Fem!Reader x Rise!Donnie

3rd pov :

"Hey love!" Donnie called up to his girlfriend, y/n looked behind her and saw her adorable purple clad turtle. "Hiya Don!" She called back, they both embraced each other in a hug but donnie only used one arm. this surprised y/n as donnie usually uses both arms, even when cautious about a hug or something.

"What's that behind you D?" Y/n asked as she broke away from the hug, "ah! Right!" Donnie rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly as he showed her a purple box, a little violet bow was perched on the lid of the box.

Y/n was shocked, "did I miss an anniversary or something Don? Oh I'm so sorry! I completely forgot! Please forgive me!" She worriedly asked, "no no you didn't forget anything dear!" Y/n looked back up at Donnie, "I just got you something! Or, rather, made you something" he chuckled at himself.

"Here! Open it!" He shoved the box a bit to y/n. Y/n opened the lid only to find a cute little necklace with a yin and yang styled design, except the supposed yin was colored purple and the supposed yang was colored f/c (favourite color).

"I made the colors so that it matched us! I'm Yin, aka the color black, because I always seem kinda dark towards you guys hehe" he rubbed his neck sheepishly, "and you're Yang, aka the color white, because you light up my world" Donnie smiled lovingly. Almost looks like he has heart eyes.

"Donnie, this is, beautiful" y/n gasped, "ah, I'm glad you think so, it took some time to make it because of the colors and the metal being kinda difficult to- mh!" Donnie stopped rambling as he felt a pair of soft lips collide with his, y/n had apparently kissed him.

"Thank you Donnie, I, I love it" she said as she wore the necklace. "And I love you meine liebe" Donnie then put a hand on her cheek and moved his face closer to hers, and swiftly kissed her in the lips, love coming off from both of them.

"Ewwwww get a room you two!!" Leo then got a shoe thrown at him by y/n.

~with donnie~

"Ah, I love her so much~" "dad, at least tell her that instead of telling that to a dang photo.." "Shell-don stop interrupting my love for your mom" "alright fine" shell-don took off somewhere in the lab, probably needed to be recharged.

Anyways, Donnie touched his lips, the same lips that collided with his girlfriends, the same lips that were probably y/n's first kiss, gods he loved her so much.

He then wanted more, more kisses, not the chocolate no, the ones that are actually filled with love. So he began to think, another idea came to mind and he grabbed a clear blueprint sheet and got to drawing. This idea was gonna be perfect!!!!

Not as perfect as y/n though <3

~timeskip to the next day~

Y/n was peacefully walking around the lair, there was nothing else to do as everyone seemed a bit busy. there was nothing good to watch either. then Donnie came shouting y/n's name from his room.

"Y/N!! COME UP HERE!! I'VE GOT SOMETHING TO SHOW YOU!!" He shouted, "HEY I'M TRYING TO SLEEP HERE!!!" Yikes, well at least now we know what Raph was doing.

You quickly hurried to Donnie's room, excited as to what he was going to give you. Reaching the purple room, you were greeted by shell-don hugging you, hugging back, you slowly entered the lab with shell-don still clinging to you.

"Uhh, Don-" "HEY!!!" You screamed as Donnie caught you with one of his claws arms as he took your wrist and pulled you up to his plastron and hugged you, you hugged back of course, his hugs were the best.

"So what did you need from me huh?" You asked, "right forgot about that, anyways," he went to his work table and picked up another purple box with the same violet bow on top.

"What's this?" You questioned, "a gift, obviously" he sassed, you rolled your eyes and took the gift, your eyes widen as you look at the gift inside.

They were new headphones, "Donnie.." This worried him, did you not like the headphones? Was all his work for nothing? Oh noo...

"These are beautiful..." He sighed, thankful that you liked them. "Well what are you waiting?" You looked up at him skeptically, "try them on! They're for you are they not?" He giggled, gods you loved his giggles.

You put the headphones on and they instantly fit perfectly, "how long did this take you?" You took notice of the bags under his eyes, his purple mask not exactly helping cover it up as the mask was a bit loose.

"Only took me a few weeks at least" Donnie tiredly smiled. "that's a lie it took him all night" "shell-don power off" and with that shell-don powered off and one of Donnie's claw arms caught him before he hit the ground.

"Donnie, why?" You asked as you hugged him tight, "well you deserved them! I know you had perfectly working ones but I thought you deserved better than something as cheap as that" he explained as he tapped his index(?) Fingers together (👉👈).

"Oh Don, you- mh!" You got cut off by his lips colliding with yours, you kissed back with passion as you held his face, Donnie doing the same.

"I love you so much," he whispered as he embraced you, "I love you more".

~after all that and with y/n~

Y/n pov :

I've been noticing that everyday, Donnie has been giving me amazing gifts, I always reward him with a hugs and kisses, and he always seems so dazed with them.

And so I put two and two together and sighed lovingly.

"He's been giving me gifts in return for affection" I chuckled, "that amazing dork".

"Took you long enough"

"WHAT THE-" I jumped from my bed and looked at my supposed doorway, "MIKEY?!" I whisper shouted, "yup!" Mikey said popping the 'p'.

We both just stared at each other awkwardly. "So, do you need something?" I asked, "actually no, I just wanted to see what your doing". We both stared at each other awkwardly again. "anyyyywaaayyssss," he began, "I'm gonna go-" "y-yeah uh huh" "i-i have something t-to do and um-" "y-yeah ok" "and I will see you later?"

...

We both started laughing, "Well that was awkward" "yeah it was" I said as I calmed down. "Anyways, want some 'za?" "Eh maybe later" "your loss n/n" I rolled my eyes at the nickname.

~timeskip and still with y/n~

After finding out about what Donnie was up to, I readied myself. I sat in my room, bored and reading 'The Fate in our Stars', pretty good book, gonna give it that.

"Hey!" Speak of the devil, "hey darling" I looked at my doorway- scratch that, curtainway and saw my purple clad turtle along with shell-don, shell-don having two boxes placed atop of him. "Hello love" I greeted back, "ya need something?" Donnie sat on my bed beside me and shook his head, "no, but I got you more gifts!" He chirped as shell-don came closer to us and Donnie took the gifts from shell-don's back, "hey shell" "hey mom!" He greeted me back, "anyways, shell-don could you please give us some alone time?" "Of course dad" shell-don obliged as he flew away, probably to Donnie's room.

"Anyways-" "if you wanted kisses you know you could just ask right?" Donnie looked at me wide eyed like I just caught him red handed, oh right I already did and it's purple handed.

"W-what?" Donnie questioned, "w-what are y-you t-talking about meine liebe?" He looked so flustered. "I-i uhm uh" he began to stutter, "mmmm....." He whined flusteredly as he put his head on my shoulder.

I giggled and hugged him, "it's ok D, I don't hate you for it" "you don't?" "I don't" he looked at me but still kept his head on my shoulder.

"In fact, I think it's adorable how you do these type of things for me in return for love" I kissed his head, "so, thank you". Donnie smiled, "anything for you mein schatz".

"sooo, can I get a kiss?"
"Of course you adorable dork"
"But I'm *your* adorable dork"
"EWWW THAT WAS SO CHEESY!!!"
"YOU THREE!!!!!"
