Roman put the bags in the car,Virgil looked to two guys walking by.

He noticed their brown eyes and whined almost inaudibly before pulling up his hood,Roman looked to Virgil"you ok,Virge?"

Virgil glanced to the guys and Roman looked to them"t-their eyes are the same color."Virgil mumbled embarrassed"you're insecure about your eyes?"

Virgil pointed to his bangs"duh."Roman hummed and took out his phone"a lot of people have more then one color of eyes,it's actually pretty cool.see?"Roman handed Virgil his phone.

Virgil saw a picture of a guy with blue and brown eyes"and your freckles are something people think are cute too,lots of people have them."Virgil looked up at Roman"what about my ears and stuff?"

Roman laughed awkwardly"we have furries for that?"Virgil tilted his head"what?"Roman waved away the question and took back his phone.

"Where do you wanna go?i'm hungry."Virgil shrugged"I saw a place with this bowl of noodles on it with two sticks."Roman smiled"Chinese it is,let's go!"

Virgil walked in with Roman"we can eat here,ok?"Virgil nodded"that's good with me."Roman sat at a table with Virgil across from him.

Roman handed him a menu"tell me what you want."Virgil stared at the menu for a long time"what?something wrong?"Virgil put the menu down"I can't read."

Roman smiled gently"just point to what you want,ok?"Virgil nodded and pointed to some rice and steak"alright,I'll order if you're ready."Virgil nodded.

A woman walked over"ready to order?"Roman nodded"can I get him a steak and rice bowl,I'll have a bowl of noodles?"she nodded"and to drink?"Virgil pointed to the Pepsi"two Pepsi?"

The woman nodded and looked to Virgil in confusion but didn't say anything as she walked away"did I do something wrong?"Virgil whispered"no,no,no!you're fine!"

The woman came back to them with the drinks"your food will be here soon.."the woman leaned to Virgil making him uncomfortable"is there something wrong,sir?"

Virgil stammered"n-no."Roman got defensive"ma'am,do you have a problem with my friend?"she shook her head"I'm just wondering why he had to point at his food."

"It's complicated and none of your business."Roman grumbled"o-of course."the woman walked away,Roman turned to Virgil"guess who isn't getting a tip?"Virgil chuckled softly.
