She raised her hand which held the sharp sword and brought it down with a full swing....

Khihnggggggg!!!

Her sword never reached Jungkook. Instead, it was stopped just few inches above from his back by another sword.

Lisa looked up at the handler of the sword and was shocked to the core.

The one who was standing with a firm stance was no one else but Soobin, with an unreadable face.

A nine-year old boy. Jimin and Jungkook's baby.

"I TOLD YOU TO INCREASE THE SPEED!!! Why have you stopped??", Taehyung roared as he stepped down from the carriage, instantly getting drenched under the heavy rain.

The hed guard lowered his head but spoke up, "We cannot go further, your highness. The tires won't move through the mud because of this heavy rain. The wheels are stuck all of a sudden. The rains don't look like they will stop soon. Unfortunately we need to take a step back..."

Taehyung looked at their destination which which was still going down in the flames. But this sudden and unexpected rainstorm was taming it down and it seemed like a fierce battle of nature.

He looked up to sky and held his hands for prayer.

"Dear Luna... I don't know what is happening. But let Omega Jimin's fear fall false. He is scared for Jungkook and seeing this forest fire, I'm scared too... Let this rain calm down the forest and everyone be safe.", he prayed with utmost devotion. And as if the goddess heard him, a loud roar of clouds could be heard and the rain started pouring even loudly.

"I don't think the storm will stop any soon, your highness.", the guard said making Taehyung break out from his trance. He was still waiting for his answer.

"Let's leave the carriage and the horses here. It's not safe for them, the fire hasn't calmed down yet. One team will stay here with the carriages and horses. And rest of us will go further walking. Make an arrangement for the team to stay.", he ordered. The head guard immediately bowed and went away.

In no time the the carriages and horses were moved to safe shelter along with few but enough number of guards with them and rest of the guards started the speed marching towards the village with Taehyung on the lead.

Jimin couldn't sleep, especially when he was not feeling well all of a sudden.

Jungkook's face kept flashing in front of his eyes. He sat on the balcony to look at the full moon which was shining to the fullest making the night a little better.

"Dear Luna... My mind won't stay quiet. What is it trying to say I just cannot comprehend. But what I know is that Jungkook isn't okay.", his voice wavered while saying it. "I know, he has done some things which I cannot forgive. But there were many things, he didn't partake in himself... He doesn't deserve whatever the trouble he has found himself in... He needs to be okay to make redemptions for what he has done to me. For that, please spare him!!"

Jimin's words rattled against the cold walls of the palace in the dark night making them carved....

Lisa's sword almost slipped by the force of strike of another sword which was handled by a mere nine-year old boy.

But Soobin's face held the seriousness any adult would have.

"What are you doing here...", she whispered with a shock in her voice. The boy smiled.

"Surprised to see me alive, even after you tried to kill me so many times?"

Lisa got quiet. And suddenly she flung the sword, now towards Soobin, thinking he might not have judged her sudden movement. But she was struck with shock when Soobin defended himself easily.

"You won't even think before harming an infant... Did you really think I won't be ready for such tactics?", he laughed which irked Lisa even more. Without even thinking twice, she lunged at the boy unhinged.

But Soobin was way more swifter than she could think any child was even capable of. He dodged her every fatal attack, buying enough time for Jungkook to crawl away who was still in the illusion of Jimin.

Jimin's shadow kept moving further and outside the hut. Jungkook in his feverish haze, still didn't have any idea of the surroundings, and was desperately trying to reach for only thing he craved for.

Jimin.

Khlingggggg!!!!!

With one swift sway, Soobin stripped off Lisa of her sword, lying somewhere out of her reach.

She fell down as Soobin stood over her, who still hadn't broken a sweat and too relaxed to be fighting a grown up fighter.  Even his little stature looked much huge when she looked at his calm yet serious face.

"I have been ignoring all your sins, not because I didn't care, but to give you a chance. To redeem, to learn, to grow out of it, and let go of your foolish desires. Going as far as killing an unborn child? And when it failed, you sent people to harm those who were protecting me. I was a mere newborn!! What had I done to you? Or Taemin or his mate? Now burning this fire to kill the person whom you have been killing for many years in various ways... You killed many people for your selfishness... It seems you will never grow. I have to stop you here now...", Soobin said with a calm voice. Though Lisa was bleeding she still hold some smugness on her face, scoffing at Soobin.

"So are you going take revenge for your father? Are you going to kill me now?? You think you can save him?? Or those villagers??? YOU ARE JUST A SMALL OMEGA BOY!!! Knowing a few sword skills won't save anyone.", she laughed with manic eyes flickering dangerously.

Soobin turned to leave. But before that he turned around to look at her battered self.

"I won't kill you Lisa. Your karma will. And as for those people out there, I won't let anyone harm any child of mine..."

Lisa looked at him with wide eyes. He started walking outside as if the fire licking his skin from all the sides didn't even bother him.

She scrambled towards the door as Athe increasing heat around her made her snap. She tried to stand up until she heard something cracking.

Her head turned upwards to look at the burning ceiling which cracked loudly. And before she could act fast to save herself, that burning heap collapsed on her swallowing her in mere seconds as her pained screams echoed in the surroundings

Jimin's tears weren't stopping....

"Please let him be safe..", he prayed to the Luna for nth time.

"I am sure nothing has happened to him and he is safe, Eomma...", Jimin turned to look at Soobin who looked at him with affectionate eyes. Jimin immediately hugged him. Little boy bathed in his Eomma's embrace.

"I hope your words become true my binnie... May Luna bless us...", Jimin murmered hugging Soobin tightly to his chest, suddenly feeling calm. Soobin smiled.

"I am sure she has Eomma..."
