He has the ability to manipulate and control fire with his hands and voice. He has shifter powers as well, but they've been undiscovered so far.

Personality:
Scipio is very sarcastic and likes to make most things a joke. He will always be the bright optimistic person in a crowd, and tries not to notice any negative behavior. Scipio is very fun loving and trusting. He always tries to be a good person despite the fact his powers could easily make him bad. Scipio loves to make friends and hang out, however he doesn't always like the bustle of life. He often feels surprisingly lonely, despite being outgoing and having many friends. Scipio likes to stray away from his emotions, always wearing his mask of happiness and pretending the world does no harm. He doesn't like fighting and arguments, so whenever there's conflict in his life he ignores it or does his best to please the other person.

Likes:
Scipio likes to make friends and hang out. Being an outgoing person he likes going to amusement parks, and camping. He also enjoys sleeping and secretly cuddling, and very specifically, BBQ.

Dislikes:
Scipio tends to dislike cold things or getting wet. He also really dislikes the fact that someone created iced tea. "Tea is supposed to be hot!" He'd complain whenever it was brought up. Scipio also dislikes the idea of using his flames for harm, or when he can't control them. He despises arguments and anger, but also the helpless feeling he gets when he can't help others.

Hopes and Dreams:
Scipio hopes to learn to control his flames fully, and use them for good; if that's even possible.
He also one days hopes to find a companion, a best friend, or a pet who will fill the loneliness in him.

Fears:
Scipio fears the dark and being in a boat far from land. His greatest fear is ultimately water, naturally.
He also fears hurting people because of his flame, or lack of control over flame.

Strengths:
Scipio's strengths are his strong mind. He keeps his views optimistic, and tries not to let his feelings get the better of him. He has been good at keeping down his heart and using logic to guide him. He's also incredibly smart.

Weaknesses:
Water is Scipio's biggest weakness. He also has a weak link in his mind that he ensures no one knows about. He keeps that part of him under lock and key.

Back story:
Scipio was born with his fire powers, coming from a long line of shifters and magic bearers. He grew up in a safe and happyhousehold, however, neither of his parents used their magic or helped him learn about his. They wanted to be as normal as possible.
Scipio got a little sister when he was 10, and he loved her dearly. He would play with her and treat her nicely, doing his best to be the big brother he wanted to be.
Of course the happy life wouldn't last forever. Scipio was on his way to pick her up from school once when she was 7. He stopped the car a few meters away from the school and got out, going to greet her. None of the teacher or students had noticed that a car had turned the wrong way on the one way lane they were on. Another car had been approaching from the other side, however the drivers view was blocked from loading busses. Scipio could hardly remember what happened next, but when he started remembering again, his sister and a handful of other students were being loaded into ambulances and the ground and cars were scorched. He blamed himself for her death, and wondered if he had been able to stop the car on time, would his sister and all those children still be alive and well?

Scars:
Scipio has a small scar located on his cheek from an icicle falling on him when he was young.
