Chapter 11: Trouble
It was Thursday...I was having another boring History class and like always, I was on the phone.
"So, that's how we...TWILIGHT!" Miss Cheerilee called. "For the last time, Twilight! Stop it!" she screamed. I didn't listen. "Just give me a second," I answered still facing my phone. That second turned into a minute. "I've had enough!" she raged racing up to me.
"Give it to me," she demanded with her hand in my face. I clutched my phone and pulled it to my chest. "N...No..." I murmured in embarrassment. Everyone was staring at me. "Just give it to her," Sunset whispered shouted. I handed her the phone looking down with a tear in my eye. "Meet me after school," she simply yet sternly said before snatching my phone and continuing the lesson.
Instead of paying attention, I started sobbing. Everyone stared at me instead of listening to the teacher. "So, any questions-"she faced her students. "Students! Pay attention! This subject is very important...I don't want to see a single one of you fail it! Especially not you Twilight!" she pointed to me.
Soon, school time was over. I made my way to Miss Cheerilee's office. "Thank you for coming, Twilight. Take a seat," she offered. I took a seat on the comfy, brown leather seat.
"Twilight, you're a very nice girl and I don't want to scold you," she started. "So, here's you're phone," she placed my phone on her table. It was within my grasp. I was about to grab it until she stopped me. "But..."
"You must meet Principal Celestia immediately after this, can you promise me that, Twilight?" she asked. "Yes," I simply answered before taking my phone and rushing out of her office. I came to Celestia's office but to my astonishment, it was empty.
That was pretty convenient for me. Now I can just head home, but before I could, a light blueish grey lady appeared. She had wavy hair. It was Vice Principal Luna.
"Twilight, I've been expecting you," she greeted. "I apologise for Principal Celestia's absence. She's very busy if you hadn't guessed," she said with some papers in her hands. "I'm quite busy too...but I'll be able to spare some time for you," she pointed to a seat. "So, what's the problem?" she asked. "Well...uhh...Miss Cheerilee told me that...Y'know...the phone," I told her. "Oh my, that was you? I thought you came here because you were interested in joining one of our school programmes. I remembered a girl that said she wanted to join it. I suppose that was another student," she looked at me in disappointment. "I must say, I didn't expect someone like you to be here talking about your phone. May I please see that gadget of yours?" She asked pointing to my phone. "Umm...sure I guess," I placed my valuable item on her table. "Just think about it...how something this small can do so much..." she satrted browsing through my phone. "I've seen what those...gadgets do, Twilight. I hate to see someone with so much potential to have their lives ruined because of this small item. I advise you to stop."
"I...I..." I wasn't able to finish my sentence. "If you really desire, dear. You may go now," she nodded. I got up and headed to the door. "But...remember what I said..."
"You must be very vigilant with that...your going down the wrong path...I hope you find the correct one,"
