Neve Dorand
'Son of snow'
Neve was adopted by the dorands when he was 2 knowing Kaeya would be a failure and bring shame to the ice name. He is Lumis sisters son. We won't talk about what happened to his real mom. He is a very Sarcastic and sassy male. Even at 16 he still is much more of a respectable man then Kaeya is.
But it's all an act to him. He's doing what he had to so he can survive at this point.

Bora Kunai
Shattered in the Ice 
The late sister of Lumi Kunai, now Lumi Dorand.
Bora is the biological mother of Mayaral and Neve. Aspen got her pregnant the moment he saw Kaeya becoming too soft when he was just a toddler.
Lumi froze her uterus so she couldn't have any more children, so Aspen got forcefully got Bora pregnant. She gave birth to Mayaral.
But Aspen wanted a boy. So after some time he got Bora pregnant again. And she gave birth to Neve.
Soon after Neve didn't turn out the way he wanted him to, he froze and shattered Bora killing her. Throwing her shattered body to the dogs ti eat. Although he noticed Mayaral progressing nicely. Seeing her as a possibility to be the next queen of Bianca failed...which she did. Though Aspen still has some small bits of hope for Neve.

Lev Dorand
'Ice Box'
Lev is Aspens young and only brother, Lev is the head of the dungeons. In charge of execution, torture, and even Diplomatic Affairs.
Seems like a off combination.
But it is the land of Ice and snow.
He does seem to be much kinder then his brother, but then again look at his wife. Maybe he's worse?

Nora Dorand
'Shatter me'
Nora Dorand, formally Nora Hove. A woman that was originally captured by the Ice Clan and thrown into the dungeons, that where she met her husband, at this point she doesn't know if she loves him or if she let herself be used by him to escape.
Nora is a bit deranged and insane. She might be a woman of the shadow but she refuses to use her powers to go through the shadows saying 'that where the goddess of spirit will take her final resting place'
She is quite Bipolar her her children. Some times being warm and loving, others being cruel and unforgiving.
At least the children's father is constant.
Nora now helps her husband with torture

Aleksander Dorand
'Son of Sin'
Aleksander was the first child of the toxic couple, he is a a man of few words. He learned that anything he says will Be used against him in some way.
Aleksander is always alert and ready to attack.
He found himself in the knight school as fast as he could where he was able to relax a bit where he can. Tasting got the first time in his life freedom

Tatiana Dorand
'Black Ice'
Tatiana was not as lucky as her brother being able to escape the hell she is in.
In all honesty she got it worse then her brother. Becoming her mothers 'tester' for her new torture devices.
Tatiana got this cruel punishment because she was 'prettier' then Nora. She has bigger boobs then Nora.
Along with the claim of Tatiana gets more love the Nora gets from her husband.
Though that claim is true. For some odd reason Lev is a bit kinder to Tatiana for some reason.
Though because of the constant torture Tatiana is a bit insane.
