Roman knocked on Virgil's bedroom door"Mi Amor?"Virgil looked away from the window"yeah?"

"Would you like to go out on another date?"Virgil smiled"like into town?"Roman nodded"anywhere your heart desires."

Virgil smiled"can we go somewhere without a lot of people?"Roman thought for a moment"there's a really big park,like a forest!Not many people are there this time of year."

Virgil smiled"that's perfect,just let me get ready!"Virgil got up and looked through his cloths humming a tune he heard on the radio,he pulled out his patched hoodie and smiled.

Virgil grabbed his black ripped jeans and purple sneakers"now beanies."Virgil looked at his different choices,there was the white itchy one with a pin in it,his dark purple one,and his orange beanie that was a bit too big for him.

"Hey Ro,can you come in a help?"Roman walked in"yeah,with what?"Virgil pointed at his beanies"which one do you like?"Roman stared at them then grabbed the dark purple one.

Roman put the beanie over his ears and smiled pushing Virgil's bangs away from his eye"Ro,I can't have my bangs like that!"he complained pushing them back down"don't care,you're still beautiful either way."

Virgil blushed"be quiet and get ready."Roman turned and walked away"as you wish."Virgil smiled and put on his hoodie and other items.

Virgil looked to his tail"ok,you gotta work with me now."Virgil chased his tail and sighed"Roman I need your help again!"

Roman parked his car and got out with Virgil"you ready?"Virgil nodded"as I'll ever be."Roman grabbed his hand and lead him on the path.

Virgil heard something in the bushes and looked to the side,a small orange creature walked infront of them with a little brown creature in its mouth.

"That's a fox."Roman informed as it walked away in a hurry"f-fox?"Roman nodded"yeah,you got it."they continued down the path.

After what felt like forever Virgil saw the path take a turn"what's wrong with the other ways?"Virgil asked"they're closed off for safety."Virgil tilted his head then ran off"it can't be that dangerous!"

Roman ran after him"Virgil be careful!"Virgil jumped over and log and smiled,he felt amazing with the wild noises in his ears and the wind in his face.

Virgil then broke through the forestry and halted,Roman stopped as Virgil looked out from a ledge over looking a portion of the forest.

Virgil caught his breath and looked back at Roman"it's so beautiful,Roman!"Roman smiled"yeah,it really is."Virgil felt as the wind picked up"this entire planet is gorgeous,nothing compared to home."

"I'm sure it's even better then here,I mean,that's your home!"Virgil nodded"I know just...this feels like a home."Roman tilted his head"what do you mean-"

"Did you hear that?"Virgil interrupted now at Roman's side and looking behind them"no.."

Virgil stared into the bushes and heard a rustle and a deep growl"Roman,is there anything that's dangerous here?"Roman nodded"I heard there was a few mountain lions,but that's farther away right?"
