Arabella's P.O.V.

Groaning in pleasure I let the hot water hit my body after a long day, standing underneath the shower I let my muscle relax under the water. 

The King and Queen were pleased with all the efforts we made with all the food, so they asked us to serve it too. Great... note the sarcasm, now Raya and I are getting ready.

The server's uniform is red tonight, so I am going to be wearing a red dress as well as Raya. 

"Don't hog all the hot water Bella, I have to get ready too." She said hitting the door with her hand. 

"Yeah, yeah I'm almost done," I said shutting the water and stepping out of the shower. Raya and I are the most important servants for the King and the Queen because our parents use to be good friends with them. 

Raya's father was a General in the army, and my father was the head cook, all of them went to royal school together. But still, they were under them.  After they passed away King and Queen took us under their wing, gave us a place to stay, work, got to school. We owe everything to them.

Quickly doing my makeup and putting on my dress I step out as Raya just rushes pushing past me. "You need to calm down Raya, it's not like they are going to wait for us to start the ceremony. We are commoners, and always will be commoners for them."

She ignored me as I heard the shower turning on, sighing I put on my heels before walking over to the mirror just to quickly do touch-ups. Raya came out in record time. " We have to get there on time."

"Damn Raya, you who trying to impress huh?" I said teasing her a little, "Is it, Eddie?"

Raya pushed me away gently, "Shut up, and no. I just felt like dressing up a little. Its been a long time since we have done anything other than work."

She was right, it had been along time, we have been so busy for the past month just planning for this week, Miles Wedding Week.

"Alright, let's go and serve these Royals," I said smiling linking arms with her. 

Walking into the kitchen again we walked into the ballroom with trays of champagne joining the other servers. 

"Good afternoon," I said giving each royal a glass of champagne fishing through the crowd as Raya and split up. Smiling and nodding we went through so many trays until...

"Welcome everyone," King Noah said stepping up to the mike, "Thank you for coming this afternoon for the engagement of my youngest son Prince Miles, and Princess Layla, daughter of my good friend, King Klaus Grant." 

The crowd began clapping, "Please enjoy champagne and the amazing appetizers as we bring the young couple out escorted by my beautiful wife Queen Tessa, and my elder son Prince Zayn."

Everyone raised their glass as the couple came down, Layla looked beautiful, Miles complimented her perfectly. Layla caught my eye slightly waving at me I gave her a light smile waving back. Mouthing you look beautiful, she mouthed back you too.

Smiling I made the mistake to look over at Zayn because he was already staring down at me. He didn't smirk, he didn't smile, he just looked away from me with a blank face. Weird.

Shaking off the cold behavior I looked away from him too, maybe he got the hint that I didn't want to be near him. 

The ceremony went on, Miles and Layla put the engagement rings on each other, getting a blessing from both sides and cut the cake we made. Pink Champagne, Miles favorite flavor and decorated with white chocolate pearls, Layla's favorite. 

As they finished the Queen nodded Raya and I up to cut it into pieces for everyone. Sliding by Zayn we both stepped in front rolling the cake away from the front. 

"Please enjoy the cake in a couple of minutes, Miles and Layla will have their first couple dance, feel free to join in after the first song," Zayn said into the mike. 

As everyone sat down at their table after grabbing cake, the music began to play, All of Me by John Legend

Layla and Miles were on the dance floor, looking at each other lovingly, sighing I stop to look at them. They looked so perfect together. Like they were made for each other.

The song went on as the crowd watched them in awe, giving Layla a final spin Miles gave her a light kiss before pulling her up closer to him. 

"The floor is open to everyone," Zayn said slumping down in his seat beside the King while he was nudged to sit upright. He rolled his eyes at him, everyone went in twos, it was amazing. 

The Queen looked at him confused, I guess she said something to him because he grudgingly came down and began dancing with a girl another Princess. Everyone was in a circle exchanging partners every now then. 

Eddie came over to Raya pulling her onto the dance floor as she shook her head but he just smiled pulling her in. I smiled at them, they made a good couple. 

"May I have this dance?" A young man said putting his hand out for me, smiling I shook my head 

"Sorry I don't dance."

"One dance?" He said persistent

"She said no," a voice said cutting in, turning around I see Zayn standing behind me. Shocked I look at him confused. 

"My apologizes Prince,"

Zayn just nodded as he went away coming closer to me, "You need to be less polite Ellie, guys like him don't take no for an answer."

"Guys like him?" I asked

"He's the royal guard for Layla's father, he has a name for some very unpleasant things."

"Oh Okay,"

He sighed putting his hand out for me, "Dance with me,"

"I don't dance remember?" I said stepping back from him but he grabbed me.

"Please? I promise I'll leave you alone after. I just need one dance with you." Looking at my hand in his I sighed. 

"One dance only,"

Zayn smiled, "One dance only."

Pulling me to the dance floor, the song changed to Give me Love by Ed Sheeran.

Raising an eyebrow at him I say, "What do you want to know?"
