Chapter Four
Elsa
Me, Hiccup and Rapunzel sat in my living room.
"Before anyone continues," I said, cutting them both off.
"Hiccup, do not leave this place without my permission again!" I shouted, as he frowned. "Why are you trapping me as a hostage?!" He shouted back.
I squinted.
"You're not a hostage!" I yelled. "I very much am, I cannot go anywhere, and my only whereabouts is this small place!" he yelled.
"Look Hiccup, you randomly went banging on my window last night, and you don't have anywhere else to stay. So my place- my rules," I shot back.
He sighed, defeated- and slumped into the couch. "And plus," I stated. "You can't argue with me if I'm a princess," I said, shrugging.
"Fine, your highness," Hiccup said, rolling his eyes.
Ughhhhhhhhhhh
You know what Elsa, just calm down.
I took a deep breath in, and ignored that last comment.
"Okay Hiccup, tell us about Rapunzel's kingdom," I said, glancing at Rapunzel.
"The kingdom of Corona..." Hiccup started.
"Is basically a goner," he stated.
Rapunzel gasped. "What?" She asked.
She then shook her head. "This whole thing is completely insane if you ask me," she mumbled. "That's why I brought these memory potions for you to drink so it makes more sense!" Hiccup exclaimed.
"Something deep down inside knows I am correct, so just trust me," Hiccup said. I sighed, picking up the vial.
I quickly opened it, and sucked down the liquid. "Elsa!" Rapunzel yelled, worry spout about her face.
That's the only way I would be able to do this. If I just gulped it down and didn't think about it. Cause once I start thinking about it, crazy themes and analogies will come up, and I won't be able to.
"I'm fine Rapunzel, just calm do-"
I found myself falling off the chair I was sitting on. Rapunzel shrieked. "What the hell was in that drink?!" She seethed. "Don't worry Princess, it is only natural for her to feel nauseous, the drink has elements that this side of the world has not yet discovered," Hiccup informed.
I heard them go back and forth, but my body sooner or later just shut down.
Hope I didn't drink poison.
**********
I looked down at my feet, seeing golden slippers with lace that reached my ankles.
My feet are somewhat smaller....I looked up, and I was staring at a mirror, seeing my reflection.
It wasn't me.
Well it was.
Just a younger version of me.
I'm about nine in this- well whatever is going on.
I had on a blue puffy dress, and a tiara on.
Whatever he gave me, is showing me the memory of something that happened, but I still have my regular consciousness.
The door slammed open, and a girl ran inside, her face filled with terror. "Elsa!" The little girl shrieked.
She had reddish hair in two pigtails, blue eyes, and some freckles.
My facial expression filled with fear, as I ran to her. Suddenly a loud BOOM was heard.
I felt the building I was in shake, as I stumbled to my feet.
I screamed in terror, hiding my face in the palm of my hands. "Elsa, Corona is under attack! We must find Rapunzel, our uncle and auntie and leave!" Anna shouted through the sound.
I stood up, nodding. "Okay Anna!" I yelled, getting up to run. Suddenly another BOOM was heard, and the building tilted. I rolled backwards, smashing my back into the window.
I felt blood seep through my dress, and I touched it in shock. "Elsa!! Are you okay?!" Anna shouted. I could hear a loud ringing which blocked out a loud of sound. All I could was see Anna's mouth moving.
I stood to my feet almost stumbling, and tried to make my way to Anna.
Gravel started to fall from the ceiling.
My hearing suddenly cleared up, and I heard Anna shouting. "Elsa, hurry we have to go now!!" She shouted.
The window was shattered, and I moved away from it quickly before I fell out of it.
We were at a high floor, and falling would be an instant death. "Go and find those Princesses, and capture them!" a voice yelled from outside.
I froze, looking out the window and down to see who was speaking.
An army was outside the castle, and their leader was on a horse. I don't recognize him, but he looked quite scary.
I immediately got up and ran to Anna, and we made our way down the stairs. Finally, somebody grabbed Anna, and tried to grab me, but I dodged it, and moved out of the way.
The man took Anna, and ordered someone else to come grab me. "Anna!!" I shrieked, tears running down my eyes.
Suddenly someone tugged at me from a few steps up the staircase. I looked up, seeing Rapunzel frantically tugging my dress collar.
"Els there is nothing we can do- we must leave at once!" She shouted. I looked back at where the man had taken Anna. "But-"
I was interrupted seeing five men start running our way. "Let's go!!" Rapunzel shouted, as we started running down the stair case.
"Go go go!!" Rapunzel yelled.
We made our way outside, to the back of the castle. I saw my auntie, the Corona Queen's little sister, Mae.
"Aunt Mae!" Me and Rapunzel shrieked.
Suddenly, an arrow went through her chest, making her fall flat on her face- dead instantly.
I watched in horror, my hands slowly covering my mouth.
"Stop at once!" A voice yelled from afar.
*******
My head suddenly snapped up from wherever I was laying, waking me up.
I was on the couch, and Rapunzel and Hiccup were hovering over me.
"Elsa! Are you okay?! You finally woke up!" Rapunzel exclaimed.
I sat up, panting.
I looked at Hiccup, and he watched me worriedly. "Did you see anything Princess?" he asked.
"Y-yes..." I stuttered, still in shock for what I saw. It felt real. Tangible.
I still feel the intense fear, and I still see the death, and feel the trauma.
But one question was constant.
"Who's Anna?"
