Jungkook's P.O.V

You smiled as you slowly walked down the stairs slowly humming to yourself, today had been great and you got to hang out with Taehyung and his friends!

Just as you were about to head back to your room, the king's secretary Michael Ling stopped you while looking down at you

Michael: Let's go speak in private Jungkook-shi

You frowned as you looked up at him feeling a bit intimidated by his dark aura and overall glare, you smiled nervously

Jungkook: Uhm about what? Can't we just talk here?

He huffed hauntingly as he shook his head

Michael: Oh trust me I really don't think this is a matter you'd wanna discuss out in the open like this.

Your smile faded as you felt a wave of anxiety wash over your body, you nodded slowly as you followed him into the living room, he closed the doors behind the two of you before turning towards you

Michael: So do you wanna come clean about what you've been doing?

You chewed at your bottom lip nervously as you forced a smile

Jungkook: I don't know what you're referring to sir...?

He tilted his head as he chuckled with a slight smirk

Michael: Oh yeah..? Then maybe these will help you refresh your memory

Michael then proceeded to grab a bunch of pictures from the folder he was holding throwing them in front of you on the floor, you widened your eyes feeling your blood drain as you saw pictures of you and Taehyung from your dates. And it was very obvious it wasn't a date between friends...

Jungkook: H-how did you...

He hummed as he crossed his arms

Michael: The king ordered me to keep an eye on you, so I hired someone to follow you and take pictures if something interesting happened... The king will be furious if he sees these don't you think?

You felt nauseous and your hands trembled as you looked up at him

Jungkook: P-Please- don't show him these.. I'm begging you I can't afford getting kicked out of here! I have nowhere to go-

He huffed and chuckled as he rolled his eyes

Michael: You should've thought about that before trying to seduce the prince.

You shook your head as you held back tears, you crouched down and started gathering the pictures while shaking. He raised an eyebrow as he stepped on them while looking down at you

Michael: I have multiple copies, don't even bother.

You whimpered softly before kneeling down in front of him properly while looking up at him pleadingly

Jungkook: I-I'm begging you... p-please...

He looked down at you as he laughed shaking his head

Michael: Wow you sure are desperate huh... Do you really think kneeling will help?

You lowered your head and sniffled softly not knowing what to do

Jungkook: W-what do I have to do... for you n-not to show these to the king?

Michael crouched down as he smirked grabbing your hair making you wince

Michael: Oh trust me nothing you do can save you now... I'll make sure you're thrown away and forgotten like the useless little mutt you are

Suddenly the doors opened and Michael stood up and stepped back while Taehyung stormed in and helped you up

Taehyung: Hah... I've never liked you, Secretary Ling but this? You're blackmailing and degrading my lover as you please?

Michael rolled his eyes as he crossed his arms fixing his glasses

Michael: Oh I wasn't blackmailing him, I was just preparing him for what's about to come as I reveal how he's been seducing you.

Taehyung agree at him as he rubbed your back comforting you while holding you close

Taehyung: Seduced me? Oh please get your facts right first if you're gonna try to reveal us, I seduced him.

Michael rolled his eyes in annoyance and looked away

Taehyung: And by whose orders did you think it was okay to invade our privacy huh?

Michael: Your fathers of course

Taehyung growled lightly as he tried to keep calm but you could tell he was fuming

Taehyung: Yeah? ...Well, give us some time to prepare in that case. You could do that for your future king couldn't you secretary Ling?

He chuckled as he shrugged smirking

Michael: Guess I could spare you a day to prepare and say your goodbyes

Taehyung nodded before gently pulling you out with him, he pulled you back into his room and before you made him let go of your arm

Jungkook: We're giving in that easily?! I was gonna beg him until my knees bruise if I had to, why did you have to do that?!! Now we have no chance-!

Taehyung held your shoulders gently as he looked down at you

Taehyung: We're not giving in, I'm just giving ourself time to tell mom and dad in person before he gets the chance to.

You widened your eyes as you hit his chest while he wiped your tears

Jungkook: Are you out of your mind?!!!

Taehyung shook his head as he gently caressed your head

Taehyung: Trust me on this Jungkook... If we tell them before he does then we'll still have extra points for telling them instead of them finding out from pictures. We can also clear up that it was me who seduced you and that if anything it's my fault! Trust me I won't let you take the blame Koo.

You lowered your head sadly as you frowned

Jungkook: But that's not fair... You cant take all the blame on yourself! I like you too and the feelings were 100% mutual from the start!

He smiled as he lifted your chin

Taehyung: So let's tell them, no matter what I will protect you.
