Virgil jumped into the room from the window and sighed"welcome back,my prince!"Remus bowed teasingly.

Virgil hissed playfully"I thought you were someone important!"Remus cackled"c'mon,some people are here with the council so get dressed."Virgil nodded.

Virgil groaned as he walked out his room,Janus stifled a laugh"you look like a spoiled rich boy."Virgil chuckled"that's what I'm supposed to be."

"Who am I seeing anyways?"Virgil asked as him and his friends walked through the halls"they look rich and they're all girls,my guess is suitors from the other tribes."

Virgil gagged"suitors?"Remus nodded"though,you're too gay for that stuff."Virgil raised a eyebrow"you think I like guys or something?"Janus nodded"you give off that vibe."

"Shut up."Janus and Remus opened the door to a giant ballroom,Virgil sighed I'm a terrible dancer..

The council walked over"my prince,we've brought you two princesses from our brother tribe."the countess said gesturing to two girls in dresses to the side.

"Alright,I'll talk to them."Virgil grumbled as he walked over"are you the princesses from the outer tribes?"Virgil asked grabbing their attention.

A princess from the Wilder tribe,known for their mouse like features,smiled with her rodent tail swaying slowly"yes,I'm princess Allura Altea."she did a curtsy.

Allura had tan skin with pure white hair and sky blue eyes,she wore a blue dress with a small gold Tierra.

Virgil gave his best bow"Virgil Cathedral,the prince."he grumbled the last part as he got a look from the council"it is nice to meet you,Prince Virgil."Allura said with a small smile.

The next princess was from the Quildin tribe,known for their wolf features"and you are?"Virgil asked"Sam Morningstar,it's a pleasure to meet you."she gave a bow.

Sam had blonde hair in a bun with a brown and blue eye,her face dotted with freckles similar to Virgil's as she wore a deep green dress.

"You know,I've always wondered your monarchy system."Virgil said trying to start conversation though he hated every moment of it,Allura smiled"for my tribe it is the oldest sister since the females have some quirks I must say,it's probably boring compared to you."

Sam smiled softly"for me the children in my tribe go through a trial,whoever wins is next in line.what about you,Virgil?"Virgil brushed his bangs away showing his eye"whenever a king dies a child is born with this third eye,if I have it then they let me stay with my mom till I can be away from her."

Allura awed"that's so cool!"Virgil chuckled awkwardly"you're just being nice."

Thomas walked over"hey,what is up everybody!?"he greeted,the princesses looked to Thomas"I heard the punch here is good,want to have a drink?"Allura nodded"what about you?"Sam shook her head"I'm good."

Allura and Thomas walked away,Thomas looked back at Virgil and mouthed"I did the best I could"making Virgil stifle a laugh.
