Personality: He's pretty cold and calculating when you first meet him, though once you pass his 'test' so to speak he might treat you like an actual person. He doesn't really do...people so to speak. If he had to choose between live actual people and the dead, he'd choose the dead people in a heartbeat.

One skill: He has complete control of the underworld.

Two flaws: He's pretty impulsive. When he sees a problem he will do what he thinks is right so he doesn't have to deal with it later. He's also fairly deceptive. If he wants a situation to go his way a few white lies has to be said.
