Jungkook's P.O.V

Taehyung carried you into the little sick bay room where the family doctor usually was at if someone fell ill.

He gently laid you down on the bed as the queen grabbed some things from the medicine cabinets

Jungkook: O-oh wait I-I'll-

You tried to sit up but the queen stopped you and smiled gently down at you as she urged you to keep laying down

Queen: It's okay I'll do it, dont worry I am actually a qualified nurse so I know what I'm doing

You flinched and hissed lightly as she treated your wounds while Taehyung sat by your side looking at you in concern

Taehyung: I knew I shouldn't have agreed to not report them..

You sighed and looked away in shame

Jungkook: I'm sorry..

Queen: Oh hush love, this isn't something you should apologize for!

The queen gently helped you sit up as she examined your neck and rubbed off the concealer revealing the slight bruising from earlier

Queen: Oh my.. so this had happened once before?

You sighed softly and nodded in embarrassment

Jungkook: Y-yeah once.. But it wasn't a big d-deal and it was a couple of days ago-

Queen: ..Once? This bruising isn't that fresh but it's definitely not a couple of days old, theres also no way that happened just now.. Especially since you had what I can assume was concealer covering it..

Taehyung widened his eyes and looked at you, you lowered your head and let out a shaky breath

Taehyung: It happened again?! You promised you'd tell me-!

Jungkook: O-one of them just came to warn me.. they found out I told you and weren't happy about it! I thought t-they were done after that though so I.. I let it slide..

Jin walked in and handed you some clothes to change into before looking at you apologetically

Jin: Jungkook I- I'm sorry I should've gone with you..

You shook your head and smiled softly up at him

Jungkook: Its not your fault, a-and I'm fine!

The queen looked at you as she held your hands gently

Queen: Jungkook you're in shock.. just rest for now okay?

She stood up to leave so you quickly spoke up

Jungkook: W-will I loose my job..?

She looked back over at you and smiled shaking her head

Queen: This wasn't your fault, of course not.
I'll go take care of this with the king..

Once she left you closed your eyes as you felt your hands start to tremble again

Taehyung: It's okay to cry you know..

You shook your head as you started to tear up unwillingly

Jungkook: S-shut up I won't-

Taehyung sat down next to you and looked down at you

Taehyung: Then can I hug you at least?

You nodded slowly before he pulled you into a tight hug, you burried your face into his shoulder as you trembled and sniffled softly while he rubbed comforting circles on your back

Taehyung: Shhh you're okay now.. we're here..

A bit later..

Once you had calmed down and changed clothes, Jin and Taehyung helped you move to Taehyungs room.

You all sat down as you had promised to tell them what happened

Jin: You dont have to tell us if it's too soon..

You shook your head and fidgeted with your hands as you avoided eye contact

Jungkook: I-It's fine, nothing extreme happened!
I.. was heading to my room to rest and have the tea Jin hyung gave me.. and then I was suddenly pulled into that room and without saying anything they just started beating me up..

You let out a shaky breath still feeling pain shoot throughout your body when you took a deep breath or moved in certain ways

Jungkook: Uhm.. and then they started taunting me.. and ripped my clothes and tried to take off my pants..

You forced a smile as you looked up at them

Jungkook: B-but hey, they weren't able to!

Taehyung walked around in circles and you could tell he was fuming, Jin reached over and held your hand as he looked sad

Jin: Jungkook take your time and don't force yourself to be okay, it's okay to be shaken up and feel all those emotions..

You let out a breathy short laugh as you looked away feeling a sore lump in your throat as well as a constant trembling feeling in your body, you closed your eyes as you shook your head

Jungkook: Really I'm fine hyung, as soon as I get back to work we'll all forget this even happened!

Taehyung stopped walking around and looked at you

Taehyung: So you're telling me you're completely fine and able to go back to your room, be alone and sleep tonight without feeling anything?

You flinched and shivered as you couldn't answer him properly

Jungkook: W-what- I-..

Taehyung: Stay with me tonight, I'll even sleep on the couch if you feel more comfortable that way

You widened your eyes as you looked up at him

Jungkook: But-

Taehyung: Jungkook..

You lowered your head fidgeting lightly as you were thinking about it

Jungkook: Is it an order?

Taehyung lowered his head before sighing

Taehyung: No, I won't order you to do anything..
This is me asking you to stay with me tonight, no royal formalities involved.

You felt your gut twist at the thought of even going back to your room tonight alone in the dark..

Jungkook: ...O-okay yeah..

Jin: Okay I'll cover for you guys-

Taehyung shook his head as he looked over at Jin

Taehyung: No need, just inform my parents that I'll have him stay with me tonight and to just keep it a secret from the staff so they don't start unnecessary gossip about Jungkook.
I don't take no for an answer from them.

Both you and jin stood up and he nodded before turning towards you

Jin: Dont hesitate, you can contact me whenever.

He patted your shoulder and you nodded before he walked out leaving the two of you alone
