Not gonna be too wordy this time, so here are the rules, no exceptions. ;P

1.

a. No erotica or explicit/frequent sex scenes, but mature-rated books for any other reason are acceptable.

b. No non-standalone fan-fiction books, one-shots, imagines, roleplay, etcetera.

c. No non-standalone sequels or prequels in a series (I want to be able to know what's happening).

d. No books in the "Random" genre (like this book, which doesn't have a storyline).

e. No books in the "Non-Fiction" genre, as I don't believe I'm qualified to give suggestions on that.

f. I can only read English, so I can't accept any books that are written in anything other than English.

g. I will accept LGBTQ+ as long as it meets all the aforementioned criteria.

2. I am not required to read or review your book just because you post a request. I've done that before and it stressed me out. Therefore, I make no guarantees and will be completely honest in saying I'm picky.

3. This is a free service right now, since I can't find a justifiable way to require payment and be non-committing at the same time, but it'd be really nice if you read one of my books anyway. If you do, I'd suggest one of my recent Open Novella Contest books, The Book of Trials or The Duchess Cannot Sleep, over Naihabi Ridge (not only are the novellas shorter, NR is so old it'll probably give me a bad image and I just don't have the guts to unpublish it yet).

4. If you make a request, then change your username, delete your book, or change the title of your book, delete your old request and post a new one with the updated information if you're still interested. If I can't find your book, I can't review it even if I want to.

5. You can only request one book, and I'll only review it once, meaning I won't review edited versions or rewrites of books I've already reviewed. (You can pm me to look at your edits if you want but I'm not posting a second review for your book here.) If you have received a review and want me to unpublish it after editing or rewriting your book, pm me or comment on the review and I'll take it down. I will not, however, take down reviews just because you don't like them.

6. Keep the chat clean. No rude or berating comments, no swearing, and again, if you don't like your review, don't lash out or try to correct me in any way. It will just make me dislike you.

7. Only post requests for your own books. You can tag other people who might be interested, but don't nominate their books. And to make sure you've read all the rules, include something in a foreign language somewhere in your request form (given it meets rule 6, ofc).

8. Your book must have at least 5,000 words, and it doesn't matter if it's incomplete. This rule does not apply to poetry and short story books.

9. These rules are subject to change.

Also, if you plan on reading other's reviews (the old reviews from before my hiatus are marked with an X), know that most of them have spoilers and some of their corresponding books have since been edited or unpublished. And I'll have to follow you to tag you in your review, so don't be offended if I follow/unfollow. Possibly multiple times.
