karolina nodded. "Gert has a telepathic link with Old Lace, Molly has super strength, and Nico has magic"

"Ah. So that's why she dresses like a witch" (y/n) spoke only for Karolina to shake her head.

"She dresses like that because she's Nico... Also she's a Wiccan and they tend to dress in dark clothes" Karolina shrugged before walking over to her sleeping bag and rolling it up. "Let's pack. We need to get out of here before people start looking for you"

"Seems like a good idea" (y/n) nodded in agreement. He walked over to Nico's sleeping bag, the one he had been sleeping in, and rolled it up as well.

"So I get why I ran away from home and part of why Nico did but what about the rest of you?" (Y/n) asked as he finished with the sleeping bag and shoved it back into Nico's bag. The boy noticed some glasses peeking out of the bag and picked them up. "What're these glasses?"

"X-Ray glasses" Karolina replied before turning to see the boy put them on. "Hey! No" her speaking caused the boy to instinctively turn to look at her so she quickly covered herself.

It was strange seeing someone with X-ray glasses. Everything was tinted green and for some reason Karolina's whole body glowed brightly as if she was using her powers. However the person about to open the door was a different story. (Y/n) could still see all of Nico's skin. However he also saw the bones inside her body, although only faintly. So it was kinda like just looking at a naked girl but with bone tattoos.

(It bugged me in the show that it's a team of teens and only Gert bothered to use the glasses to look at someone naked. Least realistic thing in the show)

"Hey" the door opened and in came Nico with bags in her hands. "Oh shit!" She quickly covered herself as well as she noticed (y/n) wearing the glasses. "Take those off!"

(Y/n) flinched a bit at the sound of her yelling and took the glasses off. "Sorry" Nico spoke gently. She knew how it felt to be yelled at when you were used to hitting following the yelling. "You alright?"

"Yeah" (y/n) nodded as he let out a sigh of relief that he hadn't been hit. "I'm keeping these" he slid the glasses into his shirt pocket as he regained his smile, although shakily.

Karolina rolled her eyes. "Some of us may actually need those at some point" she uncovered herself since the boy could no longer see through her clothing.

"Then I'll give it back when asked" (y/n) shrugged before looking to the door as he heard it open.

"Whatever" Nico rolled her eyes. "Just don't use them on us again" she uncovered herself before walking into the room and dumping the bags on her bed. "This is for you" Karolina started packing the rest of her stuff and stayed out of the conversation to let the two talk about whatever.

(Y/n) nodded and slowly walked over to the girl and stood next to her as she opened one of the bags to show him. "Deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, the essentials" (y/n) nodded and Nico pointed to the other bag. "Sleeping bag and some advil" she glanced at the boys face before looking back at the bag. "I don't know if those bruises and cuts still hurt but I figured some medicine couldn't hurt"

(Y/n) nodded. "Thank you Nico" he stuck his hand into the bag and pulled out the box of medicine. He took two pills and quickly swallowed them.

"Better?" Nico asked.

"Will be in twenty to thirty minutes" (y/n) nodded with a smile. "I appreciate it"
