"I am so hurt to know you forgot your best friend queen", I heard the person holding dagger against my neck.

"Anushka", I whispered.

"I am really happy you finally recognized me", She said as she pressed the dagger more tightly.

"Please don't do this. I am pregnant Anushka. Don't hurt my child. If you have something to do with me you can take your revenge after my baby is born", I pleaded. I can't let my baby's life in danger just to relieve my queen ego.

"Oh so sad to hear that. But I am here because of this only. I will kill you and your baby together so this great king will surely come to his knees. He would be destroyed. If not economically but emotionally he would be broken", She said as she laughed evilly. I looked at Rana Sa he was already looking at me.

"Why are you doing this?", I asked.

"Because I told her to do this", I heard another familiar voice. 

"Sameer", I whispered shocked by his sudden entry.

"You killed her unborn child", He said looking at Anushka.

"What rubbish? I never did anything like that", I told him trying to struggle. I felt Anushka hold on me tighten. The dagger was making it difficult to move.

"You didn't do it. Your husband did it for you", He said as I looked at Rana Sa who was looking as shocked as me. 

"I never killed any child", Rana Sa answered.

"You killed her husband", Sameer said.

"Whom are you talking about?", I asked him looking at Rana Sa as he looked at the dagger against my neck.

"Abhay", Anushka said as my eyes widened.

"You married that bastard", I said in shock and immediately she gripped my hair in a tight grip making me shout in pain.

"I knew from a long time you were jealous of my long hair. Stop pulling them they would get damaged", I hissed at her.

"Care about your little baby right now", She said pulling them more harshly.

"If I knew you are going to be my enemy one day, I would have never helped you in school", I told her.

"You helped me because you were stupid", She said.

"And you are killing me because you are intelligent", I spitted out.

"You always dominated me whole life", She told me or more like put the allegation on me.

"Because you were always the stupid person. Right now also the stupidest person. If this dagger wouldn't have been there I would have killed you with my slaps. How dare you trust this bastard? He and Abhay are same. Best friends after all. You knew how he was still got married to him. You didn't gave me a proper party. And now how can you believe this man? You know how I am can I ever think to hurt you", I asked her as her hold loosen a bit but then it tighten again. The dagger was piercing in my skin when I heart a sound of shooting. The next moment she was on the floor. I wanted to help but right now my baby's life was important.

I ran to my husband who pulled me close to his chest. I can feel his body was shivering. He was scared of loosing me. I hugged him tightly. I was really scared today.

"But she need to get punished. I lost my baby because of her. She had to loose her baby as well", Anushka shouted crying holding her shoulder.

"I never hurt your baby", Rana Sa said with determination pulling me behind him.

"You did. You killed Abhay and when that news was given to Anushka she had a miscarriage", Sameer said trying to hide behind Anushka. Coward!

"So my dear you are lucky he died. He wanted to leave you taking my wife with him. He would have ended up betraying you", Rana Sa said.

"Why Aadya you end up getting whatever I have wished in life. First that lavish princess life. Than got married to the crown prince. I wanted that place but you got it. I thought that was in my destiny and now Abhay also wanted to be with you. I was having his baby for god sake. Didn't he even cared about his own baby", She cried holding her shoulder.

"I never had feelings for you", Rana Sa told her.

"Why couldn't you have feelings for me when you can have feelings for Aadya? She was always so childish and I tried to act mature. I tried to have all the qualities of a queen but you chose her", She cried.

"Because I love her only. There is no reason for that. May be I never looked at you the way you wanted because you always wanted to grab the place of queen and live a royal life", Rana Sa said. I felt pity on her at this moment. She was once my best friend. One of the few person whom I was close to. 

Rana Sa called someone and told them to take her to the hospital.

"You would pay for what you did Sameer. I knew two masterminds of the conspiracy were still free but never thought it was you", Rana Sa said asking the other people to take him away.

After they were gone he pulled me towards him and made me look up. He started checking the wound on my neck and covered it with his handkerchief.

"Are you going to cry now?", I asked but he glared at me in return. I kept my mouth shut. We silently came back to our hotel room.

I was ordered to take rest. Like I am the queen as well how can he order me.

But the moment he made me lie on the bed I felt like my tense back muscles started relaxing.

"Take rest", He said as I fall in a deep slumber listening to his words.

I woke up to soft kisses on my neck. I turned and wrapped my arms around his neck.

"You can identify my touch even in your sleep", He stated as I smiled hiding my face in his neck. He kissed my hair.

"I Love You too", I said as I pulled away.

"But I never said I Love You", He told me raising his eyebrows.

"Why are you raising your eyebrows? And for your kind information you did confess your love when all that stuffs happened on the mountain today", I told him as he sighed.

"You scared me", He said pulling me in his arms.

"Why can't you be sweet and say sweet things to me?", I asked him.

"I told you. I don't like much sweetness and too much sweetness is also not good. I don't want anyone of us to have diabetes", He said as I rolled my eyes.

"This is not fair", I pouted.

"My dear wife what would you like to have in dinner", He said with an extra sweet voice as I made a disgusting face.

"Don't try speaking sweetly. I feel like my ears will start bleeding soon", I told him. He smirked shaking his head.

After that we had our food and spoke with the kids. 

I don't want this incident to destroy our whole mood. I would try to forget everything. But it is something I can't forget that easily but trying won't harm, right?

"Are you going to sit outside only?", He asked me coming in the balcony.

"Are we going to meet your nana-nani", I asked him.

"I don't know you tell me", He said leaning on the railing looking at the beautiful scenery ahead.

"Can't you take a decision yourself", I asked him sitting on the chair.

"Fine we are going", He said.

"You never ask my suggestions", I pouted as my eyes widened the next moment. He raised his eyebrows at him.

I gave him a small smile saying sorry silently.

"That's why I am not taking any such decisions", He said sitting beside me.

"So we will visit them tomorrow right?", I asked as he nodded.

"Now what are we going to do", I asked him as he thought for a while.

"Let me think. You are going to take your medicines and go to sleep", He told me as glared at me.

"Stupid Pratap Singh", I said standing up from my place and went inside.

We went to meet Ma's family and damn they were so nice. Now I understood what she mean when she said she was like a princess at her home. It certainly was visible from the amount of adoration I and Rana Sa got from them.

I enjoyed my whole day with them. Rana Sa was smiling for a change which clearly depicts he loved his cousins.

I remembered the time with my cousins. I wanted to go to my mama's house as well but Rana Sa didn't let me go there. I am missing my cousins.

Navya was my elder sister but still more childish than me. I loved spending time with her she was all chill and easy going while my brother is a complete opposite of her. Angad is all strict kind of person. I miss my cousins. Not only my cousins but my family as well. It's been so long since I met them.

"What are you thinking?", Rana Sa asked me when we were returning back.

I shook my head lightly keeping my head on his shoulder.

"Tired?", He asked as I nodded.

"Rana Sa", I called him. He hummed silently looking out.

"How much you love me?", I asked him. He raised his eyebrows at me surprised by my question.

"You really need to ask this question after this long years of our marriage", He asked as I nodded.

"I am not answering it", He said as I shook him lightly by his arm.

"This is not fair. If you love me what is wrong in saying it in a newer way", I told him.

"Ab I Love You ko I Love You na bolu toh I hate you bolu", He asked as I rolled my eyes at him.(If I won't call I Love You, I Love You than should I call it I hate you)

I glared at him.

"Don't use Tanu Weds Manu dialogue on me", I told him.

"You wanted me to say it in a newer way. I don't know how you want me to say it. Please enlighten me and than I would try to do as you ask me", He said as I crossed my arms near my chest.

"You won't ever change. Oh god do you have to write such a unromantic man in my life", I said looking up.

"That is the roof of the car", He pointed out as I hit his shoulder.

"Ohh my god you really hit hard", He said as I glared at him.

"You are feeling pain. You are feeling hurt ha what about me? Are you more sensitive than me?", I asked hitting him again as he laughed.

"Oh it is really hurting very much", He acted a bit as I whined.

"Mein appka katl kar dungi. Abhi aapko mera pata nahi h(I will murder you. You don't know me till now), I told him gritting my teeth.

"If these many years are less to understand you than don't worry we still have our whole life to spend together", He said wrapping his arms around my shoulder as I started struggling in his grip.

"Don't fly too high. I am living with you just because of our kids", I told him while looking out maintaining a pouty face.

"Oh than who is the girl who says I Love You first thing when I wake up and last thing when I go to bed", He said as I twisted my lips.

"May be someone from dreams", I told him.

"I think the same thing. Such beautiful fairies don't exist in real life", he said as I started hitting him more harshly.

"How dare you dream about any other girl? You have a wife. You should only look at me. What kind of man you are ha? Dreaming about different girls and calling them fairy in front of your wife", I told him as he laughed.

"You are such a stupid girl Aadya Pratap Singh", He said as he caught my wrist stopping me from hitting him more. I huffed as he pulled me in his arms. I couldn't even move a little.

"What can I do when I am married to a stupid man", I told him as he laughed. Stupidest creature of the era.
