*Aahil Pov*

"Finally, we will have a chance to show our rival that we are good at everything." Dad said proudly when I climbed down the stairs for the party.

"And finally, I have done something for which you are feeling proud." I said sarcastically before looking at the guests piling up into the house.

"I know I have been hard on you, but that is for your own good, Aahil. I always wanted a career in this, but look at me now. I am just a mediator." He said sighing.

"If your sad story is finished, can we welcome the guests?" Mom asked him walking near to us.

I shook my head and walked towards the refreshment table, picking up a cold drink. I glanced around thinking why are they making so much fuss so soon. I need to do something before I can get this celebration at all.

"Can you move Aahil?" I heard a voice and turned around to see Mridula holding a tray of another set of drinks.

"Shall I help you?" I asked her and helped her in arranging the glasses.

After finishing it, I glanced at her hands to find that she is shivering. I frowned and moved towards her asking about it.

"It is nothing! I am just little nervous and congratulations by the way." She said smiling at me, and I smiled back thinking about my crush on her a few years back.

"Thank you! I was just waiting for your wishes." I said and she finally stopped shivering shaking her head.

"Can you do me a favor?" she asked whispering.

"Sure! I will do anything for you." I replied dramatically, and she gave a curious look.

"If anything happens in this party, not mind at all. I mean I am not saying that something will happen, but just saying it beforehand to escape from apologizing later." She explained in a way babbling.

"Is something wrong?" I asked her frowning, but she just walked away saying she has some work.

I frowned, following her a little, but got surrounded by the people congratulating me. I politely talked to them wishing I can be somewhere else but got shocked seeing Tajwar Bhai climbing down the stairs.

Then I saw Mridula rushing near to him while Mom and Dad stared at him in shock. After a few minutes, she walked away and Bhai just took steps a little away from the people.

We three just came out of our surprised look remembering the guests and continued to talk with them. A few minutes later, Dileep walked near to me with some girl whom must be his new mistress.

"Congratulation's brother!" He said, reaching near.

"I just started and all of you are acting like I am retiring." I said shaking my head and hugged him.

"She is Amrin!" Dileep introduced, and I saw Mom glaring at the girl before I gave her a small glance and then again, stared at Dileep.

"He is downstairs!" I whispered.

"Who?" Dileep asked, frowning.

"Tajwar Bhai!" I replied.

"Do not joke Aahil Bhai." Dileep said smiling.

"It is true and I think..." I stopped the words, remembering the girl standing with us and gestured Dileep.

"Amrin! Why don't you go and take some refreshments?" Dileep suggested, and she nodded walking away.

"I think it is because of Mridula. She was so nervous before he got down and even requested me not to mind if the party gets spoiled." I explained and he slowly nodded.

"Let's go and meet him." He said, and we both walked near to him not feeling good to meet him like some guests and not brothers.

"How are you, Bhai?" Dileep asked him while he just nodded.

"I am glad that you are here, Bhai." I said, smiling to which he again nodded.

"Do you need anything to drink?" I asked him, hoping he would say something.

"Mridula left to bring me my drink." He replied normally.

"Everyone is present to meet you, Aahil. Go and meet them." He added and we nodded, turning away only to see Mridula rushing near to us holding a glass.

We both smiled and walked away not knowing what else to do. We then saw mom having an anger look on her face and Dad talking to her in a low tone.

"I think she is upset that I brought Amrin." Dileep stated.

"Really? I didn't even know that." I said sarcastically and he immediately punched my shoulder.

"Tomorrow onwards there will be so much workload on you. Are you up for it?" he asked, raising his eyebrow.

"Of course and I do not want anything unexpected to happen, which will make me want to take another turn. I just wish no one gives me a hard time." I said shaking my head.

"Do you really think everything will be that easy?" he asked and I chuckled, knowing well that it will not be easy.

"Let's all of us have dinner." Mom announced while Dileep looked around to search for his girl.

"I will join you soon." He said and walked away while I took my seat near my parents.

"Hi!" I heard a very enthusiastic tone and turned to see some girl with a big smile on her face.

"Hello!" I said, smiling a little.

"We all are very happy that you got this success. And one day you will lead the whole India." she said still smiling, and I coughed before glancing at my parents who are actually not hearing this.

"Do I know you?" I asked her still smiling myself.

"My dad and your dad are friends!" she replied and I wished she gives me some other expression than a smile.

"And I really like you." she added smiling more.

"I am actually in kind of relationship." I lied, turning away and had my food calmly not wanting to meet anyone.

"I can't believe that he brought her to this home function." Mom started her banter when all the guests left.

"Did you like the girl you were talking with?" Dad asked ignoring her words.

"No way!" I replied actually taking a step back.

"Do not mind me searching for the proper bride for you, Aahil. It is better before someone tries to trap you as now you are an important person in a main party." He explained and walked away.

I will not let anyone trap me! I thought, shaking my head and reached my room. I glanced up from the work I am just trying to organize for the first day to see my secretary.

"What is it?" I asked him frowning.

"Some madam is here to meet you. She is saying that you know her." He replied and I immediately panicked thinking about the girl I met yesterday at dinner.

"Tell her that I am busy." I said, and he nodded before placing a paper on my table.

I shook my head and then glanced at it to see a very familiar name. Then I remember where I know that name from.

Nipuna! Is she here to apologize for not calling me? I thought and immediately called the waiting room phone to send the woman inside.

After a few minutes, the door opened and the girl entered looking great as usual like that day in her jeans and top.

"Hi!" she said, sitting before me.

"Hello!" I said back smiling.

"I know this is a surprise for me to be here." She started saying, and I nodded.

"Yeah! I thought you would call me, but not this visit." I said and she slowly nodded.

"I actually threw the paper away thinking I shouldn't meet you again." She slowly confessed making me feel anger hearing her decision.

"Ok! Then how do you know I am here?" I asked her raising my eyebrow not showing the anger in my tone.

"Yesterday I saw your speech on the TV and congratulations by the way." she replied before looking away and then at me making me feel there is something big going on here.

"What is it?" I asked her thinking of scolding her if she says she wants to date now just because she now knows my position and my family lineage.

*Nipuna Pov*

I placed a hand on the small bag in which I bought all the needed papers which I got made within very little time. I don't even know why am I feeling this nervous when I know I don't have another option.

All I have to do is tell him about the pregnancy and even assure him I am not going to destroy his career or something but will just need some signatures with which I can use his last name, and he will have to write his parental rights to the baby to me completely to not have any stupid problems in the future.

"I am Pregnant!" I stated leaning forward to place my elbows on the table and even reduced my tone not to let anyone hear it from outside.

He stared at me for a few minutes before narrowing his eyes and then leaned forward himself, saying, "And I should believe that."

"Yes! It is your baby." I said, nodding at him.

"I think you have taken enough time of mine. So, it would be better if you leave before you get punished for lying like this." He said in a confident tone and with irritation.

"I am not lying and I don't have a reason to." I said, feeling all the irritation I welled up coming outside.

"Now you will want some money or anything, and I should give them to you just like that. It can never be my baby, and you were not even virgin. So, go to the baby's father if you are indeed pregnant." He stated waving me off.

"I didn't know you were that weak to be able to impregnate only virgin's. However, here I am having your baby, and you can keep your money for yourself." I said, gritting my teeth for going through this humiliation even though I don't blame him completely.,

"You... you..." He stuttered with anger radiating from him.

"Look, listen to me once and understand otherwise we both will be in trouble in which we both don't want to be." I said in a calm tone pressing down my anger.

"You are blackmailing me? Get out from here." he shouted, standing up.

"Fine! I warned you and whatever that will happen next is on your shoulders." I said getting up and walked away.

i will be repeating the scenes from before series to give another view to it :).. and who would have known that Aahil had crush on mridula as i always thought it was dileep...

So like i said prologue is finally here and that too soon...
