The night fell pretty quickly and everything seem to fall silent. Yet Taehyung was the only one who was strided somewhere in this calm night.

After passing through array of night guards he finally reached the room. It was study room. He slowly opened the door to peek inside. And just as he thought, he saw Jungkook inside. Jungkook was hunched over a couch, with some half empty bottle of alcohol rested over the table. He wasn't doing anything in particular but his eyes were stuck on the bottle as if he was in deep thoughts.

"Your majesty...", Jungkook quickly looked up at Taehyung and relaxed.

"Did she sign it?", Jungkook asked directly disregarding his greeting. Taehyung just silently kept the roll of parchment on the table.

"Not yet, your majesty. You might need to convince her. As this matter regards you..." Jungkook stopped him by showing his hand. When he looked up, Taehyung could see the slight redness that spread the Alpha's white of the eyes. He was slightly drunk.

"I don't know how to talk to her. She will never understand how important this matter is... I need to get an heir and I can't let any Omega whom I don't trust to join my bed.", He said sighing.

"Yet your majesty chose the Omega who betrayed you. That means any other Omega could be better choice, your majesty..", Taehyung quietly said while filling up the glass with some more alcohol for Alpha. Jungkook frowned.

"Talk to her again, Taehyung. She might listen to her brother..."

"She is not my sister, your majesty.", Taehyung said. A slight sharpness in his voice. Jungkook frowned.

He had known Taehyung for almost 6 years now. But never once in that time span he heard Taehyung call Aera casually or even mention her as his sister. He knew, Taehyung had married him against his will and he blamed it on Aera. The Beta could be quite stubborn, but he never knew this could last this much longer.

"Jimin is coming tomorrow. I need her sign by tomorrow. This is really important. I might have talk to your parents if they could handle this matter and talk to her.", He said while gulping down the alcohol.

"Can I ask you a question, your majesty?", Taehyung silently asked, filling up the empty glass yet again. Jungkook eyed the glass with a little frown. He had no more wish to drink but since Taehyung had already filled the glass anyway so he picked it up again while nodding slowly.

"Is it really that hard to talk with her? Then why didn't you find any difficulty talking about your second marriage to Jimin-ssi back then?", Jungkook looked up with surprise. All of sudden all the alcohol seemed to be drained out of his system.

"Taehyung..."

"I am not anticipating any answer since it wasn't a mere question. I just want you to think, your majesty.", Taehyung said.

"There is nothing to think Taehyung. Jimin betrayed me back then. I loved him. But he loved this royal life more than me so distanced from me. When I found someone I was happy with, he couldn't take it and he betrayed me. He literally made fun of my love...", Jungkook lashed out. But as usual Taehyung's face was calm.

"Your majesty, we are not close on that level to make this statement. But I think it's important. You never loved Omega Jimin."

"Taehyung!!"

"I will take my leave then, your majesty. You should talk to Princess Omega soon."

Taehyung left Jungkook dumbfounded.

Jimin stepped a foot on entrance of the palace.

Although his heart had a started beating loudly, he knew it wasn't something gleeful. But this was the only way he could earn a favour from Jungkook to get rid of his Kisaeng title. After much heartfelt messages and hugs, Hwasa and the other Omegas let him go with difficulty. They wished only the best. And for once, Jimin had a warm feeling of having a family.

But now stepping in palace premises reminded him all the misery and trauma he has suffered. Yet he refused to back down now. Minho was not here, it was for the better. He didn't want to cry.

"Let me take you to the studies. His majesty is working still.", Taehyung who had came to the door personally escort him said.

He eyed the a small bag Jimin was carrying. It was probably made out of worn out clothes, to essentially carry whatever few belongings Omega had. He ordered a guard to carry it for Jimin but Jimin refused politely, tightening the hold on his bag to his chest.

In only few minutes they reached the heavy doors to the study of the King. Taehyung knocked twice to make his presence known. And after few seconds he opened the door.

Jimin slowly entered the room following Taehyung. He looked surprised to see Aera there.

For Aera it was good amount of shock.

She woke up to the news of King already decided and choosing a concubine for himself. Just her stamp of was needed on the contract that was willed by the concubine themselves stating her approval to this arrangement. She was so enraged when Taehyung brought the contract to her with his own signatory already done.

She cussed out at Taehyung. But all he did is just smirk and left the room without giving her any satisfaction of his annoyance or frustration.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!!!???", Aera shrieked looking at him. The shock of that concubine being Jimin himself was just beyond her imagination. Jimin didn't spare her any glance and looked at Jungkook with no emotion. As if telling him silently, 'if there's no contract, I'm going back'. And maybe Jungkook caught the meaning behind his steady stare.

"Aera. Please don't create any more fuss and just sign the contract.", Jungkook said now rubbing his forehead.

"WHY SHOULD I?? SO THAT THIS BITCH COMES BACK BETWEEN US AND RUIN OUR RELATIONSHIP!!!", She screamed at Jungkook while pointing her finger accusingly at Jimin.

"AERA!!"

"Princess Omega, I'm here because his highness summoned me. I have no will to ruin my good life by coming here, especially between a beautiful and loyal couple like you. So if you decide whatever, let me know so I can take my leave. For now, Prince Beta, please tell someone to guide me. I will wait somewhere else until this drama ends.", Jimin said calmly, more like sarcastically, while looking at Taehyung. Before Taehyung could answer, Jimin was already outside the doors. While Aera and Jungkook stood frozen in their places.

"Aera..."

"There's no way I'm gonna sign such contract!!!"

"THEN FUCKING GIVE ME A HEIR DAMN IT!!!! AND IF YOU CAN'T THEN JUST STOP THE DRAMA AND FUCKING SIGN THE CONTRACT!!!!!", Jungkook yelled back and stormed out.

By now, angry tears had started rolling down Aera's face making her look blotchy. She looked at Taehyung with rage.

"You're doing everything to ruin me right??"

Taehyung just smirked.

"No Princess Omega. I'm just enjoying the action of Karma..."
