Amri's pov 

We walked in and we saw the council. 

''luke and amri grimaldi'' a women said 

''please have a seat'' she said 

We took our seats as everyone whispered and stared at us. 

''why come to us knowing that your life breaks the council's law'' she said 

''because we don't give a damn about a law and quite frankly i don't give a damn about what you think we didn't come here to hear your terms we came so you can hear ours.'' luke said 

''what my brother says is true but as he is mean i am worse i have a bit of a temper problem'' i said 

''so  tell me you guys are high and proud who has killed a hybrid before for the law'' i said and i saw someone raise their hand and i smiled. 

''would you please come here'' i said and he stayed in his seat and i lifted my hand and pulled his body to me. 

''now here is how its gonna go'' i said and got up and sat him in my seat.

''some of you in here are responsible for the murders of families'' i said 

''some were innocents and they were killed because they kept the hybrids secret'' i said 

''now lovely man who raised his hand who was the hybrid you killed what were they and what did they do wrong'' i said 

''she was my friend she told me she was a hybrid she trusted me but i made an oath to the council'' he said 

''mm did she ever hurt anyone'' i said 

''no'' he said 

''what did she do that made you kill her'' i said 

''nothing i killed her because her species was against the law she was dangerous'' he said 

''she was innocent and she was your friend'' i said 

''now i got about a few other stories that might rattle your seats'' i said and looked at luke.

''but one for sure got my blood boiling'' i said 

''both of us actually the whole house when they told us what happened'' luke said 

''Lincoln Parker he was fifteen discovered he was a werewolf and vampire from his mother but his werewolf side was dormant until one day him and a bully at school got into a fight he broke the bullies nose because he was punching a girl in her stomach when word got out he wolfed out guess who heard the story'' luke said 

''the council'' i said 

''but i think most of you know the story but for those who don't'' i said and looked around.

''he went into hiding because the council was after him but what the council didn't know he was right under his house in a basement that wasn't able to be seen because the family knew a caster and she spelled it'' i said 

''he wasn't allowed to come out but when two days past by and no one came down he took the risk and did it anyways'' luke said 

''he came into his house seeing his brother who was ten decapitated his sister who was eighteen staked in the heart and his parents with their hearts ripped out of their chest'' i said 

''and i feel sorry for when he finds out who it was'' i said and looked at the guy who sat in the chair. 

''because you know exactly who did it so go ahead tell them who'' i said and he said silent.

''oh luke i don't think he wants to answer'' i said 

''thats such a pity because if he doesn't answer the migraine he's getting right now will get worse and then he will realize its not just any migraine its his veins being cut off from blood and are about to burst if he doesnt say who'' luke said 

''alright it was her!'' he yelled out in pain and pointed to the head of the vampire council.

''well then'' i said and smiled 

''he would love to meet you'' i said and luke linked andrew and i touched her and did a spell that transported her to the house. 

''now right about now she's either dying a slow death or he did what she did to his parents and ripped her heart from her chest'' i said and smiled 

''now here is what we are going to do every council is going to sign a treaty and pass the law that it is illegal to kill any hybrid no matter what they are and if our demands are not met then every single one of you on the council will die and if you are replaced with people like you they will die in your place'' luke said and smiled 

''so print out the treaty and sign away'' i said and smiled 

''there is no way we are signing a treaty'' a guy said and i looked at him. 

He started gasping for air and his knees hit the floor.

''see that feeling right there would be suffocating and me and my brother have a few other ways to die so unless everyone would want to die protecting this stupid law where we cant have peace then so be it'' i said and i stopped my magic.

''oh my brother also forgot to mention anyone on the council who has killed in cold blood and dropped a hint of blood from an innocent will be sentenced to either death or whatever the victim chooses if they are alive and uh i wouldn't lie either because i can walk freely into your minds so i say we all be truthful here and get to work i'd be surprised if theres more than half of you still living after all this'' i said 

The people who issue the treaties got up and went to make the new one as me and my brother got a list of the people. I felt a tap on my shoulder and i turned around.

''here'' he said and threw the treaty at me and i growled.

''i wouldn't get on my bad side'' i growled and he groaned in pain as his hand broke. 

''do you even know why we have the law there'' a girl said 

''why because you are scared of hybrids'' i said 

''no because hybrids are stronger and they are more likely to kill more people than the average werewolf or vampire even a caster i mean look at you'' she said 

''if this treaty was already in place we wouldn't be here'' luke said 

''my brother wouldn't have been in hiding'' i said 

''hundreds of innocent people would still be here so i want you to look at everyone in this room and if i had a list of every human, werewolf, vampire, and caster that were killed in cold blood because they hid a hybrid this whole room would be filled with billions of papers front and back of the innocents that were killed so this list isn't shit to what this council has done'' i said 

''from now on my brother will be head of both werewolf and caster council and levi anderson will be head of the vampire council'' i said and everyone started talking. 

''quiet'' i said 

''the head of every council didn't do shit to save innocent lives instead they let innocent people die'' i said 

''and another thing there will be a fourth council it will be the hybrid council it speaks for every hybrid any kind of hybrid will be under that council'' luke said 

''and it will be lead by me'' i said 

''this is a new era where everyone will come together and anyone who breaks the treaty will deal with the consequences'' i said 

''the word will be spread world and we are well aware there is hundreds of other council's out there and they will receive word as well even if we have to travel to the damn amazon if these orders are not met we will know no more innocent blood being shed this is where we grow and get on the path to peace'' i said 

''when this treaty is signed werewolves will link every alpha in this country and have them alert their packs of this treaty and word will be spread through a world wide link of all alphas and i don't care how long it takes vampires will also spread the word as well some of the vampires on the council will travel as well to get the word across and as for the witches well spirits talk and word gets around quicker than it will with anyone else and we already have them on our side'' i said 

''you think every caster is on your side'' a man said and i heard chanting. 

''luke'' i said and he grabbed my hand and we started our spell and took their magic and within a few seconds they came inside. 

''any caster who breaks this law will also lose their magic'' luke said..........
