''it was your dad'' i said

''it was but he was raised to control his dark magic he was really loved so he never became dark when he met lola he was rejoiced with happiness and he was in love'' he said

''wait if your dad was born in that year he was-'' luke cut me off.

''one hundred and two years old when he died'' he said

''how i thought caster's had a normal life span'' i said

''when a caster has dark magic their aging slows almost as if it isnt there like a vampire but only when they hit twenty years old after that it slows dramatically'' he said

''when my dad had both his aging was slowed down so when he met my mom he of course looked twenty and even though their aging slows everything works even down there so they had me and amri'' he said and i sighed.

''so you are saying this baby is like your father'' i said

''maybe im not sure but he or she is growing as fast as he did'' luke said

''so half darkness half pure'' i said and he nodded.

''but if raised with love he or she wont result to it plus i mean we don't know for sure'' he said

''what happened when your father was born'' i said

''his magic was uncontrollable he was a baby so his parents created a bracelet for him that took away his magic until he was old enough to learn how to control it because it was more magic than anyone ever had he had the pure magic we had before the casters cast that spell" he said

"So if your dad was powerful how did ken kill him" I said

"Ken had a caster put a spell on him that made his magic go dormant and no one knows who but everyone knew it was a Grimaldi because no other witch could have done it" he said

"So blood betrayed him" I said and he nodded

"The thing is every Grimaldi was accounted for when they were all slaughtered what's not in the history books is that I know for a fact another Grimaldi is out there I feel it magic blood is powerful and I've been tracking it but always get a dead end I feel the connection with amri because we are blood and that's how I know there's another connection and I feel a darkness to it Adam it's powerful but it's dark and now that everyone knows we are Grimaldi's I feel it more and more and it's not good" he said

"Have you told anyone" I said

"I was gonna tell amri the day she told me she was pregnant and then it hit me after you and her you know what that's when I felt it more and more like it knew amri was pregnant and I just don't know what it wants and when she told me she was pregnant I kept it from her because I didn't want to stress her" he said

"So what do we do" Adam said

"Grimaldi's ran for four hundred years being hunted when my dad was born they stopped because they had my father and power like that protected them like a barrier it's like he knew there was danger but he was a baby with a bracelet that took away his magic so no one knows how that barrier got up" he said

"This is just too much" I said

"You are telling me this is becoming true and it's supposed to be a myth no one ever saw dark magic in my dad so they called it a myth hence why they stopped running cause there was no danger" he said

"So then that barrier has to be up still because no one has come for you" I said

"Every barrier spell dies with the caster who made it you can't keep it up with nothing for it to protect" he said

"But it is protecting you and amri" I said

"True but I just don't know" he said

"The only person I could get answers from is my dad and we can't" he said

"We don't have too" we heard and we looked at amri.

"Amri you are awake" I said and smiled

"What did you mean when you said we don't have too" Luke said

She sat up and she smiled.

"I saw him" she said

"I saw our father" she said........
