History:
Not much is known about him other than he's been a student of old school wrestling all his life. He met AJ Mendez in December of 2011. They became friends after the Holidays the same year, near his 31st birthday many future Hall of Famers speculated that him and AJ Lee would wind up together.
But fate is cruel every time you turn around. And it was a real vindictive, murderous bitch.
CM Punk soon started dating her and as you may have guessed or know. They were married close to a year later. Daniel kept telling everyone that he was fine. But vanished in October of 2014. Rumors persisted that he went back to his roots, or his old stomping grounds, nothing ever came of it. About a total of two months after Lee and Punk left the WWE. The Rocky Mountain Rebel was revealed to be the new student of Roderick George Toombs. 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper.
When Roddy died in July of 2015. Daniel was set to return soon after. But post poned for three and a half years. By the time he returned a woman calling herself 'Rowdy' Rhonda Rousey. Claimed that she was 'willed' or 'given' the moniker, in his eyes she wasn't honoring but instead was abusing.
But while he was struggling to keep a level head over Rousey abusing the 'Rowdy' moniker.
AJ was dealing with her deteriorating marriage to CM Punk.
And they were always seen arguing nowadays about what was wrong with their relationship/marriage. When the recent argument ended. AJ Lee left to a hotel and it was that night that AJ checked her social media and came across a post by WWE on Twitter and IG that A Rebel was coming 'Home to cause a lot of chaos.' She instinctly knew who they meant. So after a goodnight sleep and a nice long shower, she called Stephanie McMahon and arranged a quiet return to coincide with a Rebel's return. When it's all set up and even though she can't compete anymore, she was happy to do something even if it was to be a mouth piece for a wrestler.
And there was one she had in mind. But will he be as happy to see her as she will be to see him. I'm going to go out on a limb and say, no.
