Justin is tall and had a medium build. He has sharp facial features and pale nearly white blonde hair that goes to his chin with Hazel yellowish eyes.
He wears a Fedora with a red ribbon strung across it. On his neck, he commonly wears a choker gifted to him by his little sister.
He wears fancy attired which includes a red dress shirt with the sleeves constantly rolled up and a grey vest over it. He wears black pants and dress shoes and is commonly seen wearing black and red tail coat and black gloves.

Personality:
To Justin, he will do what he has to do to bring a criminal to their knees. Be it ransom or getting up close an personal, he'll do it, though the only with hard evidence.
He is stern and strict and rather uptight. Justin is a whistleblower and will always confront someone who is breaking the law. He is quick witted and determined.

Backstory:
Justin was only thirteen when his house was broken into and robbed for only a few hundred bucks and some items which would barely catch Twenty dollars.
He was in bed and asleep when he heard a window breaking which in the end woke him up. At the time he shared a room with his young brother Bentley , on instinct, he grabbed his brother and ran to the messy closet and climbed in and hid his brother in a way it was uncomfortable and items pressed against  in a way it looked you could barley stand.
Justin swallowed a lump in his throat as he grabbed a broom that he has used for cleaning, pressing his body close to the wall by the door with the lights off.
What felt like hours, it was only silence until he heard blood curdling screams which in the end caused his kid brother to scream an he felt his and his baby brothers Fate has been sealed. He made a stupid decision. He clutched the broom tight and ran to the kitchen, he could hear his baby sister scream and his heart sank. He dialled 9-1-1.
"Someones broken into my house! I live on hardGrove street 8231, send help! They're killing my sister! "
Justin dropped the phone and ran to his sisters room and saw blood covering walls as the introder stabbed her, his teeth clenched as he held the broom by the bottom and swung into the assailants head.
"BASTARD!!" Justin screamed as he kept hitting and hitting, turn in pale when the broom was ripped from his grip.
Justin gulped as he felt so sharp pain across his chest, blood seeping down as he ran out, being chased, he was kicked to the ground and rolled on his back, the assailant attempting to stab him, though Justin would grabbed the blade multiple times to defend himself.
His hand now dripping with blood were so sorry, smiling as he saw blinding lights seep through his window, police kicking the door in and holding the assailant at gun point. Justin, his little sister Bailey, his father Sam, and his mother Delphine were rushed to the hospital with Bentley. Justin was in coma for a few months while his father who was pronounced dead at the scene, his sister dying on the hospital, the whole time Justin said how much he loved her.
His mother who had been sexually assaulted was fine, though was put in a psyche ward to help her cope the trauma.
When Justin woke up, He promised to bring down every criminal while coming to terms with what is known as,
"The downtown Abbey Slaughter."

Backstory:
Bentley was shoved into his closet by his oldest brother on the day his sister and dad were killed. He was living with his grandma for a long time, happily excited when his brother woke up from his coma.
