You awoke to something stroking your hair. You looked up with still tired eyes and smiled once you met eyes with your beloved boyfriend, Brick. You sighed in content when you realized your head was on his lap, using it as a pillow.

You leaned up and captured his lips in a fleeting kiss. He chuckled and twirled a strand of your hair between his fingers.

"You're so cute in the morning, babe.", he said.

You giggled lightly and reached up to cup his cheek. He leaned against your hand and smiled softly.

Mornings with Brick was always lovely.

He would wake up first and stroke your hair or embrace you until you wake up. Once you do, he would give you a kiss and compliment you. Sometimes, you wake up and he comes into the room with breakfast for you.

You sat up with the help of Brick and yawned before asking, "What time is it?"

"7:34."

You hummed in response before grabbing a hair tie from the nightstand and tying your hair up in a messy bun. You faced Brick ams he placed a hand behind your head and pressed your forehead together.

"So beautiful.", he whispered.

"Oh, stop it.", you blushed.

He kissed your forehead lovingly before letting you get off the bed to stretch.

"What do you want to eat?", he asked.

"Hmm~ just eggs and bacon will do.", you beamed.

Brick nodded his head and got off the bed. You ran to his side and he wrapped an arm around you, walking out of the room with you.

Yep, you loved mornings with him.
