Chapter 7

Hannah's POV~

Three months of traveling is a lot. I traveled the world in those three months. I figured if I wasn't supposed to be found I might as well see the sites. There were some pretty cool places. Right now I'm in Rome. Rome is a beautiful Italian city. I've already been here five times with in my three months, and I guess people were starting to recognize me, a little too much. Most of them new my name, which of course was my alias, so they didn't know my actual name, but still it would be easy to track even with that. And I guess I was right.

I stood in the middle of the roman forum, looking at what was left of The Temple of Castor and Pollux, it was literally just three columns. I felt someone grab me from behind and throw me backwards into one of the buildings. I looked up and standing there was an angel, I could tell by his Halo. He had dark brown, pretty much black, hair. He had literally the bluest blue eyes ever. And he was also wearing a dirty trench coat. I was now screwed, it was Castiel. I stood up and pulled out my blade. Castiel pulled his out too. "I'm sorry this had to happen sister" Castiel said to me. "So am I Castiel" I said. Although I knew it wasn't going to end to well. He charged at me and I sidestepped, but he knew my tactics, I was originally on the same battalion as him. He cut my stomach and I fell to the ground. I started to crawl away but Cas walked over and knelt over me. He held me down with one hand and held his blade to my neck with the other. With my remaining force I used my powers to throw him off me and teleport. I didn't know where to go. So I went to the only place I knew someone would help me.

I fell to the ground in the middle of Balthazar's floor. He wasn't in that room right now so I crawled over to his couch and lifted myself up. I looked at the cut on my stomach, it was deep and I knew I couldn't heal it with my failing power. "Balthazar" I called out as best I could, fortunately he was only in the other room. He walked in and saw me standing there. Ghost white and bleeding. "What the bloody hell happened to you?" Balthazar asked me. "Castiel" I said and I fell to the ground again. Balthazar casually walked over and healed my wound. "There we don't need you dying on my freshly polished floor" Balthazar said standing back up. I managed to get up and sit in the chair I was in front of. "So tell me exactly what happened. "Well I was in Rome, and it was like my fourth time going there, and I guess they knew I would be back, I don't know how they realized it was me after only three months, but Castiel was there. He tried to kill me, and I knew he was probably going to succeed, he was always a better fighter than me, and so with my last efforts I got away. You were the only one that I knew would help me" I told him. "I see, I see" Balthazar said. "Well, if I were you I wouldn't go back to Rome" Balthazar told me. "Yeah I think I got that" I told him.

I spent the night with him so I could regain my strength. "You know you may be a bit safer now, Cassie will think you died from your wound. No one will be looking for you. You are welcome to stay here till you are a bit stronger, and can go places, I just wouldn't recommend leaving the house for a few days" Balthazar said to me. "Thanks Balthazar, you really have been kind to me these months" I said. "Mostly because I don't need Michael's minions to realize I'm not dead and to come looking for me instead of you guys" He said. "Oh that is all very reassuring" I said to him. "Yes I know. You know I still have blood on my floor from you, and it was just recently polished. If you are going to stay here you might as well make yourself useful and clean my house" Balthazar said to me.

I sighed and got to work. I spent days cleaning his house. Top to bottom. His house was a mess in the rooms he never used, and his house was huge, so it was no easy task. Hence why it took days to clean. He actually had me re-cleaning some rooms if they weren't to his satisfaction. I couldn't complain though. He was keeping me safe so I might as well do something to thank him. Other than showing up nearly dead and bleeding all over his floor, which he didn't seem to like. So this was a bit kinder.
