Amri's pov 

I explained what was going on with me and my dad looked at my mom.

''You said she was mine'' he said 

''i thought she was'' she said 

''oh both of you stop'' i said 

''my real father is dead someone i never got to met all because you were jealous but you never have any worries for anyone but yourself'' i said 

''all my damn life i have heard nothing but oh i wish i had a boy or i wish you were as strong as a male wolf'' i said and i looked at my mom.

''and you standing by his side never saying a word to me on the truth and when i find out because it was both of your mistakes to communicate with me.'' i said 

''so i have no duties to this pack so im done'' i said 

''amri you cannot leave'' mom said 

''im not a lockwood and i have more worries to deal with than an argument between you and the man that killed my father'' i said 

''ill pack my things and be on my way'' i said i walked upstairs and i linked andrew to pick me up in 30 minutes while i threw everything in my suitcases. 

''amri you don't have to leave'' dad said coming in

''i don't want to be here'' i said 

''amri i am terribly sorry for every thing i have done in my past'' he said 

''get out'' i said 

''amri please'' he said and i flared up and i lost control of my emotions.

''I SAID GET OUT!'' i threw him to the wall without even touching him and i snapped out of it.

''im sorry'' i said and i grabbed the rest of my stuff and ran out to andrew's car and packed it all in. 

''go'' i said and he drove off.

We arrived at a restaurant.

''where are you gonna go amri'' he said

''i can't be here'' i said i saw henry walk out of the restaurant with jaz and jenny.

''im gonna miss yall'' i said and i teared up.

''where are you going amri whats going on'' he said 

''i can't tell you'' i said 

''why the hell not'' he said 

''because its not safe for you'' i said 

''its not safe for anyone and i need you to understand that'' i said and he grabbed my hand.

''when do you leave'' he said 

''the day of my birthday'' i said

''i was hoping till then i can crash with you?'' i said and he nodded

''any time of course'' he said and he pulled me in for a hug.

''im gonna go in and grab us some burgers alright'' he said and i nodded he got off the car and i took a deep breath. 

''you are doing the right thing'' i heard in my head.

''am i really'' i said 

''yes no one must know them knowing will do more harm then good'' she said and i sighed

''you're right'' i said 

I heard a knock on my window and i saw henry. I got out and closed my door and i looked at him.

''my dad told me i will become alpha of jinwood any idea why?'' he said

''turned it down'' i said 

''why?'' he said

''im not alpha material henry im just it's not what i want'' i said and he nodded

''no worries amri just be safe alright'' he said 

''i never said i was going anywhere?'' i said 

''i um kind of eavesdropped on your's and andrew's conversation'' he said

''im sorry i was worried'' he said

''why'' i said

''i like you'' he said

''henry'' i said

''no i know the whole mate thing trust i know you are not my mate but doesn't mean i can't like anyone right now till i find her'' he said and he gave me a hug.

''be safe where ever you go alright'' he said and i nodded and he walked off. I turned around and saw andrew coming out with the burgers and i got back in the car.

''alright now we go home'' he said and smiled

We got to his house and i sat on the couch.

''mom and dad are gone for a few weeks so they won't even know you were here by the time they get back'' he said 

''good'' i said

''amri i need to ask'' he said

''what is it'' i said

''are you in danger'' he said and i sighed

''i don't know yet'' i said and he sighed

''promise you will link every now and then'' he said and i nodded

''of course'' i said and i opened the bag.

''theres three burgers?'' i said 

''i invited kira'' he said and i heard a knock on the door and i smiled.

''you know she would kill you if you left without saying goodbye'' he said and he opened the door and she ran in and hugged me.

''oh my goodness'' she said and she pulled away and hit my shoulder.

''how dare you think of leaving without saying goodbye'' she said and i chuckled.

''stuff has come up'' i said 

''what is it'' she said and we sat at the table.

''my dad isn't really my dad'' i said 

''what!?'' andrew said

''yeah i know'' i said

''who's your real dad'' kira said

''i don't know my real dad is dead'' i said and looked down.

''what oh my god how?'' she said

''ken found out about the affair and he flipped and he killed him'' i said and they gasped.

''who was he'' andrew said

''no idea'' i said and sighed

''you are lying?'' andrew said and kira looked at me.

''i can't say'' i said

''amri you can tell us anything'' kira said

''i can't not when this breaks the law of every supernatural being'' i said

''amri we are your best friends'' kira said

''it puts you at risk both of you and anyone else who knows please understand'' i said 

''she's telling the truth'' andrew said and kira grabbed my hand.

''we fight we fight together'' she said

''i love you i don't care if you broke a stupid witch, vampire, or werewolf law you are my best friend my sister im here by your side always'' she said and andrew put his hand in.

''always'' he said 

''its not safe to say there's always ears'' i said 

''i can show you'' i said and i grabbed their hands and i closed my eyes and linked both of them to my brain and showed them what i saw. Showed them my witch and my wolf.

''oh my god'' she said and widened her eyes.....................
