CLUELESS

"YOU freak me out with the way you talk." Haze says and Rose laughs, "Noooo, me and my family are just way closer than yours were." She says and I chuckle.

"If you're dad let's you make out with boys in your bedroom with no protest I would assume that's not very close." I say and Haze nods, "She gets it! That's just weird!"

"It kinda is, when my dad was alive he would yell at me if I went into Leo's room."

"That's because it was obvious y'all liked each other!" She says and I laugh. "Back then it was obvious anybody liked each other, they would give each other candy bars and crap." I say and she laughs.

"Jace bought you a mars bar from the gas station when he was twelve and we were on a road trip because you told him once that you never had one. It was the most adorable fucking shit I'd ever heard."

"You definitely get your cussing from your brother." Haze says and she rolls her eyes, taking a bite of mashed potatoes, speaking with her mouth open she huffs, "At least I didn't get the inability to commit." She says and my face drops as it clicks.

"Yea you also didn't get the manners, love." Haze says as he rubs her mouth with his shirt sleeve. She smiles at him, blushing as he stares at her with a smile.

Awe cute..

Time to ruin that.

"You know, huh?" I ask and she swallows, "uh... noooo...." she says, pulling out her vowels as my face falls even more if possible.

"What?" Haze asks, his eyebrows furrowed as I look at my lap. "I don't know what happened either Haze..." I mumble, waiting for Rose's shunning as I know she's lying.

"Oh no! Rox! I'm not angry at you at all!" She says, pulling me in for a hug. I sniffle as I lean back on the bed. "Tell me what happened, Rose.." I mumble and she sighs, "Yeah me too!" Haze screams and I chuckle, staring at the ceiling.

"Well we all know I'm a snoopy fucking bitch-"

"Should I be worried?" Haze asks and she nods aggressively, "Get ready I'm about to drop eighteen fucking bombs."

She sighs, taking a bite of food and speaking again. "I told him I snooped through his stuff so he's believe me but really... I love my brother, Rox. So I know... when he's happy. When he's really happy and in love. I never got that when he was with Pearl, after he was relieved and then one day I could just see it in his eyes. He was so fucking happy. So happy.... it was the day you left the beach house. He told me it was the day he asked you, Roxy to be his girlfriend. You may be asking, when did you talk about this with him? Well... when Roxy cut her hand I knew she wouldn't remember it so I wanted Jace to have to say all of the things he cousins said without her in the room, all of those lies, while she was right in front of him and in his arms."

I stare down at my cut hand and she smiles, congratulating herself, "so thought it was a pretty good plan."

"Nice job, Ro." Haze says and she smiles as she leans down next to me, looking up at the ceiling.

"I told him I knew, and that I knew you were scared that I would hate you. I told him that I would never hate you, I'd be a little sassy when you were setting a little too close for comfort but other than that nope. I told him that with this info, I wanted him to tell people, to at least prove to me that he really loved you. I told him if he didn't it proved what I thought was the real reason he was scared to tell people.... he loved you so much he didn't know if you could love him that much too... so he was scared. He just loved you too much! And he did that exact thing tonight, after saying in anger that maybe he didn't love you at all, he proved me right. He just ducking loves you too much." She says and I chuckle...

"I asked him tonight if I could tell him-"

"You asked him?" she intruded and I nod, "What a little bitch move!" She insults and I laugh, "Yeah... but I was scared. It's Leo... how could he love me? He told me he was scared... not of what or why. I just told him to stop living in fear... but he still didn't tell anybody. Either way if it was a good thing why did you storm off?"

"Because I was still pissed he tried to get out of it by saying he didn't love you." She says and I chuckle, grabbing Haze's hand and pulling him down with us.

"I wasn't expecting this much drama tonight." Haze says and I laugh, "I wasn't expecting this much drama in my life in general." I say and he laughs too as Rose pops up.

"Lets sleep. Me and Rox get the bed, Haze you can either sleep in your room or on the couch in here, but... Me and Rox are gonna conspire how she's gonna tell my brother she loves him." She says and I nod, looking over at him.

"Being friends with girls is so weird." He says and I nod as Rose raises her eyebrows aggressively at him.

"Whats it gonna be slowpoke?!" She asks aggressively and he groans, getting up from the ground and kissing her forehead. "I'm go with the latter." He says and a smile erupts on her face.

"Okay but if me and Rox start making out don't mind it-" she says and I burst out laughing as Haze furrows his eyebrows at her, his hands on her waist. "You confuse me so much and I love it." He says and she smiles, her eyes fluttering as she blushes, biting her lip.

"Kiss her!" I chant and Haze's eyes widen, Rose raises an eyebrow. "No balls." Rose challenges and he backs up, "You're right, I have no balls." He says, flopping on the couch as me and Rose start setting up her bed.

"If you don't have balls don't mess with best friends man. She's gonna be the second bride at my husbands wedding. You marry both of us." She says and I smile, jumping into the bed and pulling her in.

"Hell yeah!" I say and she screeches as she flips over to the other side of me.

"Goodnight, ballsless." She says and Haze sighs, "goodnight, mannersless." but I can sense it in his pretend confused and annoyed voice... he loves her.

She puts up her middle finger but he chuckles, "Jokes on you, I can't see!" He says and she furrows her eyebrows, "Then how did you know this was here?!"

"Oh hohoho we caught you!"

"Leo, wake up baby." I say, shaking him around as he groans. And again, here come the five steps.

1.) Yell at you.

2.) Pretend he's awake, but go back to bed.

3.) Pleads to stay in bed for five more minutes.

4.) Tries to get you to sleep next to him, (though this hasn't happened to anyone else).

and finally 5.) where he opens his eyes and then jumps up like nothing happened.

"Idontwannagetupimhavingareallygooddreamanditstheweekendyoushouldletmesleepin!" Leo huffs our in a giant slur of words.

"I'm gonna be honest with you Lee, I have no idea what you just said." I say and he groans again, stretching and sighing, opening his eyes to look at me.

His eyes smile as he looks at me and speaks.

"I'm up." He says and I shake my head, jumping on top of him so I'm straddling him as I hit his chest.

"No you're not."

"Please just let me stay in bed for five more minutes!" He pleads and I shake my head. I would tell him that I know about Rose, but I'm gonna wait until he tells people. Which is After I tell him I love him.

"I'm sorry, Leo! I just wanna say goodbye because me, Rose, and Haze are going to the mall in like five minutes."

"You can use those five minutes sleeping with me!" he says excitedly, pulling me down to his side as I kiss his lips. "I'm sorry." I say and he groans, his eyes snap open once again as he looks at me and kisses my lips, grabbing onto my face and pushing me into him.

It's weird to think that everybody in this household knows me and Leo are dating. I'm dating Leo.

Fucking hell I'm dating Leo. The most amazing, beautiful, sarcastic man in the world.

He gets up and rips off his sweatpants as I watch and he puts on jeans. "That was a rather aggressive change." I say and he laughs as he puts his earrings in. Yes, He has earrings. No, He's not gay because he wears earrings.

"Yea," he says with a chuckle, brushing his fingers through his bed head and sighing. "Fuck I need to take a shower."

"Wanna join me?" He asks, turning around and smirking at me. "I have to go unless I would." I say, pointing at my wrist as if there were a watch there.

I jump up to, coming over and kissing his bare shoulder, my hand rubbing his abs as I look up at him from my height.

"You're so attractive." I mumble and a smile erupts on his face as he picks me up and presses me against the wall.

"You too, baby girl. I know you have to go but..." he looks up at me with puppy dog eyes, "One more kiss?" He asks and I chuckle, kissing his lips deeply, grabbing onto his face before jumping down and smacking his ass.

"Bye asshole!" I say jokingly as I pick up his sweatshirt and throw it over my body. He smiles, his eyes traveling over me before he turns to put in his other earring in his mirror.

"Goodbye lil Roxy!"

I run down the hall, brushing through my hair with my fingers as I settle a headband in it.

I look at Haze and Rose who are about to leave and smile. "I got him up, Lucio!" I scream and Lucio cheers, "Love ya, Rox!"

"Love ya too, Lucio" I scream as I walk out the door, closing it behind Haze and Rose.

"So, were you up there fucking my brothe-"

"Rose!" I scold and she chuckles, "What I know he doesn't hold out!" She screams and I itch the back of my head nervously. "Actually he did." I say and she gasps, throwing Haze the keys to her car she's learning to drive. I rub my finger along the ring that Leo gave me, situated around my middle finger.

"Oh what a good boy." She says and I laugh, getting in the backseat. "Y'know you probably make Haze so uncomfortable." I say and she smiles, looking over at Haze.

"It's good." Haze says and she smiles, putting her hand on his bicep and laughing.

Oh she has such a crush.

Soon we get to the mall and we walk in, Haze's hand slowly wiggles itself into Rose's. I smile, not minding being a third wheel when I see their smiles.

"Roxanne our birthday is coming up, we need to get an idea of what we want for our party!" She says and I nod, "I was thinking we could maybe do a pool party or something?" I ask and she nods.

"Ooh fun! Yes!" She says and Haze swallows, "You wanna go look at bikini-"

"Let's not do that..."  Haze says and me and Rose give each other a smile. We both know that he likes her, I don't know if she knows how she looks at him though.
