Darrius Benson, the fluffy adventurer as most call him, always looking to explore and uncover uncharted land. That land is the mountains a kilometer from his town, but uncharted land to him nonetheless.

To him, it's the World before himself, unless it's a bee or snake. He's an extraordinarily friendly guy with an even more phenomenal moral compass, with a bit of naivety mixed in.

Unlike most people in his small town brimming with diverse people and characters who've come to live simple lives, he is far from simple. Darrius wishes to travel the World, as soon as he's done with his studies, which is hopefully soon.

Darrius was a handful at times, not necessarily in a bad way, but he tended to wander off and go missing for hours on end, only to come home late into the night or early in the morning as if it was a normal thing.
You as his best friend who'd rarely ever worry when he'd go off since you knew he'd come back, but one day after he'd gone on one of his "night hikes", he didn't come back.
This wasn't so strange at the time, but hours turned into days and he'd never been gone so long, you got especially worried, almost as much as his family.

After about 4 days of him being gone y, you had adapted a routine of calling his phone early in the morning after you woke up, praying he'd answer.
