Should I get two male finches, two female finches, or a male and a female finch? I would appreciate your suggestions if you have any! Also, somewhere maybe next year, I'm moving. Well, basically, my mum and dad have split up, but we live in this building called a HDB (Housing and Department Board). It's basically a large, sometimes either 12, 25 or 30 storeys high building. Each level (exclding the first) is a rectangle, with one apartment on each end.

So, back to moving. My dad stayed on the 14th floor (I call it downstairs) and my mum moved up with her mother on the 15th floor (I call it upstairs). My dad's mum and my dad stay downstairs (14) and my mum and her parents (and my birds) stay on the 15th floor. However, the 14th floor house is originally my mum's, and after a few court talks whatever with the jury (because they had a divorce and all that fluff), either the jury or my mum decided to buy the house. So my dad has to find a new house. Which he has, but hasn't bought. So about next year, I'll probably move (downstairs) and I'll have a room of my own! When I'm notified by my mum that we're moving soon, I'll get my finches not long after. And since I'm getting a new room, I need inspirations and ideas from people on what decorations I should have! Kalel(Kitten) and iHasCupquake have great girly decorations, but some are a little too girly for me.

If you have any ideas on what decorations I should get/have, don't be afraid to suggest them! Anything from a lamp decoration to decorating a bird cage, go ahead and let your creativity flow! (However, on a side note, my birds, the African Grey and White-Fronted Amazon, will not be moving down with me. I can't get the finches now, because my mum is staying in her mum's house and my grandma will kick us out of the house if we get a new bird.)
