Scenario 1.) Outer has a sickness and Science steps in to help. ((Idk someone came up with this and I just decided to put it in-))

Scenario 2.) there was a party in OuterTale, most Of the Sans' and Papyrus' were invited, Of course Science was invited. While he was there, Science accidentally bumped into Outer and both started talking/hanging from there.
