Hello everyone.tonight I'm here again with another rrahel os update.i started to feel myself like moon who comes out on wattpad to update only in night ( bad joke i know my sense of humor is too gone case).

While today its body shaming that I'm writing about.we all have must face this issue may be once or more than it in our life.it is not confined to any one gender & one type of physic.Every man & woman(including public figures & commoners) of all age group &all body type are subject to body shaming.its a serious issue growing in our society.someone gets shamed by others on the basis of their body structure i.e. being thin or fat,height,other features ,colour complexions.we fail to accept ourselves too & other's as they are.

Its my own experience i have been body shamed since childhood & still sometimes i get ,sometimes by outsiders sometimes by own dad,sometimes i let it go like it don't matter sometimes it makes me feel bad .i have been body shamed on my weight ( as I'm fatty), on my height ( 5'3"),on my features as i don't go for beauty ventures like waxing,threading & all one thing i wasn't criticized about was my complexion as i m fair enough but criticized as i dont look beautiful or good enough

Well i shared all this as its something common we all face & somehow this things play a huge impact on our personality,sometimes few people undergo depression due to this as it is an issue that affects you mentally,emotionally & physically all together.so if in future anytime you find someone berating you or someone else just say" i don't give you a damm i like myself the way I'm ",& if find anyone suffering from body shaming don't sympathize with them rather than try to boost them making them feel love for themselves as the way they are.

So ending my gyaan here & hope I can do justice to the plot.

It has been 2 days since rrahul has arrived siliguri after his mother's demise.His arrival is something which felt like waves of happiness again hit back the shore making the sand wet with happiness & so much love that it can't be stored.everyone was happy to see him coming back to normal but the one who was the happiest was helly.she was literally jumping in joy off screen as well as on screen too as that time she was playing character of Mr.Roy which was indeed a fun guy.While everyone saw him back to normal,she knew he isn't fully back,its just his professionalism that made him strong enough to take the road to be normal again.she can still locate the sadness hidden in his eyes,but somehow she was happy that he is trying & she will make sure his efforts don't go futile.While on the other hand he was feeling a bit normal after resuming work,he felt overwhelmed to have such a cast family who gave him space,felt his pain & stood beside him in the grief.he can't thank enough to his stars to give him a wonderful cast family & his mood got more elated after seeing that little funny guy jumping around like a happy squirrel distributing happiness & smiles to everyone out there.he chuckled lightly thinking about his own thoughts as he know that his little girl is the little guy in disguise while it felt too much fun to see her happy like this after long time.he know after his departure & in all his absence & even in his pain she was the one who suffered the most with him as she never left him alone in this mess always stood beside him holding his hand & promising him the best.he felt luckiest man to have such a wonderful ,caring girl in his life.indeed his mother always said truth he & helly share a bond of lifetime.

Since its the time for dinner everyone gathered to have it together in the resort,being outdoor for 2 months they tried to always have lunch & dinner together as a family & tonight's dinner was special as they have got back rrahul after a long time.sitting on their respective chairs all started to have their food,while his sweet kid was busy in devouring the flavours of different sweets from chamcham to rosgulla,from lobongo lotika to misti doi ( bengali sweets name )she was having her gala time as she has a sweet tooth,while unknown to her someone was smiling &admiring her cute antics.

As soon as the sun rise it called for another day & another day of shoot ,while it became exhausting for everyone so they all took some small breaks & decided to just sit back & relax while scrolling their phones.

Since few days before helly hss uploaded her food vlog on her channel she thought to give it a check & reply few of her fans ,while scrolling down the comment section of vlog she found many fans commenting not so good things about her diet ,some of them tried body shaming her through calling her fatty aunty & many more things,but since she know such things keep happening she didn't took them seriously & went away to resume shoot as they have been called ,by the end of day she was so tired & wanted to rejenuvate herself that she literally snatched zayn's chocolates & ate them all while everyone laughed at her innocence & antics & zayn was pitied by all ( in funny way)

While staying outdoor for 2 long months all of them couldn't hit gym & due to having no diet she got a little bit weight put on her which indeed make her more beautiful & made her character look real as in character she was pregnant.while she posted few of her pictures clicked by chandni that day,the comments on her post left her shock.

She was body shamed again on the basis of her little height,baby face & little put on of weight,many fans along with the haters too have suggested her to start following diet ,ho gym ,started to even compare her with other actresses too

( some fans if surbhi chandana did this in actually & compared her with surbhi on instagram,i myself saw those posts,which were later on got deleted,sorry if anyone who felt offended or is fan of surbhi i don't have any intention to take her name neither I'm blaming her its just done by her fan so had to say)

Reading all those things she became sad meanwhile zayn & mansavi came for shoot where for some flashback scenes zayn had to pick up helly in his arms,as soon as the shot got done ,both manasvi & zayn started to joke about helly being gone too heavy,they were trying to pull her leg by saying all this stuff unknown to the fact that she is actually get slammed & adviced by her fans on this issue which is somehow started to affect her & their leg pulling is adding on to it,while unable to hear more on being getting fat ,the tears she controlled earlier started to cascade down her fluffy cheeks ,rubbing them with the back of her hands without saying anything she just ran away startling both of the boys,while they got confused seeing her crying & running like this ,they too started to run behind her just to know what happened to her,in between the corridor they met rrahul who looked equally shocked sering both boys running like this

"Why are you guys running like this as if saw any ghost?"

"Bhai we even don't know what happened me & mansavi was pulling helly's leg by saying that she got fat & heavy & instantly she ran off cryingly"

" yeah & me & zayn were trying to catch her but she is faster thsn us"

" you guys are mad! You know na she is such a moody we don't know what might hurt her where & how deep .now lets go & see what's the issue"

While three of them kept knocking her door ,she didn't opened it for even rrahul ,while rrahul being understanding her need to have some personal space asked both of the boys to come with him & leave her alone for sometime to relax,while on the other side of door she was sobbing badly remembering all those comments on her vlog,instagram post,things said by zayn &mansavi & in between all this she remembered how even rrahul too used to call her fat ,& this made her cry more,exhaustion took over her eyes & before she could think anything she got into a deep slumber with tears dried on her face.While till dinner no one disturbed her ,but when she didn't showed up on dinner rrahul asked chandni to go & call her,while she refused to come stating that she is not hungry.While learning all this the three boys got tensed specially rrahul as he can sense that there is more to it whatever they are being told as he know helly's habit of hidding things which hurt her.Thinking to have a talk with her he went to her room after the dinner just to see her sleeping ,while he planted a soft kiss on her forehead & left her room to have some sleep as tomorrow will be a hectic day again.The next day indeed was hectic as they kept on shooting almost whole afternoon & during lunch helly just had an Apple ,while in dinner she just had soup nothing else.all this change in her eating habit,behaviour started to make rrahul concerned for her,as he can clearly see she is not smiling that much staying lost ,even her eyes lost the twinkle which used to shine like star.deciding to talk her tomorrow fully & finally over this he called it a day ignorant of the silent storm that will hit him tomorrow.

Another day has arrived with a storm ready in its back,rrahul was feeling a strange uneasy feeling since the morning which he brushed off.

Today they had to shoot a argument sequence of vansh & riddhima,while his gut feeling was saying that something is going to be wrong but he kept on ignoring his instincts.while it has been 3 days helly didn't properly had her food,as she was moving out of her room she felt a slight dizziness which she ignored,as her & zayn's room were on same floor & zayn as angre needed to be present in scene so he was too coming out of his crossing the corridor but something which caught his eyes was helly who was looking so pale,tired & was standing near stairs to go down,he saw her holding her head & swaying but before he can reach her & held her hand it was too late,she felt dizzy & couldn't balance herself leading to the fall from stairs getting a cut on forehead & got unconscious.

He stood there rooted to the floor the scene in front of him is something he never imagined nor will ever want to.an unconscious helly laying on staircase platform with a bleeding forehead.

His hands started shivering due to fear he couldn't think anything with a great difficult he took out his phone & called rrahul

" Bhai (crying) woo..."

"What happened zayn why you are crying is everything alright at home ?"

" Bhai woo helly..."

He instantly got worried hearing her name & zayn's cry like this.

" helly kya zayn say something man "

he almost shouted

Which was heared by all sitting there,

" Bhai just come on my floor fast"

all this he could say after this long

Keeping his phone in pocket he ran like a mad man while seeing him running like this other's too ran behind him ,as soon as he reached zayn's floor he was shocked beyond everything to see his panda his sweet kid laying on floor unconscious with a bleeding forehead,while others who ran behind him too got shocked to see her like this.

Wasting no time he picked up her & ran to her room,while the director called for the doctor ,as the doctor arrived everyone came out waiting outside her room,while zayn narrated the whole thing happened & sobbed hard hugging rrahul saying he couldn't save her on time,while rrahul was himself in tears as he started to acknowledge why he felt so much uneasiness in the morning as if something is about to go wrong.

When the doctor came out he told them all this happened because she wasn't having proper food since 3-4 days which lowered her blood pressure & sugar levels leading to the high weakness & dizziness because of which she collapsed.

As soon as doctor left stating the prescription & proper diet all went inside to see her who is sleeping peacefully looking all pale,put on IV & bandage on forehead.while she started to gain conscious after a while all asked her how is she doing while she weakly replied I'm fine.

Signalling zayn through his eyes ,he wanted to stay alone with her to know the actual reason behind this,while she slowly slowly opened herself as how she felt on reading & hearing those horrible things about her body.

He mentally face palmed himself as his lady mistook his humour so seriously which made her feel bad along with comments from others.While he held her hand & said

" you know helly i have been called too many names for being so tall & thin like stick,even just like you i reacted but by not starving rather than by over eating to get healthy,which made me health worse,that day when i shared this with my mom ,she told me something whuch helped ne me to grow like the way I'm today confident.she told me that god has made all of us different with different features & qualities ,we all lack something that other might have ,but that doesn't lower down our value,as we too have something that they don't have,if we try to accept ourselves as the way we are rather than trying to be like other's want,we might fall in love with ourself for what a wonderful person we are"

After hearing this she just hugged him tight burying her face in his chest listening to his calm heart beats while he stroked her hairs softly & smiled thinking finally his little lady has gotten something into her mind,while feeding her food,she too feed him making each other smile.Since the days paased she recovered but still he kept watch over her eating habbit just to ensure she dont pull of such stunts again in life

After 2 months:

Immj2 got off air but still everyone stay in touch with each other,many of them started to get other projects too while rrahul is enjoying his family time,on the other hand helly got indulge in photo shoots & dance videos,& recently her dance video on pani pani song got out in which she looked devilishly beautiful,while some of the fans find it to be not her 100% performance,& some ended up body shaming her like earlier as shr need to work out & especially on her belly portion etc,while reading such tweets rrahul got tensed again remembering the siliguri resort incident,while on the other hand she was smiling & content as her soulmate taught her how to accept herself
