To: Ms. Kim

Three days since that morning, and still, Rosie couldn't get her mind off of the brunette.
They hadn't exchanged numbers, and she didn't wanna come over to Jisoo's suite unannounced just because she craves for that.
Wait, she did want to,
But let's not go there.
Within those three days the blonde barely even had a good night's rest, mainly because her brain has been nothing but occupied with the thought of the COO.
And by that she meant Jisoo's lips, Jisoo's tongue, Jisoo's fingers - oh goodness, those glorious things.
Jisoo, Jisoo, Jisoo.
Rosie couldn't focus on literally anything, and she thought she was the nearest to losing her fucking mind.
Fortunately for her, her ex college roommate's loud ass is always there to snap her out of her (rather inappropriate) thoughts.
"So," Lisa said right after downing the rest of her drink. It's only 9 in the morning and the idiot's already drinking Margarita, but she has a reason. "The wedding's in two weeks."
That reason.
Taking a bite off a french toast, Rosie glanced at the Thai across from her.
"Yeah. I wonder what would it be like. How much do you think it'd cost them?"
Lisa sent her an are you serious look, with an eyebrow slightly perked. "I don't know, dude. Do you think I'd still have the time to freaking think about that when there's literally the fact that my best friend's marrying the love of my life?"
Raising an eyebrow, Rosie stabbed another slice of french toast as she shrugged nonchalantly. "Fair point."
"Hey, Lis! Ro," Kai's voice suddenly rang against their ears, causing both of them to look towards his direction.
The brown haired boy was grinning at them widely, with Jennie's hand firmly clasped on his as they both took a quick stroll towards their spot.
"Kim Jongin, here to annoy another living soul?" Lisa greeted back, a playful smile on her face. Rosie had to raise an eyebrow when the Thai turned to the cat-eyed brunette right after fist bumping her oblivious best friend. This time, however, her smile was a little forced. "Yo, Nini."
The blonde's eyes widened a little as she tried to bite of a laugh.
Yo? Seriously?
Could she be more awkward?
She guessed Lisa cringed at the forced greeting too, since she could practically see the latter twitching her painfully awkward grin a little bit right after saying that.
Rosie wished she could take a photo of her this exact second.
On the other hand, Jennie just smiled at Lisa back. "Hey, Lili."
"Man, really? You still talk like that? You're 27." Kai laughed. "Anyway, we just wanna give you guys these."
He each handed the two a sealed red envelope which Rosie immediately accepted, while Lisa was left staring at it little longer than she should.
Kai chuckled at his best friend's state. "Yo, Lis." He mocked, waving the envelope closer to the Thai's face.
"Oh, yeah." Lisa mumbled, hurriedly taking it from him as well.
Rosie scanned hers silently, frowning a little when she realized that the name written on it wasn't hers.
To: Ms. Kim.
"Wait, guys, I don't think this is supposed to be mine." She said, handing the envelope back to the couple in which Kai immediately took.
"Oh, yeah. This one's for my cousin. Sorry." He said before grabbing another envelope from the bag in his hand and giving it to the blonde. "Here, Rosie."
"Is it Chu's?" Lisa asked Kai across from her. "I thought she's in Seoul for a business trip?"
"She was, but she's been staying here since last week for other company matters." The boy shrugged, turning to face the door of the restaurant when the bells suddenly chimed. "Speak of the devil. Hey, Chu!"
Kai waved towards the direction behind Rosie and Lisa, which caused the two to turn around.
And Rosie genuinely thought she's going to faint right in her spot the moment her eyes landed on a way too familiar face.
You can't really blame Rosie for that, because the last time she checked, that annoyingly charming brunette was in no goddamned way called Chu.
It's cute, though.
"Ahh, my favorite cousin, how're you doing?" The sexy rasp echoed against the frozen blonde's ear, sounding the same exact way she did three nights before (as far as Rosie can remember), which didn't fail to send cold shivers down her spine. "Jendeuk, gorgeous as ever."
Cousin? Oh, God.
Rosie didn't even know why she's panicking so much, but Oh my god, I just fucked Lisa's best friend's cousin!!!
She silently wished for the ground to swallow her alive so that no one would witness how red she instantly turned at just the thought of it alone.
Kai chuckled before hugging the brunette, who also did the same to Jennie right after. "It's been a while, Chu."
"A long, painful year. Anyway, congrats on the big news. But are you really sure about marrying this one?" Jisoo asked Jennie with a playful grin, causing the couple to laugh.
(And Lisa, to swallow the now growing lump inside her throat.)
When his laughter died down, Kai wrapped his arm around Jennie's waist securely, causing the Thai to shift uncomfortably on her spot.
"Come on, of course she is. Isn't that right, babe?" He asked Jennie with an adoring smile, which the cat-eyed girl only responded to with a nod and a peck on the boy's lips.
Lisa's heart helplessly sank on her stomach.
"Anyway, we'd really love to hang a little bit more, but we rather have somewhere else to be." Kai handed the envelope to the brunette before hitting her back playfully. "Let's catch up later, alright, Chu? Lis, Ro, see you at the wedding?"
Jisoo turned to face the latter's direction as her cousin said that, which then caused Rosie's heart to beat ten times as fast.
Oh my fucking goodness, Jisoo.
She gulped, realizing it's the same exact phrase she kept on gasping against Jisoo's ear over and over that night.
Oh, Christ, let it rest now!
Rosie immediately looked down. However, she didn't miss in her peripheral vision the way Jisoo sent her an amused grin.
"Yeah, sure. The wedding." Lisa muttered with a forced smile, pulling Rosie out of her thoughts. "See you there."
The couple eventually exited the restaurant, leaving just Jisoo, Lisa, and Rosie at the table.
"Kim Jisoo, it's been long. How are things going for you?"
Rosie was glad Lisa's voice now turned a little more stable than it was when Kai and Jennie were still around. But now, she's the one uneasy;
All because of Jisoo's plain freaking presence.
"Yeah. I almost even forgot what your name is, Limario." The oldest of the three teased as she hugged the now laughing Thai. With that, Jisoo subtly winked at the flushed blonde just behind Lisa. Rosie glared at her, so she bit her lip to stop herself from laughing. "The years did me well, though."
"It sure did." Lisa snickered as she pulled away from the hug. "I bet you already had a great few days here in New York since the last week."
"Oh, Lali, believe me." Jisoo chuckled, (that annoyingly sexy chuckle that makes Rosie's head spin), before glancing towards the latter who's still trying hard to avoid her gaze. "The nights are the best."
And Rosie thought her heart just stopped beating, the same time she felt an intense heat starting to build up in between her shaky legs.
Seems like Kim Jisoo is trying to kill her.
Lisa raised an eyebrow, a teasing grin gracing her lips. "Ohhh, I see." She laughed before turning to the blonde behind her. "Anyway, Rosie. This is Kim Jisoo, Kai's cousin. Chu, Roseanne Park, a friend from college."
The statement forced Rosie to finally look up and meet the older girl's piercing gaze.
And it was necessary to take a deep breath.
Forcing a smile, she choked out, "Hi."
Rosie can't believe that's all she can come up with.
Jisoo bit a chuckle, tilting her head to the side as she watched the flustered blonde amusedly. "Hello, Rosie."
Oh my god, her voice. Rosie didn't understand why it gave her a series of mental flashbacks from three nights prior, and she panicked so hard she didn't even realize the words that just instantly came rushing out of her mouth.
"Lisa! You didn't tell me your best friend has a cousin." Rosie exclaimed, turning to Lisa wide-eyed.
The Thai furrowed her eyebrows.
"Well, I didn't know I was.... supposed to...?" She let out rather confusedly, making Jisoo chuckle. She, then, pointed an accusing finger towards the two, eyeing each of them suspiciously. "Did you guys know each other?"
"Yes."
"No!"
Both Jisoo and Rosie (respectively) answered at the same time, causing the Thai to look at them confusedly, lips forming a knowing smirk not a second later.
"You two fucked, didn't you?"
