If Only in My Dreams
AN: Here's a late Christmas/New Year's Day gift for you guys! This is the new one shot book for the Bigger Than I Ever Dreamed universe! Now before I start, I want to say that I know that Kevin is engaged. I am happy for him. Except this was written before that relationship became known so I will keep Kevin and Kirstie as a couple in this. Also these are chronological so that is important. What else? Uh have fun and enjoy these one shots.
-------------------------
"Here we are," Scott announced as the Uber pulled up in front of his childhood home. Mitch could feel the excitement thrumming inside seeing the house he had spent half his childhood in. Mitch grabbed his purse and jumped out of the car. Scott got out on the other side and opened the trunk to get their things.
"It looks like everyone is here," Mitch said as he looked over at all the cars parked in front of the Hoying home. The idea of both of their families coming together as one....it was what he had always dreamed of. He still remembered that night that was both so long ago and so recent; the night with Mike when they talked about The Sing Off and Scott. Back then, being with Scott again was this far away possibility. Even three months ago it was not a guarantee. Now, he had everything he had always wanted. Well almost. He could wait for the ring, white picket fence, and tiny feet.
"Babe, you okay," Scott asked, snapping him from his thoughts. Mitch looked up at the man he loved. "Come on, I'm sure our families are waiting for us." Mitch smiled as Scott held his hand and intertwined their fingers. Yes, this was his reality now. It wasn't a dream.
--
As expected, as soon as they got through the door, their parents were bombarding them with questions. "Oh Mitch dear, have you gone on one of those diets again? Hmmph. Your father will just have to give you extra pasta," Nel said, poking at his stomach through his sweater.
"Have you been keeping your exercise regiment, Scott? You know the cold weather causes your bones to cramp," Connie chastised her youngest. Their fathers were no better. He heard their sisters coming from the kitchen. He hoped they would save him.
To Mitch's surprise, Landon fought his way through the adults. As soon as Mitch saw Scott's mini me, he lit up. "My baby," he squealed as Landon ran into his embrace.
"Aunt Mitchy!" Just as Scott tended to do, Landon curled up as he was in Mitch's arms. "You're home!"
Mitch held the toddler on his hip as he kissed his soft little cheek. "Hey! What about me," Scott whined as if on cue.
Landon had his head on Mitch's shoulder, perfectly content, as he replied, "I love you, too, Uncle Scott."
Scott pouted at being replaced as his mini me's favorite. "Stop that. You know I can't get enough of you," Mitch said and kissed him sweetly.
Before anyone could say anything, Scott was attacked by Mitch's niece and nephew. "Uncle Scott," they shouted as they latched onto his legs.
The parents and grandparents laughed at the kids' antics. "Okay, I think you need to let your aunt and uncle get settled before you demand all their attention," Connie said to the three kids.
"We'll help," they all cried at once. The adults laughed at the eager children.
"I think they were more excited to see you than we were," Lauren said as she held Beckham in her arms.
--
It was a bit later and the two singers had put their things in Scott's old room. They were currently in the kitchen with their parents and siblings, who were preparing lunch for everyone. "So how is everything going with the new direction of the band," Connie asked as she made the salad.
"We are still ironing out the details. It has been going well overall though. Mitch's input on the aesthetic is amazing."
Mitch couldn't help his smile at the blond. "Oh, that's right! You guys are creating a whole new design," Jessa exclaimed, helping pull out the ingredients for the the side dishes.
Mitch nodded. "Yeah we want to have specific designs for each section of the other Pentagroups. So I have been working with some art directors on it. We are in the research phase right now."
Mitch saw that everyone was shining with pride at this news. Mitch even spied Scott trying not to cry. He couldn't exactly blame the goof, though. Being able to showcase his ideas had always been something he wanted to do. Being the head bitch in charge for the new art division was sexy and empowering.
"It's sounds like everything is going along well," Mike said as he seasoned the meat that Rick was going to be grilling. "How has it been having Avi back?"
Scott and Mitch smiled at each other. "It's amazing," they said in unison.
"We all blend together just like we always did. Matt has been loving having him around to teach him," Scott elaborated.
Mitch laughed as a memory came to mind. "Yeah like when he was doing the Heimlich on him to get him to work his diaphragm to get this one note out," he howled out.
Scott's eyes watered. "Oh right! That was when we were rehearsing for the The Tonight Show! Matt was squeaking," he continued on from Mitch, dropping his head on Mitch's shoulder as his body was shaking with laughs.
"He did not," Connie asked in disbelief.
"He did," they answered still laughing at the memory of the 6'2'' man being squeezed by a 5'11'' mountain man.
The others immediately screamed in laughter. "Oh my god," Lauren said between laughs, using a napkin to keep the tears of laughter from ruining her make up.
"Poor Matt," Lindsay said, shaking her head.
Jessa was holding her sides from laughing so hard. "You are going to need to send a video next time he does something like that to Matt again."
"I'll be sure to. We were so caught off guard when it happened," Mitch replied to his sister.
Landon had come into the kitchen while they retold the funny moment and was snuggled against his side while he ate off a plate of fruit that Lauren and Jessa had put together for the kids. Mitch could hear Lindsay's husband, Ryan, behind him in the living room, with Z, trying to get Archer into a new outfit after she threw up in excitement at seeing her uncle. Mitch was absentmindedly playing with Landon's soft hair as he conversed with everyone. His brother in law, Lauren's husband Robert, Ady, and Asa were outside getting the grill ready. It wasn't Texas if they didn't use the grill in winter.
"There sure has been a lot of changes in such a short amount of time," Rick said as he organized the meat on a tray to ready to cook them.
Mike nodded. "Sure have. Some were pretty expected," he said, looking up at Mitch knowingly, "and others, not so much."
Nel agreed behind her husband where she was putting together batter. "Like Kevin and Kirstie. I certainly didn't see that coming. But they actually work so well."
Mitch laughed. "I know. I don't know why we never thought of it before."
Nel mixed the batter as she looked over at her youngest. "She and Angelica are spending Christmas with Kevin's family in Maryland, aren't they?"
Mitch nodded. "Yup. She actually sent me a video of her with Kevin's niece earlier. I think we should be afraid they'll be the first out of us all to have kids," he joked.
"I wouldn't be too surprised honestly," Connie said as she put the final touches on the salad.
"Crap," Lauren said from next to Nel. All heads turned to the blonde. She looked up from a notepad on the counter. "We don't have all the ingredients for the cakes and cookies! I'll just run to the store real quick."
"Relax. We'll go get the stuff," Scott said.
Lauren frowned as she looked at her baby brother. "Are you sure? Y'all just got here. You don't need to do that."
Scott stared down his sister. "I'm sure. Besides, all that walking will help after that plane ride. Right, Mitchy," Scott said, looking over at him.
Mitch rolled his eyes. "Whatever my dork says Laur," Mitch replied, sticking his tongue out at his boyfriend.
Scott pretended to reach over and catch his tongue with his teeth. Lauren looked relieved at this. "That's great. Would you mind getting a few other things for the presents? Extra wrapping paper and stuff."
"Sure. We'll just go to Target and get everything," Scott said.
"Can I go," Landon piped up from Mitch's side. Mitch had thought the toddler had fallen asleep against his hip. He was like his uncle in that he fell quiet and sleepy when his hair was played with.
Landon's words seemed to be a chain reaction and they jumped when they heard Z on the couch behind them. "I wanna go, too!"
At that same moment, Jessa's husband and her kids came in from the backyard. "Can we go, too," Ady and Asa begged.
"All of you can't go with them," Lauren said, putting her foot down with the four. "That is too many kids for your aunt and uncle to keep track of while they are shopping."
"But Mommy," Landon cried, holding on to Mitch with a death grip. Yup. He was definitely going to be like Scott. He was already holding him deceptively tight. Mitch had to adjust his footing to not feel just a bit suffocated.
"I want to be with Uncle Scott," Ady pouted, stomping her foot.
Z was scowling as he glared at the adults. "That's not fair Mom," he grumbled to Lindsay.
Lauren sighed and rubbed her forehead. "Okay calm down. Let me think."
Mitch heard Lindsay's husband telling Z to get off the couch. "We can take them. It's no problem," Scott said, trying to placate the situation.
Mitch could feel the annoyance coming from his sister and future sister in laws at Scott's words. "Scott you've never had to handle them on your own like that. You'll lose track of them," Connie said wisely. "How about two of the kids go."
Before the kids could cheer, Lauren cut in. "But Scott and Mitch get to pick. So no fussing if you don't get to go. You'll get to spend the rest of the week with them."
Scott looked over at Mitch unsurely. He could see he was conflicted. "Uh...well I guess I'll take our first niece." Ady screamed happily and ran over to Scott. Mitch felt his heart jump seeing Scott smile down at his niece. He sometimes wished he had ovaries just so Scott could give him a baby. God, he was so in love with that man!
"And I don't think I have a choice in the matter. My little big boy has me smitten," Mitch said, hugging Landon closer to him. He cherished his boyfriend's mini me. It was like having a piece of him to hold in his arms. Landon nuzzled his face into his hip just like Scott did often. Lauren wouldn't mind he and Scott taking Landon for a few days...or weeks, right?
"Look! I'm tall for once," Ady shouted excitedly. Mitch giggled at the fact Scott was holding Ady's back as she sat on her uncle's shoulders. He was so naturally protective and fatherly without even thinking about it.
"I know! You Grassis are pretty short," Scott replied to his niece as she messed up his hair. Any fuzzy feelings inside cut short at Scott's jab. He and his family gasped.
"Rude," Mitch said with a huff.
"Yeah. We don't all come from a family of giants," Jessa said.
Scott snickered at the pouting woman. "Don't worry Jess, I don't love you any less," Scott replied to the brunette.
Jessa rolled her eyes very similar to her younger sibling. "Yeah yeah. Ady you listen to your aunt and uncle, got it? Don't try to pull a fast one."
Mitch saw Ady sigh dramatically. "I will, Mom."
Lauren looked over at Landon. "The same to you, young man. Be good."
Landon just smiled. "I won't leave Aunt Mitchy's side." Mitch snorted.
"I'm sure you won't," Scott said, voicing exactly what Mitch was thinking.
Mitch picked up his purse and grabbed Landon's hand. "Okay so baking and wrapping supplies. We'll be back in a bit."
Scott grabbed the keys to Rick's car. "To Target," he shouted.
"Be careful driving," Connie said as a send off.
"Yeah no stopping for dog parks," Mike threw in with a smirk.
"Thank you, Dad," Scott replied with annoyance. Mitch had to stop himself from laughing. His dad loved to mess with Scott.
"And remember to stop at the stop signs," Rick added.
"Goodbye," Scott grumbled, waving off the two older men as he walked out with Mitch and Landon following in giggles.
--
"Okay so we are looking for those cookie shapes. Where are they," Mitch said aloud to himself as he and Landon looked at the shelves in front of them.
Landon sighed. "Are they in another place?"
Mitch looked up and down the aisle trying to see if there was a spot he was missing. "I'm not sure. Let's find someone to ask."
The two turned, Mitch walking and Landon skipping at his side. "Feliz Navidad, Feliz Navidad," Landon sang as they went. Lauren had said that she and her husband had been teaching him the Christmas song since it had the fewest lyrics to memorize. His pronunciation wasn't so bad and his voice was rather sweet and bright. Landon would be a singer yet.
They found a store worker in an aisle. He was young, maybe his early to mid 20s. He was stacking up some products. "Excuse me, can you help us," Mitch asked.
The guy turned to them and Mitch saw his eyes widen a bit. He was probably shocked to not see a woman thanks to Mitch's voice. He had to fight not to roll his eyes. "Uh yeah sure," the worker said, giving him an awkward smile. Ew.
"Well we are looking for cookie cutters. Like the ones in shapes. We were looking in the aisle with the baking goods but couldn't find them," Mitch explained.
"Those would be over in the home goods section where the kitchen supplies and gadgets are. Would you like me to take you over there," he asked with another smile and trying to act relaxed.
Mitch arched his brow. Were all store workers required to be so awkward with customers? "No, thank you. We can find it ourselves."
Another unnecessary smile. "Are you sure? Do you need help with anything else?"
Mitch felt Landon's hold on his hand grow tighter. "My aunt and I need to get back to my uncle. Our families are waiting on us," the small blond said coldly. Mitch looked down to see Landon glaring at the man.
"O-of course," the worker choked out, a little afraid of the magnitude of hatred Landon showed to him.
"Landon," Mitch chastised the almost four year old.
Landon looked up at him with a beaming smile as if he wasn't just glaring at the man in front of them. "Uncle Scott promised us candy," Landon said cutely. Mitch narrowed his eyes at the little monster. He was too much like his uncle for his own good.
"Right....come on, baby." They walked off leaving the poor worker behind. Mitch was a bit proud that Landon was protective. He was going to be such a good big brother when Beckham was older. Mitch didn't even realize the worker was attracted to him. He only had eyes for Scott now.
--
Mitch and Landon were now looking for Scott and Ady. Mitch could have sworn that they would be in the area where all the Christmas stuff was. "Hmm. Let me call your uncle," Mitch said more to himself than Landon. He couldn't look through every aisle looking for a tall blond with a quarter Italian brunette child. That would take forever.
He put his phone up to his ear. It rang until he heard Scott's recently changed voicemail. 'Hey! Sorry I missed your call. If you need to reach me, leave a message with my Mitchy at the beep'. He rolled his eyes with a small smile as he heard his own laughter in the background and Scott's little low chuckle before he heard the beep. He kind of couldn't leave a message with himself so....when it was one of the few times, he absolutely needed Scott to pick up. He sighed as he hung up and quickly sent a few texts.
He looked over to see Landon with a frown. "He's not answering?" Mitch shook his head. Was he going to have to get Scott's name called out over the intercom? Because he certainly wasn't in the mood for treating his 27 year old boyfriend like one of their nieces and nephews. Landon seemed to take a second to think. It was eerie how similar his thinking face was to Scott's. He wondered what he would look like with twenty years. Would Landon still resemble his favorite uncle so much? "Uncle Scott likes tech stuff, right?"
Mitch's eyes squinted a bit at the question. "....Yeah....why?"
Landon arches his brow. He had that same face Mitch made when he was done with someone. It was too cute! "Well he would be where that is," he answered in such an exasperated way. How was he only three again?
"Of course! Landon you are such a genius!" Landon beamed at the praise, his cheeks cherry red and his smile white and adorable.
The two happily walked along to find their lost family members. Just as Landon had predicted, Scott and Ady were in the electronics section. They were singing karaoke on this machine and trying to get all the lyrics. Ady sounded beautiful! She was holding her own next to her uncle. "....i'll be home for Christmas," Scott sang to Ady.
Mitch watched as the two of them finished off the song. "Wow! That was amazing," Landon said excitedly, clapping.
Scott looked over and smiled widely seeing Mitch and Landon. "You were really good baby girl," Mitch complimented. Ady blushed and tried to hide behind Scott.
"N-no. I was just trying to keep in key with Uncle Scott," the girl mumbled, looking down at her feet.
Scott hugged her to his side. "She is humble just like you. Her voice is so pure. She'd be perfect for A Cappella Academy in a few years," Scott said.
Mitch smiled at seeing how proud Scott was of his niece. Of their niece. "I'm sure she will. Now where is the Christmas stuff?" Scott and Ady laughed and pointed to the aisle next to them. Mitch looked over to see a shopping cart with rolls of wrapping paper and other Christmas goodies. "Oh Scott....".
--
The four of them were now ringing up their purchases. Ady was using Mitch's phone to take videos while Mitch put the wrapped bags in the cart. Landon was in Scott's arms and sitting comfortably against his left hip. "I think I went overboard, babe," Scott laughed as he saw all the stuff that they still had to put in the cart.
"No, really," Mitch replied sarcastically. "I don't get why you bought three big packs of each battery. We will never use all of these," he continued.
Scott was watching the price tick up on the screen. "You know like half the Christmas presents are going to be battery operated. Besides it never hurts to have extra."
Mitch rolled his eyes before checking to make sure that Ady was still right by the check out counter they were in. Never could be too sure that no crazy would try to steal kids next to their families. "I doubt it. Do you want me to take Landon, honey?"
Scott shook his head as he pulled his wallet out from his pocket. "No, I got him. I can't believe we spent over two hundred bucks." He took out his card and put it in the chip reader.
"Your little boy looks just like you," the cashier said, smiling at Landon. The toddler was shy and hid his face in Scott's chest.
"Thank you. He's actually our nephew," Scott said as he handed over the last bags to Mitch.
"My mistake. I hope you and your boyfriend have a merry Christmas and a happy new year."
Mitch and Scott smiled. "Same to you. Ady, sweetie, we're going. Come take my hand," he directed to their niece.
--
Mitch and Scott were back at home now and playing with some of their nieces and nephews in the living room as the last of the desserts for dinner were made. Mitch was showing Landon and Z how to make braids with some pieces of kitchen twine. "...And you cross over the middle and there you have a braid," he explained.
Z looked at the position of his fingers. "But why do you have to make a braid like that Aunt Mitchy?"
Mitch giggled. "Well the way the braids are made is a bit different depending on what type you are doing. Like a French braid is different than cornrows. In the way you pull the hair and twist it together. Do you get it a bit better?"
Z's eyes squinted. "I...think so. Can you show me?" Mitch felt so warm inside seeing how Z was so interested in learning how to do the hairstyle. He was quite the learner.
"Um....," Mitch said and looked over to his boyfriend. Scott was dancing to one of the songs off the new Christmas album and had both Archer and Beckham in each arm. "Baby can I borrow your hair for a minute?"
"My hair," he asked with a laugh as he had Alexa pause the song.
Mitch smiled up at him sweetly. "I need a way to show Z what I mean with braids."
Scott shook his head as he sat down next to Mitch with the two youngest of the kids. "Or I can braid your hair."
Mitch smiled as he played with the back of his hair that curled just a little at the end. "Sure." He turned around on the couch. "Now watch Uncle Scott closely Z. Can you start with a simple braid first, babe?"
"Yeah," he heard from Scott who took a lock of hair to start with.
--
It was a few minutes later when Scott finished up his work. Mitch felt the back of his head. The French felt a little wonky. "Kids what does it look like?"
Z and Landon looked back at his hair. "One's a little crooked," Z reported.
"Yeah. The row looks good," Landon said after his older cousin.
"Cornrow," Mitch corrected gently. "But do you get the difference a little better?"
"Yes Aunt Mitchy," the two boys chorused together. He felt Scott's hands running through and breaking up the braids he made in his hair. His touch was so soft and loving.
Landon climbed up and sat in Mitch's lap. "You are really smiley, Aunt Mitchy. You look so pretty." Mitch heard Z's dad call for him to speak to his other mother on the phone. Mitch smiled at his boyfriend's mini me.
"Thank you baby." Landon gave one of Scott's lopsided grins. He grabbed either side of Mitch's face and pecked his aunt's lips.
"I love you," the toddler said simply. Mitch kept the tears at bay as he kissed Landon's forehead.
Mitch felt Scott wrap his arm around his neck and shuffle closer. "I love her too," Scott said and bent down to kiss Mitch. Mitch felt himself relax instantly in his love's hold. Their lips worked on instinct and he cherished the lips he first kissed at seventeen.
"Yay," Landon cheered as he clapped. Mitch broke his kiss with Scott, his heart a flutter and his body feeling light. Landon threw himself in Mitch's arms. "Mmm...my Mitchy," he mumbled against Mitch's shoulder. Mitch and Scott burst into laughter. Scott was turning him into a tiny version of him!
--
The two singers were now relaxing on the couch as they filmed videos of their two families. Mitch was practically laying against Scott who was sitting on the couch. He was just too comfy. "Ooh! I love that one. Upload that one," Mitch said as he looked over the video of Scott dancing with Ady. She looked like she was on cloud nine getting to be with her uncle. Mitch knew that she was special to Scott in a unique way since she was a baby. He could still remember Scott being so afraid when Jessa let him hold her.
"That one is good. I think the kids are already a mess from me uploading that video of you singing "Light in the Hallway " to Landon, though," he whispered to Mitch.
Their little bubble of quiet was ruined by an excited Ady running to them with a pan. "Look Uncle Scott! We made cake balls! Your favorite!" Mitch couldn't help the smile at seeing how happy Ady was to show off her baking.
"Those are my favorite. And you put a letter on each one! P-L-E-.. please..get....married?" Scott's eyes bugged out. "Uh shouldn't we get past the three month mark first," he chuckled a little nervously.
"Hurry up Scott and put a ring on it before Mitch changes his mind," they heard Mike call from the kitchen.
"Dad," Mitch howled over the back of the couch.
"What," Mike asked, pretending to be innocent.
Mitch rolled his eyes. "Mom, do something with him?"
Nel looked over at her husband. "We should have given him the cake balls in private."
"MOM," Mitch screamed out in shock. To Mitch's annoyance his sister and his future sister in laws were over on the side in fits of laughter. His family was pure evil!
--
Mitch was helping Connie with the last of the decorations and were using Scott to reach the higher up places. "Just a little over to your right, babe. No, over more," Mitch directed as Scott was trying to hang garland on the wall.
"I don't know how more right you want me to go! This looks like it will be all tangled up," Scott complained to his petite boyfriend.
Mitch groaned. "Connie can you explain to your son how to decorate?"
Connie shook her head as she looked up at her youngest. "I've been trying for the past twenty seven years."
"Shady," Mitch giggled out. Scott huffed as he did as he was told like a good man.
--
"Okay now put the big presents in the back," Connie said to Scott as he arranged all the presents under the tree. Mitch had wrapped up the ones they had brought in Scott's room while Scott had kept all the kids busy with his sisters.
Scott shuffled an extremely large box back. "Mitch, how many presents did you get the kids?"
Mitch tried counting on his fingers. "I don't know! A lot. I had to get presents for six kids AND everyone else, too."
Scott shook his head. "You are such a giver," he replied.
"Actually I'm a receiver," Mitch shot back immediately. He heard Connie snort and try to contain her laughter. Scott looked back at him. Scott glared. He saw him mouth that he would be punished later. When were they going to bed again?
--
After everything was settled, Connie was still tapping her foot. "Hmmm....we are missing something. What is it?"
Mitch shrugged as he moisturized Asa's face. The boy's face was so dry. Between the Texas weather and his Italian genes, Asa was bound to have skin problems. "I am tempted to tell your mother to bring you for facials every few weeks."
Asa pouted as he was fussed over. "Aunt Mitchy," he whined. "I wanna play video games with Uncle Scott."
Mitch sighed as he brushed Asa's hair out of his eyes. "I am trying to keep you from a life of horrible skin. Do you want to have a face that feels like leather?" Asa's face screwed up in disgust at the comparison. "Exactly. So let Auntie finish."
"Mitch you know kids just want to run around and play in the dirt," Scott said from the couch as he played a game on his phone with Ady and Z on either side of him.
Mitch saw Connie look over at her son and it was like a light bulb went off. "Oh! That's what we're missing! Our family photo! Everyone come here so Scott can take the photo," Connie called out.
--
It took a bit of maneuvering but they were able to fit all eighteen people in the shot. Scott was on the far left like always and Ady was on his shoulders again and had to duck down to get into frame. Mitch was on Scott's left and had Landon on his left hip. The blond had his small arms wrapped around Mitch's neck and their heads were touching cutely. Behind Mitch and to the left was Jessa with her husband and Asa. Behind Mitch and to the right were Mike and Nel. Behind Mike and Nel were Scott's parents. Next to them was Lauren with Beckham in her arms and Robert. Then it was Lindsay with Archer and Ryan with Z on his dad's shoulders.
Scott uploaded the photo like he did every year and there were already a stream of comments. Well it mostly consisted of crying emojis and everyone losing it over the fact they did a huge family photo. Mitch watched Scott as he went to grab a fussy Archer from Lindsay to calm the baby down. Mitch handed a sleepy Landon over to Lauren. "No," Landon cried weakly, already so tired.
"Don't worry baby. I'll be here in the morning," Mitch soothed him as Landon was starting to nod off in Lauren's arms.
Connie was looking down at the photo on her Instagram feed. "You make my son so happy. And my grandkids, too."
Mitch blushed at the unexpected compliment. "He makes me feel the same way."
Connie smiled at him. "You are too special not to love," she said sweetly.
Mitch hugged the woman who had been a second mother to him throughout the years. "Thanks Mom," he replied softly.
Connie stroked his cheek. "No need to thank me my sweet boy. Just keep making my son happy."
A few tears slipped out. "I will," he answered in a whisper.
--
Scott slouched next to him, so drained from the physical exertion. Mitch's body was buzzing and he still felt like he was on fire. "God, that felt amazing," Scott breathed out, rubbing Mitch's hip in a circular motion. Mitch's skin was slick with sweat and when he shifted he could feel the wetness from between his thighs. Being with Scott was the greatest high. Scott was just the perfect drug that he never wanted to quit.
He tossed away the hand towel that he had been biting on only moments before. "I don't know why I had to do that."
Scott chuckled lowly as he leaned over and kissed Mitch's right shoulder. "You know you are a screamer. And I really don't want my parents hearing me making love to my boyfriend down the hall from them."
Mitch rolled his eyes as he stroked Scott's muscled chest. "I think the sound of the bed squeaking and the bed frame hitting against the wall would have given it away," Mitch countered. He moved his hand up and ran it through Scott's thick mop of wavy blond hair.
"Mmm....you are such an exhibitionist....mmmm don't stop. Your fingers feel good scratching my scalp." Mitch happily obliged. The look of pure bliss on Scott's face was possibly more attractive than the one he had when he orgasmed.
Mitch sat there just running his fingers through Scott's hair as he laid his head on Mitch's chest. His breathing wasn't as fast now like it was right after sex. He was nearly asleep surely. "I love you," Mitch whispered and kissed the top of his head.
Scott moaned a little. "Love you too," he mumbled as he wrapped his arms around Mitch's waist.
Mitch's heart soared at those simple words. He had lost track of how many times he had heard them since they had confessed their love to each other back in October. All he knew was that he was so in love with Scott and he couldn't wait to celebrate their first Christmas together. It was the first of many. It really was like he was in a dream......
