donnie x chubby reader bc i feel like this body type is often over looked in the Y/N community（◞‸◟）. Female Reader please!so what i was thinking is the reader is like really soft and donnie is like "this is so much better then a pillow" when the reader hugs him for the first time (of course he's like "no dont touch me >:|"), but then he gets so much more cuddly after he gets feelings. If Donnie could describe you in one word, you're soft.

If he could describe you in another word...

Tender, he'd say. You had just a tender and kind soul, but a tender body as well.

Oftentimes, he dreams that he got used to your loving cuddle earlier when the both of you just met.

Your habit of hugging people never left you since you were young. As a kid, you always hugged your friends and they love you for it. Even now, you hug April almost every time you see her and she could not argue. How could anyone?

When she first introduced you to the turtle fam, Mikey was the first to hug you. You didn't mind it of course so you squeezed him back just as hard. The orange-banded turtle squealed with joy, "Oh baby, you're such a hugger and you're so soft too..."

"MIKEY!" the other three brothers roared. "Awh guys, don't worry. I'm a hugger and hugs work best when it's soft!" you assured them. This made Mikey cling to you more.

Leo bowed elegantly, earning an eye-roll from April, "In that case my lady, allow me to hug you too cause any friend of April is a friend of ours." 

With that, Neon Leon introduced himself and hugged you. You had to admit, Leo is such a good hugger. Next came Raph. Since he was a tad stronger than the others, he shyly greeted you, "Hey, I'm Raphael but you can call me Raph. Not to be rude or anything but I rather not hug 'cause I'm afraid I'll accidentally squeeze you too hard... or something.."

"Awww, don't worry Raph. I'll just hug you instead," ducking between his arms, you hugged him the best you could. Even as a professional hugger, you couldn't get your arms all around him. Still, you gave him the best hug ever.

Mikey, April, and Leo cooed at the sight.

Releasing the giant turtle, you thought the introductions were over until Leo reached behind Raph's shell to pull a hidden turtle. You tilted your head with curiosity, "Oh hey. Didn't see you there. I'm (y/n)."

The purple one seemed a little cold to you. Determined, you wanted to make a good introduction of yourself. The purple one looked at you with no emotion. It took a rather harsh knock on the head from Mikey then he told you his name, "Donatello."

Truth be told, he was shocked that just the mention of his name brought such a sweet smile to your face. Being you, you engulfed Donatello in a warm hug.

Donnie's face turned from emotionless to surprise then disgust. Mind you, you couldn't see his face because your face was blocked by his chest. He's just soo tall.

He was about to push you away and say something quite mean. Before he could, April pointed at him, then ran a finger across her throat. A quiet threat saying, 'if you push them away, I will kill you'.

Mikey wasn't helping since he had Doctor Rude vibes coming on. Raph shook his head disappointed and Leo swish through a portal and pocked his head out at the other end near Donnie's face, "Have fun Don-Don!" 

Sighing in defeat, Donnie gingerly hugged you.

That afternoon went splendidly. When you and April headed back home, Donnie jumped in join as he never wanted to be graced by a hug again.

His celebratory was short-lived because you came back to the lair, the very next day.

As you always did, you hugged everyone and Donnie. He had to relent and hug you as well.

The rest is history. From that day onwards, Donnie was forced to hug you. Funny thing is, without April there to haunt his every move, he had all the chance to say no to your hugs. As time flew by, with every visit you made Donnie began to naturally hug you back and anticipate, even wait for your hugs. 

Not only that but you and Donnie actually got along well. He'd bring you into his lab, and tell you about his inventions. You vent freely about your day and troubles and Donnie always listened to you.

One day, you were a little late to your visit to the lair. Donnie had a light panic and his brothers thought it hilarious that their usually stoic brother ran around the lair like a crazy headless chicken, fretting about your lateness. "Hey guys, I'm here."

"(Y/N)!" Donatello launched himself off the couch and raced to engulf you in a big bear hug. 

"(Y/N), I miss you so much!"

You giggled and hugged the turtle back, burying your head in his shoulder and feeling loved.

On the side, Mikey, Leo, and Raph had their jaws hanging. Though the eldest smiled proudly because he sensed something that there wasn't there before.

Who knew, that all it took for Donnie to become all lovey Dovey is a sweet hugger and also a beautiful chubby angel like you.

"Don, baby. I really need to move" you poked his head gently. Donatello had you captured in his 'hug prison'. His words. 

You giggled as his mumbles tickled your belly. "5 more minutes"

"You said that for the last hour, love." 

"Hmmm," the turtle, now also your boyfriend readjusted himself and secured his arms around you. He wore a content smile on his face. "Your hugs.... so nice... warm. I wuv you..."

Heat rose to your cheeks. You bit your lip and cooed to yourself. "You're so much softer than a pillow."

Unable to resist the love, you bestowed a kiss on his forehead. Donnie churred and sunk further into your form. You gently scratched the back of his head as he lay on your body, legs intertwined. "Hey, Dee,"

Donnie lifted his head to look at your beautiful face. Cupping his face in your hands like you were holding the world, you leaned in and kissed him fully on the lips, "I love you too".  Upon releasing him, Donnie chased after you and kissed you deeper. 

Humming in contentment, he pecked your lips two more times before settling further into your body.

The both of you hugged each other for a good ten minutes.

..."Don, I love you and our hugs, but I really need to pee!"
