Amri's POV

''i mean maybe but im just not ready for everything that has to come with a mate'' i said

''you learn within time but every time you push him away amri he's gonna push harder your mate is your soul mate that kind of love you can't find anywhere else'' he said

''my mom and dad did'' i said

''thats them and you are you'' he said

''your mom found love somewhere else because maybe your dad didn't give her enough or whatever happened but that is whatever they went through don't put their mistakes on adam because you are afraid'' he said and i sighed.

''fine ill give him a chance'' i said

''yes!'' he said

''in five years'' i said and laid down.

''AMRI!'' he yelled and i laughed.

''fine soon'' i said

''tomorrow'' he said and crossed his arms

''next week'' i said

''stubborn'' he said

''you love me'' i said and smiled

''whatever just make sure you give him a good chance to win your heart okay?'' he said and i nodded and he walked out and i groaned.

I went to my closet and i changed into spandex and a sports bra and i went downstairs.

''im going for a run'' i said

''okay hun'' kira said and smiled and i ran outside and shifted into my wolf. Something i actually haven't done since i killed the bear.

Everyone was looking at me and i was looking around and i saw kira and luke jaw's down.

''what is it luke'' i linked him

''your fur amri its-'' kira stopped him.

''impossible'' kira said and luke popped up a mirror and i looked in it and i jumped back.

Oh my fucking god.

''blanket. now.'' i linked luke and he ran inside and brought one out and i shifted back. and kira widened her eyes.

''what now'' i said and looked in the mirror.

''you are fucking kidding me'' i said

''this never happened to me'' luke said

''your fur never turned into a bright ass mint color and your hair fucking mint'' i said and looked at him

''why the fuck is my hair now mint'' i said

''i don't know maybe its just your new wolf mixed with caster's magic'' kira said

''then why didn't it happen to luke'' i said

''what color is your wolf'' i said and he shifted

''white'' i said and kira brought him a blanket.

He shifted back and his hair was still the same.

''see he's still dirty blonde'' i said

''i honestly don't know amri'' kira said and i sighed

''im going for my run.'' i said and i shifted again and ran off.

I cleared my head by running in the woods and listening to the little bird songs and everything around me. 

I stopped when i realized i was starting to be in jinwood territory. I heard the guard coming and i shifted and they stopped in front of me and i went behind a tree and found some clothes i hid. I got dressed and walked out. 

''what are you doing here'' a guard said

''accident'' i said 

''i ran too far and so fast i didnt even know'' i said 

''amri?'' i heard and i saw Henry.

''henry'' i said 

''its okay she's fine you can go back to your post i got it from here'' he said and they left.

''what are you doing here'' he said 

''like i told them it was an accident i wasn't paying attention i had alot on my mind and i ran here without even knowing'' i said and he chuckled

''how's your mate'' i said and smiled 

''she's good she's one month pregnant today actually'' he said and i nodded

''what was on your mind that you ran here'' he said and he looked at my hair.

''and the hair'' he said 

''that is a long story'' i said 

''well i have time wanna walk?'' he said and i nodded and we walked down the path. 

I explained how i met my mate and how my hair color changed. 

''so you blew off your mate and your new hair color is the same color as your wolf'' he said and he chuckled

''yup'' i said and sighed.

''look this tony guy is right you will never know if you don't take a risk you took a hell of a risk for the hybrids why not take one for yourself'' he said 

''i don't know maybe because i just don't want to be hurt'' i said 

''you are just scared to commit'' he said 

''im scared in general'' i said 

''wait you said he came in today?'' he said and i nodded

''any chance his name is adam'' he said and sighed

''yup you know him?'' i said 

''he's not from texas he's from White Oak pack an hour that way he just became alpha'' he said 

''well then'' i said and sighed

''im actually on my way there anyways want to come?'' he said and i looked at him.

''i left him at an ice cream shop henry he probably hates me'' i said

''oh hush you are coming'' he said and grabbed my arm and we got in a car and he drove.
