Once the sign that Kyogre had been awoken, Maxie summoned all of Team Magma to Sootopolis City. The League, May and Wally were instantly alerted of the gathering and tried to intercept it, but Maxie wasn't focused on that. The small group of 10 people (plus Brendan) stayed quiet as the clouds rumbled above. Courtney glanced at her phone.

"4 minutes." Maxie nodded as the league marched over.

"Team Magma. What are you up to?" Maxie stayed silent before Brendan locked eyes with the leader. Then he spoke.

"Archie wants to drown this planet? Then someone needs to tell him who the real threat is." He turned to the other Magma members and Brendan. "Activate Operation War of Waves." They nodded before scattering. The Admins took off while Brendan, Anabelra, Charly and Vilaty headed over to the Cave of Origins. The rest of the members started pulling out supplies and getting camps set up. He gulped as he glanced at his phone. "He should know it."

Courtney and Tabitha landed at their respective locations. Courtney instantly started climbing the tower, working to get to the clouds, while Tabitha instantly started getting his stuff as he stared at the volcano.

Brendan and the trio had found their way to the end of the cave, which was nearly pitch black. Brendan gulped as he listened to the pounding of steps coming from behind them.

"Don't mind us. Just the end of the world resting on our shoulders."

"Say that again and I'm telling your mom to get your house packed up." Brendan snickered at Anabelra's words before May and Steven caught up.

"Hey!" Charly wasn't paying attention, so he whacked Brendan when he tried to glare at the duo. The other two glanced back as the champion stepped forward, scanning them as the silent male helped Brendan into a special suit.

"What are you up to?"

"Should've asked Maxie." Anabelra said, unimpressed. Charly finished as Vilaty spoke in a soft voice.

"Tabitha's side is active. Courtney's near the top. We're given the go." Brendan nodded as Anabelra signed the words to Charly, getting a nod as she pulled out a strange flute. May gulped before she glared at Brendan.

"Didn't I tell you to avoid these guys?"

"Didn't I say that they left me alone? Aqua tried to stab me."

"Obviously they missed." He shot a look at the dwarf as Charly started playing. He then smiled at the champion and neighbor.

"See you guys on the other side. Time to fight the King of the Ocean." He then dove into the water, managing to grab the red glow as it zipped him forward towards the depths.

Courtney gulped as she stared at the large dragon, which she had discovered was waiting. One more.

Steven and May met up with the others as the trio and Tabitha regrouped with the rest of Magma.

"He's in?"

"Courtney sent a message that she's at the top. All that's left is the go sign from Brendan." Maxie nodded. Steven glared.

"What are you up to?"

"Archie should've kept the sea where it belongs."

Brendan grinned as Groudon joined him. He sent the message, letting the final step go.

Upon getting it, Courtney casted.

"Upon the heavens
Let the skies glow from crimson rain
Say no more for our blood has stained
Through Fire and Water, all shalt not be in pain!
Rise, beast of the Jade
And cast aside thou war of Land and Sea!"

No one really saw most of it since the Operation was so powerful, but people were surprised when the clouds split, ending the storm that should've been taking them out. They paused as Maxie smiled.

"Operation War of Waves is cleared. Get ready for the clean up."

"Yes sir!" Tabitha took off to assist Courtney while Brendan stepped out of the cave with slow steps. Charly got to his side as he nodded softly.

"Thanks..." He allowed the silent boy to guide him to the other two so he could recover. They leave kept their distance as the other grunts went out to assess the damages.
